Great location a short walk from the beach and a short drive to the shops.

We had a brilliant time and the weather was amazing. We were walking distance to the town and only a short drive to most attractions. Will definitely be down this part of the world again.

Beautiful and very luxuriously comfortable, beds and bedding were fabulous, everything you need is there, stealing the linen towels idea, we had a wonderful time, Mary and Robert, the owners are lovely people 🥰

There is a quiet luxury about this property. Beautiful design features, comfortable bedding, kitchen has everything you need. There is a gorgeous, lush garden around the house, you feel very at one with nature.

There was a bit of a misunderstanding about charging our hybrid EV which soured our last night somewhat, but was ironed out before we left.

The cottage itself was beautiful and located close to the beach. The garden was like out of a fairytale. Our toddler really enjoyed himself.

Absolutely loved our stay at seaside cottage, everything one could need was to hand. Lovely to have outdoor areas for our boys to explore and we enjoyed having all of the essentials to cook for ourselves. We had a wonderful stay, the house is so well maintained and decorated beautifully. We hope to be back again.

One shout would be a few more towels but no other comments, we loved our stay

Could come and go as we pleased, lovely location, very clean and were provided with highchair and travel cot with no hassle. Close to the beach and had use of outdoor area also

Absolutely beautiful house on stunning grounds. Hosts Robert and Mary were both lovely, gave us some great advice on places to see. It was like home from, we had everything we needed in the house. Will definitely be back here again.

The cottage is so clean and beautiful. Bright and fresh and lots of light in the day and cosy and lovely at night. It is built on beautiful grounds, a stunning garden. The hosts are so kind and lovely and interesting. They gave loads of tips on what to do and where to go. Duncannon beach is a two minute drive away and you can drive right up onto the beach. Dollar Bay which is a 5 minute drive is stunning and a must see. You can get the ferry from Ballyhack to Waterford in about 5 minutes. I fell in love with Duncannon and all its surroundings. I was v sad to leave it all and would go back in a heart beat. Thanks so much to Robert and Mary for being such kind and special hosts.

We had a lovely stay at the seaside cottage. Mary and Robert were lovely and very welcoming. We had everything we needed during our stay. The attention to detail was excellent. There were beautiful fresh flowers on the kitchen table and in the living area. There were washing pods left in the laundry room, shower gel in the shower and even tea bags, sugar and milk on arrival. Just these little added extras I thought were brilliant. They thought of everything. The house was very well equipped. The chairs in the living area were very comfortable and there were even blankets hanging up if needed. Each bedroom has a door that opens out onto a little private garden area with a table and chairs. The pillows and duvets were all feather. They were so comfortable. During our stay there was an incident with the vase of flowers in the living area. They were situated on a shelf over the tv. I'm assuming it was due to them being top heavy, and potentially a breeze from the door being open, but unfortunately they fell over and the contents of the small vase spilled over the tv. This resulted in the tv no longer working. Within two days Mary and Robert had the Tv replaced with an even bigger one. For the two nights when we had no TV, Mary was kind enough to bring us over some cards. We had such a laugh playing with these, there were also some games up in the press. On our last night we had a BBQ. We brought our own little portable one, but in the out house where the washing machine and tumble dryer was there was a large BBQ that we could have used, along with charcoal, and everything else needed for a BBQ. There was really no need for us to bring our own charcoal etc. There was also a swing to the side of the house that my children enjoyed. Overall we had such a lovely stay and would visit again.

There wasn't much we didn't like. I suppose the only thing that some people may see as a slight problem with is the fact there was only one indoor toilet that you have to go through the twin bedroom to get to. This wasn't really a problem for us as my children are heavy sleepers and wouldn't hear my parents using it during the night. I had the bedroom away from the toilet so In the morning if everyone was still sleeping I just used the outside toilet. The outside toilet was just a little walk from the house and was well equipped with toilet roll, hand wash and towels.

Everything in this house is made to perfection. Very nice location and comfortable with a lot of space.

Quaint home with lots of extra touches. Location was on a beautiful seaside hill overlooking the water and close to the beach town. Comfortable beds with full kitchen.

Holds a lot of character, super comfortable and clean. The owners are really friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed on site. 5 minute walk from the beach. Beautiful stay and would highly recommend.

Stunning little house, warm, comfortable and perfectly located in the most quaint little seaside town. Close to beautiful beaches and Hook lighthouse which is a must see!

The only negative I had was that there wasn’t a freezer for ice for my wine - but I survived 😆

It was beautiful with lovely character set in idyllic location, so peaceful … the cottage had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and the hosts were so friendly and helpful Only short walk to the beach … I will definitely be returning soon

I loved everything

Everything was excellent, beautiful charming well presented cottage. Well loved and cared for by the owners. Private parking. Milk in fridge and tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch. Such character and great use of space. Beautiful bedrooms, fabulous bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Doors to outside from each room.

Beds were very comfortable. The house had everything we needed and more for a family of 4. Hosts were friendly and gave great reccomendations.

Absolutely beautiful comfortable cottage in Duncannon with everything you would need and more. Robert met us when we arrived and gave us lots of information on where to go and sights to see which was so very helpful.

Absolutely nothing

Really good size for a family with 2 double and 1 twin bedroom. Very clean and comfortable. Owners were really friendly and helpful. Only a couple of minutes’ walk to Duncannon village.

Terrific location! Easy walk to the sea and great views! We could drive to so many places and see the sights of the country! Beautiful, lovely cottage with everything you may need even more! Very well equipped and stylish/ idyllic! Our host Mary and Robert are very lovely and welcoming people. We highly recommend this beautiful place!

Everything was great!

Gorgeous cottage with fantastic, friendly hosts in walking distance to duncannon village.

The only issue we had was there was no bath only a shower so washing our 1 year old was challenging.

This was our second stay at Seaside Cottage this year to visit friends locally. It is the perfect cosy cottage with everything you need and more to enjoy a mini break away. The hosts, Mary and Robert, are very friendly and more than helpful. Would definitely return again.

The cottage was perfect, it was spotlessly clean and had all the comforts of home. It was warm, cosy with a well equipped kitchen and stylish bathroom. The location was central to tourist attractions and amenities, you could go off for a couple hours, come back and head back out again. We met our lovely hosts Mary and Robert when we arrived and got some tips for places to see, we enjoyed our stay in beautiful Co Wexford 😁👍

Seaside cottage has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, lovely and peaceful with the beach minutes away, the hosts Robert and Mary make you feel at home, and are more than happy to help with anything you might need, definitely recommend 100%

The house was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The garden was a joy to stroll around. Wonderful mattresses and sofas, and the kitchen was easy to work in with a great dishwasher.

I loved the quirky little details and the garden surrounding the house. There was also everything we needed in terms of facilities. Beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the swing outside.

The main road was dangerous to walk on and would be nice to have a footpath to the beach etc but once we were aware of this we worked around it. Many thanks Mary & family for a wonderful weekend.

Lovely house, very well fitted out. Very comfortable in a great location near Duncannon ,which is very nice village. Mary & Robert are very nice warm people and very helpful in every way. There's lots to see in the local area. We had excellent meal in a local bar, Roches. Delicious seafood and very friendly staff. We will have to go again soon.
