Location! The lovely ladies Maureen & Christine! Stunning Ocean View! Full equipped kitchen and the fact there was a braai. My 3 children loved it. Good airconditioning in both rooms. Good shower. Ultra clean!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! L’accueil était parfait, avec un jus maison de fruit de la passion bien frais, et tout le séjour a été ponctué de très gentilles attentions qui nous ont fait extrêmement plaisir. Le logement est beau, propre et très bien équipé. Et la vue est incroyable sur l'océan indien ! Le logement est en hauteur et la route monte beaucoup. Nous avons donc apprécié d’avoir une voiture de location et en plus il y avait une place de parking. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps !

Gazda a fost super drăguță, în fiecare zi ne-a adus fructe proaspete și mici atenții. Chiar dacă am ajuns mai devreme, am putut ocupa camera. Priveliștea de pe terasa este superbă

Были две ночи. Отличный персонал. Чисто, нормальной площади дом. Есть все необходимое из техники и посуды, все исправно работало. Классная терраса. Замечательные закаты. Лучшее из мест где жили на Маэ. Так как расположение наверху, то не жарко и суше чем внизу у океана. Очень тихо. Красивый сад. Прямо перед окнами летают летучие лисицы.

До пляжа и магазинов - на авто, без машины здесь жить будет не комфортно, подниматься очень высоко.

Перед вылетом также арендовал это Шале. Хозяйка угостили рыбой Всё прекрасно!! Рекомендуем!! Панорамный вид на Океан!!!

Уютное шале на холме в Гласи с панорамным видом на океан. Всё было отлично, хозяйка приготовила приветственный набор продуктов на завтрак это былоо очень удобно и помогла с арендой машины. Пляж 5 минут машиной, 3 минуты магазин и take away. Не сомневайтесь, уважаемые соотечественники, бронируйте смело!

We booked breakfast but nothing waa available and no reason or apology offered for lack.thereof

No TV,we wanted to watch soccer but the tv was not worlkng.Couches are very hard .Duvet covers in bedroom looked rather dirty and just rolled into.wardrobes,the colour also.not appealing to the eye.Although there were white towels there,Brown towels are not appealing to guests and also all towels qete not soft.

Located up in the hills and overlooking the entire bay, Chepsted Chalets was the perfect place to start our Seychelles vacation. The views were absolutely stunning, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the chalet itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und bietet einen wundervollen Blick über den indischen Ozean . Frühstück und Abendbrot auf der Terrasse mit diesem Ausblick waren jedes Mal ein Highlight ! Celestine, Maureen und ihr Personal sind sehr zuvorkommend und allesamt freundlich! Jeden Tag gab es frischen passionsfruchtsaft und Orangensaft sowie , saisonales obst und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau , Mega gut !! Wir hatten zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch unsere Hochzeit auf Mahé und celestine zögerte nicht uns ein wundervolles Abendmahl zuzubereiten . Es war einfach fantastisch und unglaublich lecker ! Auch wurde unsere Unterkunft für diesen besonderen Tag liebevoll dekoriert . Vielen Dank für alles , wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !! P.S. bestellt bei celestine fürs Abendbrot den smoked Fisch Salat , es ist der beste und leckerste den ich auf den Seychellen gegessen habe !! ;)

Neuveriteľne príjemná majiteľka, ktorá sa každý deň zastavila informovať ako sa máme. Navyše každá chatka je ako priestranný apartmán s vlastnou terasou, dostatočne vzdialená od iných chatiek aby bol zachovaný pocit súkromia. Všetko bolo čisté (room-service každý deň), z vybavenia nám nič nechýbalo a malé pozornosti v chladničke sme tiež veľmi ocenili. V záhrade sme mali aj sprchu a potreby na grilovanie, ktoré sme bohužiaľ nestihli využiť. Výhľad z tohto ubytovania je naozaj skvostný, na jednej strane oceán a na druhej džungľa. Každá chatka má svoje vyhradené parkovacie miesto. Radi sa sem vrátime :)

Ku chatkám vedie veľmi strmá, úzka a kľukatá cesta. Treba byť naozaj zručný šofér.

Уютные апартаменты, оснащенные всем необходимым для жизни. Удобные кровати, достаточное количество мест хранения. Ухоженная и красивая территория. Прекрасный вид на океан. Отзывчивая и внимательная хозяйка Селестин, огромное спасибо ей за заботу о нашем комфорте. Рядом отличный пляж Сансет бич, два магазинчика. Наличие автомобиля обязательно, очень облегчит передвижения.

Priestranné, čisté a dobre vybavené ubytovanie s fantastickým výhľadom na more a západ slnka, keďže jednotlivé chaty sú zasadené vysoko v kopci. Veľmi priestranné a dobre dispozične riešené ubytovanie s klimatizáciou, ventilátorom v každej miestnosti, plne vybavenou kuchyňou aj práčkou. Veľmi oceňujeme mimoriadny prístup pani domácej, ktorá nám pripravila chutnú večeru - grilovanú rybu a viac krát nás obdarovala aj tanierom čerstvého ovocia - skvelé a nezabudnuteľné. Vynikajúci pomer cena/výkon. Ak sa ešte vrátime, určite sa tu opäť radi ubytujeme.

Chatky sú v prudkom kopci, čo je pešo pomerne fyzicky náročné najmä pre starších ľudí. Pešo od zastávky autobusu je to cca 30 min. do prudkého kopca. My sme si preto po 2 dňoch radšej požičali auto. Drevený nábytok je vo vnútri cítiť nepríjemným pachom (plesne z vlhkého prostredia?). Aj z kanalizácie bol občas cítiť nepríjemný zápach.

Отдыхали на Сейшелах не впервые, в частности, хорошо знаем пляж Бо Валон. Лично мне этот пляж не очень нравится (предпочитаю другие), но если у вас есть автомобиль, это вообще не проблема. Мой главный совет будущим туристам: берите машину! Это дает свободу путешествовать по всему острову (только будьте предельно осторожны: левостороннее движение и обочины, которые местами граничат с обрывами). Теперь о вилле, где мы останавливались. Единственные "претензии" (и то в кавычках) — к природе и рельефу. Вилла расположена высоко и очень круто. Если честно, наша машинка была слабенькой, и в какой-то момент даже хотелось выйти и подтолкнуть её 🙂 Но если серьезно, без автомобиля селиться здесь я бы не советовала, особенно физически неподготовленным людям: подъемы там действительно серьёзные. Однако, если вы решите здесь поселиться, вы ни разу не пожалеете! Хозяйка: просто супер! Очень гостеприимная и заботливая. Вилла: чистая, ухоженная, с шикарными видами на закат. Белье, полотенца — все идеально чистое. Кухня: есть все необходимое. На улице отдельно стоял гриль, душ и раковина — очень удобно. Бонусы: Отдельное спасибо за завтраки! Каждое утро хозяйка радовала нас свежими фруктами. Это невероятно приятно! Также она один раз приготовила нам потрясающий ужин из рыбы с гарнирами и салатиками — очень вкусно, как дома. Заселение: Приятный сюрприз — по приезду холодильник был почти полный! Продуктов хватило точно на первый день, что очень помогло. Огромное спасибо за отдых!

The highlight of our stay was the complimentary fish dinner she prepared for us. The fish served with rice and ginger was incredibly delicious, fresh, and prepared with a true sense of local flavor. It was not just a meal, but a genuine act of hospitality that made us feel warmly welcomed and at home. It is these details that transform a good stay into a truly memorable experience. The location is has a magnificent view over the seas and is really very clean and calm. The staffs have been very nice to us and assisted us whenever we need help. The dinner offered to us was superb and it was a great hospitality service from Mrs Celestine and the team. Everything was perfect and beautiful

Wir hatten das Kardinal Haus. Die Vermieterin celestine ist sehr hilfsbereit. Brachte uns jeden Morgen frisches Obst. Sie ließ uns vom Flughafen abholen. Abends hat sie uns mit Fisch verwöhnt. Mietwagen hat sie uns organiseiert kam bis zum Haus.Alle Wünsche werden hier erfüllt. Die Terasse hat uns mit atemberaubendem Blick gefallen. Wir haben jeden Morgen hier gefrühstückt. Terrasse ist angenehm kühl. DIe Klimaanlage und die Ventilatoren sind sehr leise. Wirklich hervorragend. Alles sehr Sauber. Garten sehr gepflegt, genügend Parkplätze, Abend ruhig zum Schlafen. Küche gut ausgestattet mit Pfanne, Töpfe, Mixer, Ofen, Wasserkocher ,Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühler. Terasse mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet. Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt ca. 400 Meter. zum nächten Strand ca 900 Meter (Beau Vallon). Beau Vallon ist der belebteste Strand auf den Seychellen hier giebt es viele Take away ...zu essen was ca. Deutschland Preise entspricht..Zu fuss ist der Sunsed Beach zu erreichen in Nordliche Richtung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Anlage sind ca. 5 Häuser verfügbar. Wir hatten das Kardenal. Danke an alle. Wir möchten nochmal mit einer Gruppe kommen.

Berg runter zu laufen ist in Ordnung aber Berg hoch ist sehr anstrengend.

Location - near to famous sunset beach, near to supermarket, near to all kind of restaurants Price - entire villa at so low cost Villa - a fully furnished with all kitchen appliances and a barbecue as well. Rooms dining area, outer sit out everything was perfect Host- the manager and well as the owner were awesome. Never seen a host and manager like them. They allowed for early check in as well as late check out. The owner often bought us fruits also cooked meals for us.

Понравилось абсолютно все. Прекрасное расположение и красивейший вид из домика на океан, но обязательное условие наличие автомобиля ( очень крутой подъем) Очень доброжелательные хозяева апартаментов, в течении все времени проживания всегда угощали фруктами и местными блюдами. Уборка в номере осуществлялась каждый день. Будем всем рекомендовать и надеюсь вернемся еще 🙂

Невероятное жилье соотношение цены и качество, это лучшее предложение. Хозяйка живет рядом, кормила нас несколько раз в день, фрукты, а один раз приготовила полноценный ужин Очень понравилось и уже хочется вернуться еще раз7

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal.

First, let me tell you about the communication with the host Celastine. From the beginning, Celastine was kind and answered promptly any questions I had. She is an amazing host! She brought us food/fruit and offered to cook for us without us even asking her to do so. (My wife got so playfully mad at me for refusing Celastine’s fish dinner - we didn’t want Celastine to be bothered by us so we just got food from the takeaway at the bottom of the hill; more on that place later in this review). The Chepsted Chalets are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! The views are out of this world from the porch of the Chalet we rented. The place was immaculate and clean! The AC in the room was more than sufficient and then ceiling fans (one in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom of our unit) were also a nice bonus. The places REALLY DO look like they do in the pictures! I pride myself in leaving a stay as clean or cleaner than I received it and Celastine’s Chalets were no different. Since she handed it to me immaculate, I did the same and returned it to her in the same condition she gave it to me minus the fancy bed spread work she had ready for us 😁 I read some other comments about the place being infested with roaches. I can tell you those are CATEGORICALLY FALSE! Celastine’s Chalets were super clean and while I did see an insect or two, you cannot complain because Seychelles is a tropical island so you’re gonna have insects and geckos, but not to the point where you have to lie in your review and say it’s an infestation. As someone who is a stickler for cleanliness, I approve the Chepsted Chalets to ANYONE looking for an amazing stay on this beautiful island! I will echo what others say though, they are high up in the hills so you definitely need your own vehicle or someone else (taxi) to drive you up the hill to the Chalets. And that’s not difficult to do, you can communicate with Celastine and she will help you find a ride up the hill.

There was nothing worth noting that we disliked. We loved everything about our stay! Even though the location is up and very steep hill, that’s EASLIY overcome by getting a ride up the hill.

We had an amazing stay at Chepsted Chalet! The place is quiet, cozy, and perfect for couples looking for peace and privacy. Our house was big, spotless, and had everything needed for cooking. The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning — you can just sit and enjoy the ocean for hours, watching birds and flying foxes. Celestine, the host, is incredibly kind and caring. She welcomed us with fresh fruits and coconuts, cooked delicious fish several times, and even helped us find a rental car very quickly. The manager Maureen and all the staff were also super friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but the house was already ready for us. When our flight was delayed and we had to come a day later, they kindly canceled one night — that was really appreciated. The location is very peaceful and offers amazing views, but keep in mind that you definitely need a car to reach the chalet. The road goes uphill and walking up there would be pretty difficult. Everything was perfect — clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend Chepsted Chalet to anyone looking for a romantic and relaxing stay in Seychelles.

Домики расположены высоко на горе, учитывайте это (однако только подобное расположение обеспечит незабываемый вид), у нас было арендовано авто, поэтому проблем не было. Паркинг бесплатный

Es war alles super sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war fantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jeden Tag haben wir sehr leckeres frisches Obst bekommen. Es war ein ganz toller Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das Haus war sehr geräumig, die Aussicht fantastisch, die Flughunde spektakulär. Celestine ist eine super Gastgeberin. Ihr Fisch war sehr lecker und wir haben jede Menge Obst aus dem Garten bekommen. Wir haben uns in dem wirklich super gepflegten Garten sehr wohlgefühlt. Wer etwas Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig... absolute Empfehlung!

L'établissement se situe peu après la superbe plage de Beauvallon, à 5 minutes en voiture. Il comporte plusieurs logements typiques des Seychelles, dans la pure architecture créole. Excellent accueil à l'arrivée. Notre logement, comme les autres, surplombait la mer. Superbe vue. Le logement était composé d'une cuisine/salon, d'une chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple et d'une salle de bains avec WC. Globalement bien équipé (machine à laver). Sur nos lits étaient déposées des fleurs et des serviettes. Des cocos nous attendaient pour nous désaltérer. Au cours du séjour, la propriétaire nous a apporté des spécialités locales (riz, poisson, accras...). Rien à redire sur cette location. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Sur la situation géographique, établissement bien situé car il est de l'autre côté de Victoria, la capitale, et de son tumulte. A partir de Beauvallon, outre sa plage magnifique, vous serez idéalement placés pour sillonner aux alentours (parc naturel du morne seychellois, plages du sud de l'île...), en restant proche de la côté Est et de ses petites îles à visiter absolument par excursion en bateau (Ile Moyenne, Ile Ronde, Ile Longue...). Voiture indispensable... Durée de séjour suffisante selon nous : 3 nuits

Peut-être l'accès par la route à l'établissement, très très très raide. Mais sinon, rien à redire.

Great peaceful view in the morning, and a comfy place to chill in the evenings, especially on clear nights full of stars. The host is great, she would even cook a fish for us! :) The bed is comfy, there's enough space to cook.

Location is a bit uphill, so I would recommend getting a car, be careful when it's raining too, can be slippery. Rooms are a little bit barebones, and getting to a nearby beach requires driving.

All was perfect

This was the most delightful stay - the highlight of our trip! The chalets are at the top of a steep hill - offering the most unbelievable views, from our balcony, of the Beau Vallon Bay, the sea and town and the forest at the back. The chalets are private, in a lovely garden and quiet area. We were met by our super helpful and kind hostess, Celestine, and found a lovely chalet with flowers and a fridge stocked with a welcoming drink (see photo of our coconut drink displayed on our balcony with a view), fruit, milk, water, juice, eggs, bread, butter, jam, etc, ... We had two chalets. Both are spacious, super clean, well furnished and "feels like home". They are equipped with everything - stove, microwave, washing machine, toaster, Weber braai (barbecue), all the "usual" kitchen utensils, iron - even umbrellas for all of us. Celestine checked daily whether we need anything and spoiled us with homemade snacks (the "bread fruit fries" were delicious) and fruit from her lovely garden. She also treated us to a delicious fish. All these wonderful treats were offered out of her kindness. Celestine kindly offered to organise a taxi whenever we needed one and she helped us wherever she could. When "at home", we mostly spent our time sitting on our balcony, enjoying the incredible ever-changing views. We enjoyed walking in the area and felt completely safe. We recommend a visit to the Botanical Garden (in Victoria itself). It is beautifully done and maintained and we saw amazing trees and plants. We went by taxi.

Everything was exceptional - we really felt so spoilt! The road to the chalets is very steep and there are stairs to the chalets - visitors with mobility issues might find it difficult.

Cozy and comfortable Chalet, fully equipped with all you need, safe, clean, and very well maintained. Situated up on the hill, it offers you an amazing ocean view. The house surrounded by beautiful garden with variety of tropical trees and flowers. It is an ideal place for a peaceful, relaxed holiday filled with the sounds of nature and birds’ singings. The place is 5 minutes driving time to the Beau Vallon Beach, which is a very popular and well-developed area with plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff at place is very polite and well supervised by Maureen, the manager of the Chalets. She been in contact with us in advance of our arrival, arranged for us airport transfer and was responding to all our queries on WhatsApp. She also helped with a car rent, which was organized right on the spot very quickly, within 15 minutes time, and with minimal formalities. Sincere thanks to Selestine, owner the Chalets, she is a very kind, attentive and caring hostess. She treated us daily with delicious food and fruits from her garden.

Nothing to mention.

This is a quaint property with an excellent view overlooking the ocean. I loved the room, I loved the view . And the hospitality was a plus. Celestine was Superb even going out of her way to make sure I have food and was comfortable . Maureen, the manager, was also very nice and provided excellent customer service. This team really made me feel at home. I will definitely return.

Very friendly owner we arrived very very late and she but some breakfast for us in the fridge and fruit for the next morning, was helpful with everything and very kind!

The apartment was amazing. You'll find everything that you ever need inside. Very nice, clean and comfortable home with incredible view. Thanks a lot to the owner Celestine for her hospitality. She treated us to delicious food every evening and tried to make our stay feel like home.

We had a wonderful time at Chepsted Chalets! The location was perfect, offering a stunning view and close proximity to Beau Vallon Beach and a small store. A car is necessary due to the steep uphill climb to the house. The house itself was spacious and well-maintained. The host was extremely helpful and ensured we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. They even brought us coconuts and homemade treats. Thank you Celestina and your team. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Our experience at Chepsted Chalets was absolutely faultless. The friendliest of welcomes was accompanied by delicious homemade snacks, which were repeated every day of our stay - a lovely touch. The flat was exceptionally well equipped for self-catering, spotlessly clean and very homely. For the price paid, there really is no better value for money in the Seychelles!

We really loved our stay here. It's a very quiet place on the hill with beautiful ocean view and sunsets. The owner Celestine is a wonderful host, extra nice, really taking care of her guests, helping with whatever. The chalet with its terrasse is very beautiful, very clean, has good beds, provides everything you need. You find not only fridge and washing machine, also 2 toaster, water cooker, microwave, blender, rice cooker, even barbecue outside, with coal. Fan everywhere, AC in both bedrooms. Really incredible. I never had an apartment like that. Thanks to owner Celestine who made our stay really wonderful, also to helpful Maureen and friendly staff. Hopefully we can come back. We would definitely stay here again. Also our car (Sixt) was very good, new. We can only recommend Sixt with helpful and friendly owner and staff.

Everything was great.

The location was beautiful and the host Celestine and Maureen were very accommodating. They even arranged a rental car for us. The chalets are near supermarkets which was convenient and the Beau Vallon beach is very close. There's lots of restaurants around a 5 min ride away.

The road is challenging, but view makes up for it.

Celestine and her dog Simba, who run the property, are very friendly and responsible, and they always did their best to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. Daily juices squeezed from tropical fruits freshly picked from their garden and delicious tuna Celestine cooked for us a few times for our dinners were bonuses. Open sea view was amazing, especially dramatic during sunsets. Fresh breezes made the use of aircon unnecessary. Our house was equipped with all typical household items, which made our stay comfortable, including washing machine, which is always essential in the tropical weather. The surrounding environment is very calm and peaceful, with lots of wildlife hidden in the trees, such as flying foxes and birds, enjoyable to watch.

There are no public restaurants nearby; taxi is surprisingly difficult to catch in the Beau Vallon area. Although it takes only half an hour by walk, there are no pedestrian lanes - a problem not related to Chepsted, but rather the entire Beau Vallon area.

Our Chalet with 2 sleeping rooms was great and has been cleaned every day. It is super-safe and you have an amazing view to the sea. The garden is very nice, with many fruit treas. Thanks to Celestine for all and this wonderful breakfast, we still miss it here back home!!

We arrived a little early, and since we hadn’t set up our local sim cards yet we couldn’t reach the host to let her know we had arrived. Luckily for us, a guy who works there helped us get in touch with the landlady. She gave us a beautiful chalet with stunning views over the Ocean and the jungle. Inside she had prepared a bowl of fruits from the garden, and had even stocked the fridge with bread, fresh juice, beer etc. A great hostess and great employees. Beds are ok, a/c comfortable, room is spacious and extremely clean, views are stunning. The area is silent and feels safe. Highly recommend the outdoor shower (there is a shower indoors too).

The TV did only have one Channel - a local education channel. We did, However, not notify our host, so they were never given a chance to fix it. Was not really an issue for us.

Celestine and her staff were very kind and thoughtful. We even received some (surprise) Creole dishes so we could taste homemade food. Cleaning and room service was regular and sufficient.

Beautiful located! Amazing ocean view from the house. Sleeping was perfect. Our vacation was perfect thanks to Celestine. She met us in the airport. Rented the car for us. The room was cleaned every day including washed dishes. We will back here for the next year!

It was a fantastic experience from the beginning till the end. The accomodation was fantastic, very clean and cosy, with a nice terrace with a wonderful view of the hills and sea. Celestine was one of the best hosts we have ever met. She tried to fullfill every our wish, helped us with everything. After our arrival we found free food for breakfast, beer, fruits and fresh juice, she invited us for dinner and prepared a delicious fish etc. Our stay was amazing thanks to her. Nothing at all.

The management staff and maybe the owner were very dedicated. One ran in the street to and call us to make sure we found our way to the property. It was very helpful since the different GPS had trouble to find the place.

nothing but be aware the the guesthouse is up in the mountain so the car has difficulty to go up some of the hills

Chepstead Chalets is an amazing place hosted by great team. Celestin an Neros are very kind and wellcoming. the challets are specious and clean. you will have exceptional view from terrace and can sit there for hours and enjoy the ocean. there is bus stop, smal beach and little grocery nearby. you don’t have to rent the car if you don’t want. you can use the bus to go anywhere. the only thing that you would need to know is that the challets are located on the hill and there is a long steep road to the challets…going down is OK but climbing up is not easy for sure…if you dont plan to rent a car then going back to the challet you I suggest taking a taxi that would cost between 10-15Euros.
