Reviewed Aug 11, 2024The opportunity to stay in a home built in 1777 of massive logs, but with a well appointed modern kitchen. Vintage outbuildings add to the ambience. Photo ops abound! This is a piece of old Norway and an experience to cherish.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2024This was an absolute dream of a place. The pictures here don't quite do it justice, when you arrive and you see the hut in real life it's breathtaking. The location is so stunning, you feel as though you could have a wild moose walk up to your kitchen window while you're making a morning cup of coffee. The interior is incredibly charming with some very historic features (painted story on a door, historic beds downstairs). It's beautiful. Very spacious inside.
Loved everything. The shops are a little far away but it's easy to prepare for the stay.
