White Beach Front and Cottages

If you like a remote, get-away spot, this is it. The staff is very professional and friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom, the most important to me, is clean and roomy with a nice ledge to place your things. The resort is nice and shaded so you be outside during the afternoon sun. And the beach, oh my, quite a wonderful section of beach. No crowds, no loud music. Peaceful and tranquil.

Nothing the resort could not control, and that is the weather. We went in August, during the monsoon and typhoon season. It was very, very windy and some rain when we arrived. The following day was sunny, less wind, and the ocean was still angry. The following day was very nice! Mostly sun, light ocean breeze, and a happy ocean.

Es ist ein langer Strand, an dem in der Woche relativ wenig Menschen waren. Am Wochenende kamen viele Einheimische, um ihr Wochenende dort zu verbringen. Der Bungalow lag am Hang, so dass etwa 60 - 70 Stufen bewältigt werden mussten. Man kann zu Fuss zu weiteren Buchten gelangen, was jedoch eine schweisstreibende Angelegenheit ist. Das Essen ist gut, die WLAN - Verbindung holprig.

Es wäre schön, wenn man sich ein fahrbaren Untersatz mieten könnte, um die Gegend weiter zu erkunden.

La struttura è semplice ma bellissima, immersa nella natura. Non troppo facile arrivarci ma è questo il suo bello! Appartamento sulla collina raggiungibile con scalini ma stanza enorme, pulitissima con aria condizionata, bagno grande e terrazzo fantastico con una vista top! Servizi della struttura efficienti, personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. Cibo buonissimo ed economico

We cannot cook food, but the staff is still nice enough to accomodate our requsts. Please add more water activities for guests to enjoy, or at least coordinate at the nearby resorts for booking of water activities. Thank you.

The quietness , the serenity and peaceful atmosphere, the native style. The terrace just in front of the sea where you can have breakfast and dine and budget friendly. The boat tour so you can visit the coast and the most popular attraction there such as Ariel's point and if you like to stop or snorkeling. The kind and helpful staff !

Sometimes the WiFi had low signal

Wir waren über drei Wochen und haben uns mehr als zuhause gefühlt. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren bei der Anreise erkrankt und mussten leider ins Krankhaus. Die Kommunikation bezüglich der Anreise und des Shuttles war hier sehr flexibel und hilfreich. Wir wurden schlussendlich Stunden später als ausgemacht um Mitternacht abgeholt. Auch beim Essen haben wir gemerkt, wie bemüht und hilfsbereit sie waren. Wir sind vegan und es wurde extra Tofu für uns eingekauft, was gar nicht so leicht war. Der Hinugtan Beach ist unbeschreiblich schön. Wer einen entspannten und ruhigen Ort, abseits vom Trubel in Boracay sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Das Resort liegt an einem Traumstrand mit klarem Wasser, den man fast für sich alleine hat. Das offene Restaurant, in dem man gut essen kann, befindet sich direkt am Strand. Durch einen kleinen Garten kommt man zu den schönen Zimmern mit Terrasse. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption wurde uns eine sehr gute Masseurin vermittelt. Wir haben ein paar herrliche Tage hier verlebt. Für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen, ist es perfekt. Es gibt kein Nachtleben oder sonstige Aktivitäten.

The feeling of being immersed in Philippine beach life. Great staff - friendly and helpful this is a small version of the Boracay beach with a lot less people, hotels, bars etc. It offers a nice beach vibe with great views, great food and an awesome staff.

The new rooms are very clean and modern. The cottages offer the solitude and a beautiful balcony and a jungle vibe, but the bathroom is in need of renovation. It’s clean enough but a bit more exposed to the elements. To get to the cottages one must walk past the staff area and up many stairs. This is fine if you expect it, but one would assume the ‘Honeymoon Suite’ would be one of the prettiest and most elegant. Stick to the Superior rooms. They are closer to the main area and the beach and are better ‘appointed’.

Целый дом был мой! Чисто, очень атмосферно. Все необходимое в домике. Гамак на балконе. Завтрак вкусный. Сотрудники очень приветливые и вежливые. Массаж отличный. Брала на обед местную кухню. Понравилось все! Дали маску для ныряния. Море чистое и красивое.

Не было в наличии кокоса. Хотя они там кругом растут

Расположение для тех, кто жаждет уединения с морем и природой-в тихой бухточке, где несколько маленьких гостевых домов. Завтраки с видом на море, красивые закаты. Домики отеля расположены по склону горы, прямо в джунглях, поэтому в номере было много муравьев и однажды разбудил грохот в туалете-упал кокос и пробил крышу(( - это не минус, просто к этому надо быть готовым. Также как к тому, что от парковки до отеля крутой спуск по каменисто-грязевой тропе, спасибо сотрудникам отеля, нам помогли тащить чемоданы, потому что там катить их невозможно. Трансфер из порта до отеля мы заказывали в отеле, за доп.плату.

A beautiful little hidden gem directly on a small beach with white sand. The resort is small and friendly, well kept and has everything you need for a peaceful relaxing break. The food was good enough and the portions were generous. Transport is available from and to the town ( chargeable )

A very steep walk down from the road on a rough path most of the way .... certainly not suitable for anyone with mobility issues of any kind. Very little to do on a rainy day or after dark.

No one from the airport wanted to drive us this way. We ended up paying 2,500 for someone to take us. Once dropped off it’s around a 10 min walk through the woodland with all of your belongings and once checked in, up the stairs to your room carrying your things. We woke up in the morning with ants around us on the beds and in our things. The ants in our belongings were biting us as we tried to clean them away. I’m not sure how this can be controlled but maybe spraying insect repellant around the rooms?

Absolutely LOVED this place!! The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The location is magical. The accommodation is unique, spacious, and cozy. It had a wonderful charm and I will be coming back. The food was fantastic. The chicken curry was one of the best curries I've had in my life.

I can't fault this place. It's not your modern luxurious hotel, it's your cabin in the jungle so of course it will have some broken things or challenges, but it's charm let's you forget anything you may not like about it.

Einzigartige Lage am herrlich weissen Sandstrand. Ausser einigen jungen Einheimischen, die hier in sehr gesittetter Weise feiern, ist es absolut ruhig. Kein Trubel, wie auf Boracay aber genauso schöner, palmengesäumter Strand. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem und alles ist sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Essen gut.

Sehr nettes Personal, im Gegensatz zu Boracay sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Manche Cottages sind nur über viele Treppen zu erreichen, da ist eine gewisse Grundfitness sinnvoll, ansonsten die Beach Area Cottages auswählen...

Es gab viele Moskitos, deshalb Off-Spray nicht vergessen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt! Die Superior Suite war sehr komfortabel und der Balkon bot eine tolle Aussicht in die Natur und zum Meer. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Preise günstig. Die Terrasse am Strand war super und wir konnten die Aussicht zum Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen genießen. Wir waren im Dezember da für 5 Übernachtungen und waren teilweise die einzigen Gäste. Es war sehr ruhig und super entspannt. An der Weihnachtsfeier des Hotelteams durften wir teilhaben und bekamen Kuchen und Süßigkeiten geschenkt. Eine Ausrüstung zum Schnorcheln konnten wir ausleihen und bekamen zudem weitere Tipps für Wanderungen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit! Wir kommen irgendwann wieder!

Absolutly fabulous white beach location. Nice room, and service was top. I am a big coffee drinker, and they got me covered well. Food, oh wow. They really can produce some great dishes.

The cottage is very close to the beach and their terrace is right in front of the ocean. Very nice view all around. The owner and staff is also nice and friendly.

A little bit far from the main tourist trail. If you like a quiet beach is good otherwise can get a bit boring with not much to do around. The food was not always that good, they need a better cook. The fish and the squid we ordered seemed to be not fresh.

Diese Unterkunft ist eine schöne Alternative zu dem Trubel auf Boracay. Wir hatten die Hochzeitssuite. Diese Unterkunft liegt ein paar Stufen höher als die anderen. Aber es lohnt sich. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Es gibt nur die paar Restaurants am Strand. Was völlig ausreicht. Mit dem Auto ist das Hotel nicht bis vor die Tür erreichbar. Man muss ein kleines Stück laufen. Wir benutzten den Flughafenschuttle vom Hotel. Ein Trike, pro Fahrt 600PHP. Das Essen im Hotel war sehr lecker, die Zimmer groß und sauber. Man kann hier nur bar oder mit den üblichen Zahlmethoden, die es auf den Philippinen gibt bezahlen.

The place looked serene and peaceful. The first room I stayed in had a spacious balcony, which would’ve been a nice spot to hang out—unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to enjoy it. The room itself was also quite spacious.

Where do I begin? I had high hopes based on the reviews—I even cut my Boracay trip short to explore Buruanga, thinking I wouldn’t regret it. Sadly, the experience turned out to be stressful. I requested help with my luggage and booked their transfer, but the driver couldn’t assist, and I had to manage everything alone until I reached the area where you have to walk to the resort. The bathroom smelled like a sewer, and no information was given about the WiFi (I had to ask and go down a flight of stairs — the stairs were no joke; I had to go up and down several times because of the issues I've listed below) or breakfast times. The WiFi barely worked. That night, I found small black crawling bugs on the towels, beds, and surfaces, I was scared it might crawl into my ears, nose, and mouth while I sleep. I made sure to always keep the door closed, knowing the location, but it seemed the lady who cleaned the bathroom had left it open—basically an invitation for bugs to come in. There was also an ant nest near the TV console, and red ants got into my luggage and my bag. I left with bites as it managed to crawl in my clothes despite checking if there's none before wearing it and when I was carrying my bag. I asked to be moved to another room, but there I found three big roaches on the curtains (I took a screenshot from the video I showed the receptionist) and ants in the water jug. Eventually, after trying to shower for the third time, I was able to clean up and get some rest—but by morning, I knew I needed to leave. I had breakfast, informed the staff of my decision—as I had mentioned the night before—and checked out. While the reimbursement wasn’t full (some deductions were made), I appreciated that they were at least willing to refund the remaining nights. This place has potential, but cleanliness, pest control, and basic guest care seriously need improvement.

Love everything about this hotel perched in a forest. The free breakfast is good.

So beautiful here such a perfect escape the owners and staff could not have been more helpful or friendly beautiful beach chilled out atmosphere I wish I had booked a longer stay I definitely would have stayed longer if I didn't already have advanced plans booked I highly recommend it a special shout out to Heidi amazing lady we will be back

Great location, really quiet place and not a lot of people, a place to relax- if you are searching for such a place it’s recommended going there, take your snorkelling gear with you! We saw some fiah, sea stars, moray eels.. the staff is also outstanding: really nice, friendly and helpful

staff were friendly, kind, joyful, helpful. you just get lots of good vibes from the staff. price of food was excellent not over priced and they give you good portions!!( gotta try the homemade mango ice cream and banana ice cream! “yum”! one of the best ice cream for sure. lots of cool animals like gecko, monkey and hermit crabs. perfect sunset everyday, good spot for snorkeling( we saw a bunch of nemos)

It is truly a hidden gem. It is 30 minutes away from the Boracay airport and you find yourself in a local hidden beach where there is almost no tourists. Beach has pristine water and you can snorkel with Nemo and corals. It was one of highlights of our honeymoon. The staff was sooo helpful. They have managed to make our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Deinitely recommend this instead of Boracay which was very touristy and crowded

Activities. Even though the hotel offers renting and kayak, massage and snorkel equipment, there was lack of activities to do around and almost no day trips. If you are looking for a quite stay at the beautiful location where you can just rest, this is your option.

It is a small place and pricey for the location. The room we have is not for those with weak knees, chubby side or weak heart and definitely obese type. Nothing interesting on the property to do if you expect more only the beach and sand and the shore is near. I like that there many water faucets to wash sands from your feet.The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Its a wonderful location with an excellent white beach. The hosts - esp. Tinalyn - are wonderful. The food is great.

The access is a bit difficult. And the creedy local government collecting now 90 Pesos per Pax for environment plus 150 Pesos parking per night. They are not doing anything at all to improve the access. Its still the same as 5 years ago.
