Location very good.
I had a lot of trouble opening and locking door. No compost bin in house only in yard.
cet établissement est bien situé pas loin du centre tout en étant en campagne au bord de l'eau. Nous avons apprécié le fait que chaque chambre avait sa grande salle de bain et que la propreté était irréprochable.
Gorgeous spacious house, fab views, spotlessly clean. Thank you!
Great place to stay for a short stay in Clifden! The house had lots of space and we loved the views from the living area! Would definitely recommend
Extremely spacious, comfortable house , with fabulous views. All rooms and bathrooms a very good size, well equipped and with good quality finishes. Excellent location, rural and quiet, yet only about 30 minutes walk to centre of Clifden. Our host, Stephen was readily contactable and very helpful.
No instructions left for kitchen appliances and it would also be useful for guests to be left some local information and tips on restaurants, shops, coffee shops, walks etc
Very modern, spacious yet family oriented property with breathtaking views, peaceful, calm, location is superb and very close to a lot of fun places and outdoors
I loved everything, can’t fault anything
This is really a place to relax. The location of that building is wonderfull with wonderfull view and really quiet. In the house everything is very clean and one feel really confortable . Really nice place to stay !!!
Host very friendly and helpful, quiet location with nice views, clean an comfortable
Very spacious accommodation, ideal for a family or small group of friends. Parking right outside front door. Lovely views of the rugged heather terrain on one side and the Twelve Pins mountain range on the other from the 1st floor living spaces. Within 5 mins drive to Clifden town centre. Lots of lovely pubs and restaurants and basic needs like supermarkets, banks, pharmacies there. Booked because my two small dogs were travelling with me. Great to have laneway to open grounds to bring them out to.
Understand why living areas are on 1st floor. Its awkward though when having to carry groceries, dog accessories up a stairs. Probably wouldnt have booked if that was clear on booking site. Would also be nice if there was a toilet on 1st floor but you either go to 2nd floor or down to ground floor.
Amazing spacious modern house with stunning views of the countryside. Location as perfect for us, in the countryside with beautiful walks but short drive from Clifden, or a 20 min walk which we did a couple of mornings. The house was perfect, super comfortable, including beds, warm and no shortage of cooking facilities, utensils, I loved the setting and stunning surround views, highly recommend and I will be back, an added perk, dog friendly!
Lovely house in a spectacular setting. Very clean (one of the cleanest we've ever been). Great location to explore Connemara.
-
En suite bathroom for every bedroom, plenty of living space, warm honey, spectacular views, atmosphere, ultra quiet surroundings.
Really minimal kitchen equipment. Could have done with a few more cooking utensils. No welcome pack.
clean, spacious, decor, facilities plenty
found front door difficult to lock at night
We loved the house and the location. The house was clean and attractive. We lived looking out of the windows to the view of the water and the Connemara ponies. We enjoyed the short walk to see the ponies.
The bed was hard and so were the pillows
Specious apartment with gorgeous views in excellent location, only 3min drive from Clifden centre.
The materace wasn’t comfortable, so it wasn’t easy to get a good night sleep. We tried different beds in the house, but it wasn’t for us.
The location was great for visiting the park and it was not to far from a supermarket and a great selection of restaurants. The rooms were big and the beds comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was quite convenient as well.
The pump for the hot water was extremely noisy.
Close to Clifden by car and about a 25min walk, Lovely scenery and views, No hassle or delay when we arrived.
Absolutely gorgeous, great views from kitchen balcony when having breakfast, comfy beds, good showers, all bedrooms have ensuite, good WiFi and only 5mins outside town well worth the money would highly recommend this place
Nothing not to dislike
Peaceful area, lovely walks, only 20min walk into Clifden. House modern, well equipped and bonus was it allowed pets.
Nothing to dislike.
Very clean and comfortable. Perfect size house for our family of 5. All rooms enquire which was great. Seamless communication with Stephen regarding key collection and all information we needed was provided.
We really enjoyed the tranquility and the view of this spacious house.
A new set of cutlery and plates as well as improved kitchen utensils would be appreciated.
The house is perfectly located. Close to Cliften but in a very quiet area. The views are amazing. The house is very comfortable and my girls loved the board games bonus. It was a great base to explore Connemara National Park
Nothing really to add.
House was in a really quiet lane but only 1.5km from Clifden town with outstanding views from lounge balcony and lovely views out the front. House had a parking space and was very well equipped with all you need for a great holiday.Great hot showers, fully operational kitchen and nice clean bedding and towels. Its in a beautiful area with quick access to Wild Atlantic Way and Connemara National park and Clifden itself is beautiful. There are great beaches judt a short drive away too. House is modern, clean, spacious and comfortable.
Only very small downside is walls and floors must be very thin as you can hear a lot of noise but didnt really affect the quality of our holiday and we will definitely return and stay here.

Signage to property.
Wonderful location and very clean and comfortable. Great views and easy to access local facilities.
Kitchen was I’ll equipped, not even a measuring jug or pair of scissors. Hot plate was very difficult to use with no instructions.
The location was very nice and quiet. Spacious house
Very scarce amenities in the house/kitchen. No possibility to sit/eat outside.
Great location, very clean and comfortable.
Nothing
Great space, comfortable rooms, good kitchen facilities , Travelling with young family, it fulfilled all our needs
Lovely and clean, spacious and well equipped. Nice location a few minutes drive from Clifden yet a pretty rural road.
Could do with another sofa or a couple of armchairs, there is only one sofa for a possible 6 people. Also the pillows could do with being bigger and fluffier and the biggest towels weren’t really bath sized.
The house is much nicer than the photos suggest. It is very large, with all 3 bedrooms being en-suite which is brilliant. The ‘upside down’ layout of the house suited us very well indeed as we have older kids and it afforded everyone privacy. But it might not be as great for families with younger children. For the price paid, this is honestly amongst the best on offer in Clifden. It’s dog friendly too, which is perfect for us.
The surrounding gardens could be improved upon. They are not like the pictures shown. It’s a shame as it does take away from the overall impression of the place. Even a few wooden picnic tables would help, and make the outside a lot more useable.
The location was perfect for touring. The house had everything we needed. Sitting room on second level with beautiful countryside views was a real bonus. Lovely walk down a lane to feed the horses.
Spacious rooms; all bedrooms en suite and showers were great; great communication from the host; kitchen well stocked with utensils etc and very clean / modern; house was cosy; area, was very quiet with good outdoor space and worked well for our family including dog.
The beds - in all rooms - mattresses need changed, some rooms had no mattress protectors, need new pillows.
Excellent house, plenty of room, large bedrooms all with ensuite. Lovely views. We had a problem with the washing machine and it was fixed within hours
Its a shame because the house itself is beautiful but needs a little more attention to detail. Towels very small and thin, no mattress protector on downstairs bed, no pillow protectors, poor quality pillows, some lacking any stuffing, stained carpets, mismatched crockery and not enough (only one side plate, five mugs, 4 mismatched wine glasses, two champagne glasses - should be enough for six) ripped tablecloth, chains coming off the bottom of the blinds. But the main issue is that the photo shown on the website is not the property you actually stay in. There is no outside space apart from the car park. There are about 12 properties in all none with a garden, so it is not as secluded as it looks. It can get a bit noisy if the other properties are occupied.
large place with 3 en-suite bathrooms. large kitchen and sitting area.
some of the equipment in the kitchen is tired such as oven, toaster. the house was very nice but the outside area could be improved.
Lovely little town with nice scenery around
Superb communication with Stephen. All possible needs were catered for our stay including a warm welcome to our family dog which was important for us.
No complaints whosoever.
