House was comfortable and very clean situated in a good location especially as we brought our dog

Had a great stay the only real issue was not with the house rather it was that the entrance into the site was narrow and there was a deep pothole that wasn’t easy to avoid

Property was very clean. Exactly what we needed as a family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds and area was very quiet. The location was excellent, we used it as a base and traveled around. The host, Aisling, was very kind and helpful.

Easy-to-access and central location, very quiet! A very clean house, excellent wi-fi, dog-friendly, tennis court, quite big too, walking distance to a forest walk for the dogs. Didn't need to bother the hosts during the whole stay. It was a lovely, relaxing few days away.

Theres everything you need in the property its spacious quiet and your only 10 mins drive from donegal town and the macmanus forest walk the house itself is big and no stairs which is good when u have a wee arthritic dog and elderly members of your family theres a tennis court if you fancy a few rounds all in all a most quiet and relaxing stay

We had a lovely stay. Lovely peaceful location just outside of town. The place was spotless. The beds were comfy. We had everything we needed for our stay. I appreciated the recommendation of the nearby forest walk.

The cottage was adorable. It was in a quiet, tranquil residential area. Cottage had all the amenities we needed. On site parking.

The location wasn’t conducive to walking into town. It wasn’t terribly far but it runs along a busy road. Definitely preferable to drive into Donegal Town.

Great area for what we wanted. With our special needs son and his brothers there werent to many dangers as the hedges and walls created a private area for him to play about with a bit of freedom. Wee bungalow had everything we needed and clean and tidy. Tennis court another great addition.

Had a bit of an ignorant neighbour but not the hosts fault.

The house was absolutely beautiful so cosy and the beds so comfy. and spotless clean and it had everything you needed to make a meal..we really enjoyed our stay. Aisling was amazing to deal with from start to finish.. Thank you aisling for a lovely holiday and your houses are beautiful we will definitely be back.🙂🙂

The house was in a lovely quiet area with a beach down the road & a walk in the woods nearby. Short distance from Donegal town. Taxi service was outstanding!! The house had everything we needed for our stay. Aisling waa lovely to deal with, would highly recommend this place

This accommodation is exactly what we had wished for. Located in a quiet area but within striking distance to the town of Donegal. Also there are supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi nearby The accommodation was very clean and the beds were comfortable. All facilities were provided Cooker, Fridge, Washing Machine and Microwave. I thoroughly recommend

Nice quiet location 2 miles outside Donegal town with nice well equipped chalets which were comfortable and clean. Had good kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. I deal for families or groups

No real downsides other than distance to Donegal Town as the walk is mainly along busy road. Taxi back from Donegal on a. Saturday night was 12 euros after a bit of a long wait but not too bad

The houses are excellent for large family groups. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchens had everything you would need. The houses were very clean and having an open fire at night was just lovely. Communication with Aisling was excellent and she even offered to post a forgotten charger back to us. I would definitely recommend the houses here!

The location was great for touring around the county.

The main bedroom has a shower only in it, the second bedroom had a wash basin in it. The bathroom had shower and wash facilities which were the only ones used, the water supply to the main shower was very poor, resulting in temperature fluctuations from scald to freezing. The house was very cold on arrival, Set on a timer. Note these are just things we didn't like.

Longer than 30 minute walk to town centre on an extremely busy road. You would need a car to explore the area.

Lovely house and location

The host was lovely. Made certain exceptions for us and was very courteous. These houses are ideal for people who want to spend their days out and about exploring its right on the Wild atlantic way so theres no excuse for sitting inside.this is our 2nd time staying. Will be back

Lage zur Stadt gut sofern man mit eigenem Auto unterwegs ist.

Duschkopf musste man in der Hand halten, Wasserdruck gering und unregelmäßig bei Warmwasser, Toilettenspülung nur alle 10 Minuten möglich, da Wasser nur langsam nachläuft. Dieser unmögliche Zustand sollte dringend geändert werden!

Ideal location near by Donegal Town. Spacious 3 bedroom house, with cooking facilities. House is very clean and neat.

Only one Toilet facilities for 3 room, rest no complaints about the service and facilities.

Really good communication with the host Aisling, she had lots of recommendations for us and answered all questions I had. Very pet friendly with the lovely Rossylongan forest just down the road.

Beds could do with an upgrade!

The location was good, the place was immaculately clean and the host seemed pleasant, though we had very little dealings with them. Had just about all the basics but nothing else.

There were claims of wifi. While there was technically a wifi connection, it was basically unusable for any modern website. Speed tests showed 2 to 3mbs on a good day. Wouldn't have been a problem apart from there was also no phone reception with our network. Had to drive down the road to book cinema or attraction tickets or look basic things up on google maps. 1gb fibre is available at the property, so this just isn't acceptable at this price. States on ad on booking.com that tennis court AND equipment is provided, then the welcome book states no equipment is provided on arrival. The net was broken and almost on the ground, so I had to make a temporary repair myself and then go buy tennis equipment. The chain link fences enclosing the courts is in disrepair, and balls kept getting lost due to it being neglected. Plenty of places to fall through and get injured too. All 3 children were stung by the vast amounts of nettles growing in the completely unmaintained and overgrown garden of our house. If you plan on using the house for anything other than sleeping and making breakfast, I couldn't recommend it. Place is in desperate need of modernisation, and outside is in total disrepair. Honestly, we were disappointed when it didn't match photos on here or our expectations. Had a great holiday other than this thankfully. I didn't feel it was worth addressing with host at the property. They weren't going to be able to fix the garden, courts or the wifi or any other issues during our stay so just want other people to be informed as of what to expect when they are booking. .

Le logement est de bonnes dimensions pour 4. Il est au calme à quelques minutes de Donegal et tout près d’un petit supermarché.

Les lits n’étaient pas très confortables ; la cuisine était équipée au minimum (nous aurions apprécié une passoire et un saladier pour préparer les repas). Nous avons eu un peu froid (malgré notre séjour en août) et il n’y avait pas d’explication pour faire fonctionner le chauffage.

The WiFi is not great, could be improved. Also the foliage around the house is quite dense and blocks a lot of light from the rooms, if it was cut back a little , the house wouldn’t be so dark inside.

The setting was very peaceful yet close to Donegal town. Our dog was very much at home and we all enjoyed walking locally and in the very beautiful forest which was close by. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with all we needed Aisling was a friendly and helpful host

Location was good, the property was very clean inside Easy to book and lady who rents it very nice and pleasant and good communication. The beds were very comfortable too

The whole place is quite dated. The house itself is very basic and the area outside the house was all overgrown when we were there.It just looks like it could do with a good clean up and cut bushes etc.We were there before the full summer season so maybe it hadnt been prepped for a busy summer season. It is self catering so be prepared to bring everything you might need as the house doesnt have any extras at all.

Excellent place and great value

Quaint cottage in a rural and relaxed setting. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of kitchen equipment, with a very homely feel. The hosts were very responsive and replied very fast when we reached out to them

Water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but it's not a big issue.

Great location and very clean. It is in a private little a cul de sac, we had three houses and it was great for the kids to play outside.

The socks in the small bedroom didn’t work.

Clean and spacious house, very warm. Practically brand new shower cubicle and most of the plumbing fittings.

Perhaps, at least one water mixer, better - all, would add a lot to a comfort - tradition is good, but it is well into 21-st century already. Wi-Fi needs to be improved.

The location was perfect, the stay was comfy. The weather was a cherry on top. In all my trip went quite well. Our hota Aisling was lovely... She left us a cute note wishing us on our anniversary with a bag of chocolates ❤️. Such a lovely an thoughtful gesture. Thanks a mil for the lovely stay and the cute goodies.
