The A/C was over our heads and made it uncomfortable!!! Screen doors would have been good!!!

The location is extraordinary, the ocean is excellent for swimming and walking along the beach, the sunsets are amazing, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and beach chairs.

So happy with our stay! Steps away from the beach, lovely room, great food right below, and incredibly kind and helpful staff.

Heerlijk appartementje direct aan de Ionische zee. Prima balkon, douche is prima, niet te klein. Wat ook fijn is, is dat er strandbedjes beschikbaar zijn. Het restaurant is erg goed, gerechten zijn zalig en het ontbijt is heerlijk! De yoghurt met granola en honing is superzacht en romig. Het personeel is geweldig, fijne mensen die je gewoon heel goed helpen, ook op het strand.

Het enige wat jammer is, is dat het na 21.00/21.30 uur weinig tot geen mensen of activiteiten zijn. Daarvoor moet je naar Agios Nikitas of een ander dorpje toe gaan.

The location is very good, and all three apartments have a direct view of the Ionian Sea, offering truly impressive views. The apartments themselves are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning.

There were several aspects that we found disappointing. The breakfast is served from 10:00 to 12:00, which in our opinion is far too late for a hotel breakfast. If you plan to spend the day at another beach or explore the area, you are essentially forced to choose between having breakfast and starting your day early. Communication was another issue. The person who appeared to be the manager did not speak English at all, which made even basic communication regarding the apartment unnecessarily difficult. For accommodation that presents itself as a luxury property, we expected a more professional level of communication. The apartments are cleaned every two, and at most three, days. Considering that this is a seaside property, sand is inevitably brought inside, and the floors can easily become dirty from shoes and slippers. In our opinion, daily cleaning would be much more appropriate. Another significant inconvenience is the road directly in front of the property. It is extremely sandy and dusty, with considerable traffic passing through this relatively small area. This makes both driving and walking between the apartments and the beach rather unpleasant. When crossing the road on foot, it is very easy to end up covered in dust because of the passing vehicles. Overall, while the property has excellent views and spacious apartments, there are several important areas where the level of service, cleanliness, communication, and overall organization could be significantly improved.

Excellent location on a beautiful beach

Idealna lokalizacja, najlepsza na całej wyspie. Nie ma innej plaży po stronie zachodniej przy której można bezpośrednio mieszkać i mieć dostęp do leżaków oraz restauracji. Chociaż po 22 należy pamiętać że okolica jest wyludniona, bo nie mieszka się w miasteczku. Fajny taras w pokoju z pięknym widokiem na może.

Jak na cenę którą obiekt wymaga oraz na wysoką opinię ktora jest na bookingu - w naszej ocenie jest kilka mankamentów. Łazienka powinna być odnowiona - prysznic w wannie z opadającą słuchawką, brakowało płynów do kąpieli, zdarzyła się zimna woda pod prysznicem, ale po zgłoszeniu informacji gospodarz to naprawił. WiFi naprawione dopiero po zgłoszeniu. Klimatyzacja niestety jest stara i głośno pracuje, więc w nocy ciężko się śpi. Jak na Grecję śniadanie mało urozmaicone, składało się z miodu, dżemu oraz chleba, do tego omlet lub jogurt ze świeżymy owocami do wyboru. Brakowało warzyw, sera. Kawa i sok naturalny z pomarańczy bardzo smaczny.

The beachfront location and private access to the beach. The room was also quite spacious, with a balcony facing the sea. Our host was also super friendly and accommodating.

We were really looking forward to our stay, but visiting during the off-season meant we couldn't experience the place to its full potential. The on-site restaurant wasn't open, so we had to go next door for breakfast, and the overall atmosphere was very quiet. Unfortunately, a storm also hit during our trip, causing nearby restaurants to close early. While some of this comes down to our own lack of research, we wish the property had informed us in advance about the limited off-season amenities so we could have reconsidered our options. Staying on the beach felt a bit like a waste with so much closed down. That said, our host was fantastic: super friendly, responsive, and accommodating, doing everything he could to help us deal with the circumstances.

Am stat 3 zile, micul dejun a fost acelasi in fiecare zi. Aveam doar 2 obtiuni: Omleta sau cereale cu lapte

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr toll, direkt an einem wunderschönen Strand inkl. Strandliegen und Sonnenschirm. Um irgendwo anders hinzugehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Das Personal der Unterkunft, war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend- wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück das inbegriffen war war sehr gut, man komnte wählen zwischen Granola Bowl oder einer Eierspeise (Die Granola ist die beste die wir je hatten). Wir wären am liebsten länger geblieben.

Fra start til slut blev vi mødt af stor gæstfrihed og højt men afslappet serviceniveau. Vi elskede alt ved stedet - roen, maden, udsigten, stranden og menneskene!

The best possible location, right on the Kathsima beach. Great sunset view, nice restaurant with breakfast and sun-beds included in the price are great add-on!

The only thing was sound isolation as we could hear the neighbours next door if they were louder. Besides that, all good!

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, tolle Lage, grosse Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und guter und leiser Klimaanlage, leckeres Essen, tolles Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen, Liegestühle ab 3. Reihe im Preis inklusive und in grosser Anzahl vorhanden, Parkmöglichkeit inklusive, Aussenduschen und -Garderoben praktisch für den Abreisetag. Und wir konnten am Anreisetag gleich einchecken.

Aus dem Abfluss im Bad hat es gestunken, aber es hat zum Glück gereicht, den Duschteppich permanent draufzulegen. Beim kühlen Wasser war teilweise kaum oder kein Wasserdruck vorhanden, weshalb man z. T. unnötig warm duschen musste.

Perfect location, incredible sea view, the staff was at a high level, very good service and attitude, the restaurant offered great coffee at breakfast, there was a compliment in the room upon check-in, everything was great!

Breakfast was a little later than expected, but we actually got up quite early, atypical for a vacation.

I stay there one week. I Just can Tell that everything was more than exelent. Mr. Costa was so kind he told me every Day where to go, what is wort to see. The food in restaurant under the apartmants was delishes all emploiers was very kind. The View from balcony direct to beach and Green blue Sea and at night listning of wails I was exciting. Next Time when I visit Lefkada I Will surtenly stay in Monato again. Today I left and I"m allredy missing staying in. Monato

Everything was excelent

Right on the beach front with amazing beach views, we had a lovely stay there and the fact you are right on the beach means that you do not need to drive daily to another place. They have a resturant too which is a great place for dinner / lunch.

The smells from the downstairs bathroom affected us on occasions but nothing major, I would advise them to check into that for the future. The same breakfast daily was a bit annoying, I cannot eat another omlete since then :)

We had a room above a restaurant, not an apartment, and it's not a hotel. This was a bit misleading in the description as we were looking for a luxury experience. Saying that, the room was very comfortable and spacious.

We booked a one bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom and large balcony with a tub as per the photo. We were put in the center apartment which is a smaller studio apartment.

The place is exactly as it looks in the photos - 20-30 meters from the beach, with an incredible view of the beautiful sunsets and the sea. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, there was nothing we didn't like on the menu. In addition again is the view of the beautiful sunsets during dinner. Beach umbrellas and sunbeds are provided and included in the price, which was an added convenience.

Breakfast was the same every day, the choice was limited to omelette and fried eggs. We were accommodated in the middle studio, the terrace of which is not shown in the pictures, it is small unlike the others, without a permanent roof and it was very hot during the day. The parking lot was very small.

The staff of the hotel was very polite, friendly and helpful, great customer service indeed! The room was comfortable with the terrace and a great sea view. Highly recommended!

Monato is right on the beach ( well a little dirt track separates it). You show a card and you get your sunbed on the frontline of the beach - with a cool little safe to store your phone etc. The room was bright ,airey and was modern. The bathroom hadn’t been updated but was fine. The bed was comfy and the views amazing. There is an iron /board , hairdryer. The restaurant was very good. We are ate at night once and the good was good ,price not too expensive. The staff were really friendly and attentive.

1. Beach beds - I can imagine in really busy times you may have to get up early to get your bed as they aren’t reserved for guests - so you may end up not getting it as the beach gets busy. I think they should reserve them for guests. 2.There was nothing at night open. During the day there are beach bars ( quite fancy ) and two awful places to eat at the far end of the beach. We didn’t plan on hiring a car but did after one day as there is no way other than a taxi to get out of Kathisma Beach. 3.There was no hot water in the morning and if you didn’t get an early evening shower same thing. The solar system just doesn’t have enough capacity 4.Breakfast - very disappointing! Limited choice. The choice was omelette , or eggs ( I asked for scrambled, boiled - no only fried ) ,bread and jam and a small plate of fruit. A choice would not involve much - I suggest offering Greek yoghurt as well as muesli - a lot of people can’t eat eggs. 5. The room was only cleaned every 3 days - I’m ok with this but for a hotel that has luxury in its name? 6. The need to hire a car - we are glad we did but we booked here because the reviews indicated there would be more places to eat and have a drink at night. I probably would’ve stayed nearer Agios Nikitas. 7. The extractor vent for the kitchen was right outside our bathroom window so noisey and smelly. We had to close the window.

The breakfast was not as good as it was the last time we stayed there. The location is amazing, and the staff is very friendly and polite!

loved everything about it. amazing sunset and sea view from the property. Clean and modern. The staff were fantastic! nothing was a problem and were so incredibly helpful. The breakfasts were really lovely and high quality, fresh produce. the beach less the 30 seconds to walk to where the beds are included. The sea and sunsets were some of the best I’ve experienced in the world. I would recommend staying here to everyone. I’ll most definitely be returning next! thank you for everything:)

Objectively, apartment is probably 8 itself at most, but overall experience is absolut 10. Furniture is a little old, but everything works, AC TV kettle…

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The room had a stunning view of the sea, was spacious and clean. The location was a dream and the food was delicious. We were also very impressed with how friendly and polite the staff was.

The view and the location was amazing and Kathisma Beach is absolutely stunning not to mention the gorgeous sunset. Apartment was wonderful. Chairs and umbrellas, breakfast and parking was included. The staff went out-of their way to be accommodating. Very nice.

It is a great apartment on cost in Lefcada. the room is very spacious and clean. Restaurant is great and the food is good.

The breakfast was first class and the view of the sea amazing.

Everything was mostly to our satisfaction. Maybe some more toiletries and a face cloth and hot water tap connection on the bathroom sink.
