Reviewed Jul 26, 2026War zum zweiten Mal dort. Tolle, einsame Lage. Nichts zu hören außer Tiergeräuschen. Toll sind das große Fenster auf den See und die holzbefeuerte Sauna. Außerdem Grill, Ruderboot und uriges Ambiente in der Hütte. Ein einzigartiger Ort!

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Majoittaja on todella ystävällinen ja avulias. Saimme erittäin herkullista ruokaa, ja koko paikka on lumoava. Kaikki oli upeaa, ja haluaisimme ehdottomasti tulla takaisin.
Vietimme siellä liian vähän aikaa. Ensi kerralla täytyy viipyä pidempään. 😊

Mökissä ei ollut siivousaineita, olisi ollut mukava välillä pyyhkiä pintoja pesuaineella. Alakaapissa oli likaisia kattiloita, yhden kattilan sisällä oli jopa muovisia roskia.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Cudowne miejsce przy jeziorze, w lesie. W domku pachniało drewnem do opalania kominka, co było dodatkowym autorem. Sauna znajduje się na zewnątrz - ale to także dodatkowy aut, żeby odpowiednio się schłodzić po seansie. Domek przytulny, z pięknym widokiem, blisko natury. Personel bardzo pomocny. Na pewno wrócimy!

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Being close to the nature, sauna, the snow and the Christmas tree with string lights right by the house + the snow was cleaned regularly. The forest and the lake were magic and got to see the husky rides on the frozen lake passing by our house. A place to return. Not far from Kuusamo airport. Dog friendly. It is definitely a place for a longer stay.

It would be good if booked guests could be advised in advance of days when the restaurant will be closed. Also, as booking is requested at least a day before meals are required, it would be good if Booking.com could supply a telephone number.

You need a car to move around , shopping centre is not a walking distance . We spent lots of money on taxi but I think it’s because we had children .

If you would like to have a rest of the city noise and routine it's a right choice for reasonable price. Everything for staying for several days or longer is included. Ideal for family of 4-5 pearsons.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2024The view outside was really nice. They had good programs to check out. The inside of the cabin was well thought when made.
Staff introduction was very cold. They didn't offer any information about the restaurant, the menu, the programs, or the stay overall if I didn't ask them. They became friendly after a couple of nights there. Also, they scammed me a little with the snow mobile, not letting me know I could've taken their short version, hence traveled for 6 hours and having to pay triple. Also, paying 12€ extra for simple bed sheets since they didn't provide a pair to begin with was dumb.

Reviewed Sep 27, 2022We couldn't have asked for a better experience here! The cottage we stayed in had everything we needed, and was in an incredible location right on the lake. Our host was extremely kind and made our stay very special. We visited in mid-September and the autumn colors were stunning. We will definitely be back to this beautiful location to enjoy winter and summer activities.
