Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Apartament, lokalizacja udogodnienia wszystko było bardzo dobre
Przed przyjazdem nie dostaliśmy informacji co trzeba zrobić, aby dostać się do apartamentu , czyli jak zdobyć klucze. Ani w e-mail, ani w SMS.. 3 dni przed przyjazdem dostaliśmy prośbę o podanie godziny przyjazdu. Podaliśmy 19-20, prośba została zaakceptowana, ale nikt nie czekał, jedyny telefon kontaktowy z Booking nie odpowiadał ( bo to telefon do biura) Na wiadomości wysłane Messenger nikt nie odpowiadał. Po 2 godzinach czekania, wydzwaniania poprosiliśmy o pomoc turystkę niemiecką, która wyszukała nam dodatkowe kontakty, dowiedziała się gdzie odebrać klucze safe -boxu w miejscowości oddalonej o kilkanaście kilometrów od apartamentu, dowiedziała się jaki jest kod do tego safe. Bez niej musielibyśmy wynająć inny hotel. Potem na przesłane uwagi od nas dostaliśmy następnego dnia maila , który powinien dotrzeć parę dni wcześniej ( czyli już nie miał znaczenia), bez słowa przeprosin. Miano też nam wskazać drugie miejsce parkingowe, ale na zapytanie nie było odpowiedzi. Potem wysyłaliśmy zapytanie ,, gdzie są klucze do śmietnika i znowu brak odzewu ( śmietnik otworzyła nam uprzejmie inna turystka).. Na koniec chcieliśmy wiedzieć co zrobić z kluczami po wyjeździe - tu odpowiedź była stosunkowo szybko ( następnego dnia), ale już nie odpowiedziano czy chodzi o zostawienie w biurze, czy w safe - box. Próbowaliśmy w safe box, ale nie otwierał się, więc zostawiliśmy bezpośrednio w biurze. Tak więc reasumując - domek jak najbardziej do polecenia ,ale komunikacja z firmą obsługującą domek do poprawy...

Reviewed Aug 19, 2023The property is well located, 5 minutes walk to the beach 🏖️ The house 🏠 is good, kitchen well equipped, two bathrooms and plenty of space.
The mattress on the beds are too soft and there was holes in the mosquito 🦟 nets and you need mosquito nets. The walls could also do with painting.
