Excellent location with parking. Close to a great cafe for breakfast. Panos was a great host. The apartment was spacious. V useful to have a washing machine.

Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό.

Ο καναπές δεν ηταν τόσο άνετος για 2 άτομα.

Ο κ.Πανος ήταν εξαιρετικα ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός Το σπίτι (Λητώ) είναι πολύ μεγάλο, με 2 χωριστές κρεβατοκάμαρες για να εξυπηρετήσει 4μελη οικογένεια. Σαλόνι, χωριστή κουζίνα, μπαλκόνι με καλή θέα, parking θέση!!! (ευτυχώς γιατί έχει πρόβλημα το Βαθυ), εξαιρετικό location. Τρία κλιματιστικα σε όλο το σπίτι, σιτες παντού, ξεχωριστή αυλή για να απλώνεις τα ρούχα σου.

Το μπάνιο δεν ήταν πολύ καινούργιο, χρειαζεται μια ανακαίνιση.

Panos our host was fantastic nothing was too difficult, had everything organised when we arrived and the place very clean.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic and in a perfect location just a short walk from Vathy Harbour. What we loved: Excellent facilities: Spotlessly clean, and fully stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Superb air conditioning: Highly effective units in the main living area and in every single bedroom. Wonderful host: Panos was incredibly polite, spoke excellent English, and was always on hand to assist us since he runs the shop directly opposite the apartment. We had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again!

There wasn't anything I could complain about, absolutely perfect.

A localização é excelente, pois fica a uns 20 ou 30 metros da orla e a poucos minutos de caminhada da marina, repleta de restaurantes. Logo na esquina, a menos de 100 metros, há um bar/café com ótimo atendimento. Por estar em uma região central da ilha, é fácil e rápido o acesso ao norte e ao sul. O apartamento é muito espaçoso e tem todos os equipamentos necessários para uma boa estadia, inclusive máquina de lavar roupas, ferro de passar, cafeteira nespresso, etc. Por fim, a dedicação do Sr. Panos aos hóspedes é absolutamente perfeita!

The apartment was in a great location a short walk from Vathy centre and it had everything we needed. Good wifi and air conditioning. The owner, Panos, was really friendly and helpful, even helping us out with a problem we had with our transport after we had checked out!

It is close to the main road through Vathy so care needs to be taken when leaving, and there was some traffic noise when sitting outside on the balcony.

Host, Panos is a very kind, caring and nice person,we are very happy to meet with him Property location is excellent,property itself is a very lovely and authentic place, Panos prepared every tiny details to make you comfortable,rooms are large, you have everything at the kitchen,

Parfait ! Tout était parfait ! Un bel accueil de Panos le propriétaire qui a toujours le sourire, toujours disponible, qui veut vraiment que nous nous sentions bien...et c'est réussi ! L'emplacement est parfait, une place de parking réservée. Le logement est plus que confortable et très bien équipé. Le port de Vathi est super et l'île est magnifique ! Encore merci Panos.

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the host who took the time to show us around and give recommendations on fantastic beaches and restaurants. We were given an early check-in, which was appreciated. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. It had a washing machine and a courtyard with a clothesline for quick drying. The balcony out the front was a nice additional space. Being October, it was lovely and quiet. We have no hesitation in recommending this property.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ithaka. This apartment is very comfortable and clean. Each room is spacious, the bathroom is great and everything you need is there. Panos is very kind and welcoming. The apartment is in a great location, a close walk to the center of Vathi and close to great restaurants, cafes and bars.

Thanks Panos for making us so welcome was lovely to meet you , super helpful and took us to the beach and ferry.

The bathroom needed updating as did the kitchen. The sitting room also needed modernisation. It was on the main road so a bit noisy and there were building works going on opposite which started at 7am.

The accomodation was perfect in every way. From the moment you walked through the door we felt at home. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. The bathroom had touletries & also a washing machine with liquid which was great.The balcony was so nice with views across the bay. The location is perfect with a short meander into Vathi The host was lovely & couldn't have been more accomodating.

Our garden/ outside sitting area was right next to a busy noisy road. The road was extremely noisy. If you can sleep with all the windows closed and just use the air con you may be ok. You need to empty your own poop toilet paper bin and rubbish bin. The shower is in an extremely small bath. Had no sea view. Bathroom floor always got wet after showering.

Location is great, all the appliances and everything you may need. Panos the owner is there to help you and advise you during the stay. We found more than expected, for instance napkins, drinkable water, coffee, oil, and even soap for the washing machine. We stay in the first floor with a wonderful balcony and view, parking is very comfortable, a few blocks from the main restaurants and very calm. We will definitely come back and recommend the place!

Superbly equipped apartment - everything you could think of needing whilst on holiday! Exceptional host who couldn’t do enough for us. Ideal for accessing Odyssey Outdoor activities who do kayaking, paddle boating, diving etc - just 50m walk! We did 3 days activities with them!

It’s fairly central to Vathi which means it can be quite noisy with traffic and folks passing - though excellent double glazing so with windows closed and air conditioning on, it wasn’t very noticeable.

Very clean and comfortable. Owners were very friendly and kept asking if we needed anything. The kitchen utensils are basic but there is a coffee machine. Position is great for easy walking to tavernas, supermarkets and beaches, we didn’t have a car and we’re happy to walk a few kms to the further beaches but the closest beach is really nice and about 800m away. Having a washing machine is great and a definite bonus. We enjoyed our stay.

the apartment is on the main road into town and can be very noisy, double glazing and closing the shutters helped reduce the noise but recommend that you bring earplugs.

Close walk to restaurants, supermarket, shops etc. Nice view from balcony. Designated parking. Host is nearby if you need anything. You really need wheels to get to the beaches.

These apartments are superb,from the patio furniture to the furniture inside apartment.beds were the comfiest bed I have slept in.could not fault anything about these apartments.host was friendly and told us which restaurant to visit.only spent 2nights here but will definitely going back.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. I had the best nights sleep, it was cool, comfortable. The apartment has many appliances, in fact everything you could need! We were provided with complimentary coffee, water and wine. Panos was a wonderful host. The apartment was a little way out of the harbour but this suited us as it was only a short 10 minute walk into the centre and it was beautifully quiet. if going back to Vathi, Ithaca I would definitely stay here. Thank you Panos for wonderful hospitality!
