Location was second to none absolutely amazing. The facilities at the property allowed for it to be a home away from home.
Lovely comfortable home near the beach. Great for family and convenient for Castlegregory, Tralee and Dingle.

Perfect location
No central heating in lounge…solid fuel stove only.
The place was clean and neat. It is nicely located walking distance from the beach.
It was in a great location, perfect for travelling around and touring Kerry.
The house was very dirty, there was hair on the floor, dead flies and the bathrooms had black mould on the tiles. The floors clearly hadn’t been cleaned between stays. We complained and someone came and cleaned the bathrooms but the mats and the floors were left the same. It was very disappointing and took the shine off the trip when I was taking my elderly father away for a break for his birthday.
Everything you needed plus more. Great location. An amazing beach just a short walk away. Clean and comfortable. Wonderful people. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.
The place could do with a little maintenance and upkeep - new toilet seats, new shower in ensuite, radiators a bit rusty so could do with a refresh. Lampcord switch in the living room has a loose connection. Despite this it wouldn't stop us staying here again though and this is just feedback on how the owners could improve the place which is almost spot on.
Spacious Good location Well equipped Owner very responsive Nice view
The property has loads of potential but it is lacking in tlc. I don't mind some furniture being dated but it needs a lot of attention. All of the mattresses need replacing as they were very uncomfortable. The floors were not clean and I had to ask for a mop so we could clean them. The kitchen sink was very greesy so we had to clean that. The lounge ceiling had water and mould marks on it from a leeking upstairs bathroom (which had been fixed) which also smelt. The bathrooms were tired and and the sealant was peeling and had obviously been re sealed in the past over mould. Also note that there are two properties that are the same next to each other, we obviously had the one that is not in the photos as some of the things eg the sofas were different. It was such a shame as the property itself was nice but it needs a lot of work.
Proximity to beach, castlegregory, Camp beach and friends
The house was immaculate, the views over the beach and ocean was amazing, there is a petrol station, shop, chippers and pub all close to the house and the beach is in walking distance, it is an amazing place to stay and explore kerry.
Host was fabulous, communication exceptional. Location and view amazing. Property comfortable and clean. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Stunning location, exactly 8 minutes' walk from the beach as it says in the listing, lovely big house with many amenities, and the hostess was lovely, very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house was clean and there is a gorgeous view out the front bay window - breathtaking. I could have sat in that window all week!
It is easy to see on a map that this property is just off the road, but also worth mentioning that this is occasionally a very busy road. Also, while there was WiFi, we were also told by the hostess during our stay that the WiFi gets patchier the further west from Tralee you go, and it would be worth mentioning this in the listing as well.
Great hosts.Spacious well equipped house. So convenient beside a filling station Take away and pub and restaurant. Close to a lovely beach. Great base to tour the most scenic beautiful landscapes and stunning beaches of the area. Close to Castlegregery . Where the village Pharmacy was so helpful when one of our party forgot to bring essential medicine and with no fuss received the prescription by email from their usual pharmacy and dispensed a week’s supply of medication.
Nothing
In a fantastic spot, easy to get to and from. Beautiful views
Nice spacious house ideal for exploring the North side of the Dingle peninsula (area around Camp, Castlegregory, out to Brandon point). The Seven Hogs bar/restaurant (also has a Chinese Takeaway) is 2 min walk away, and the Daybreak mini-market and petrol station next door is very convenient. There is also a lovely long beach close by (2 min drive), and plenty more great beaches are nearby. The back patio was a nice sunny spot and the new lawn will be great when its matured.
Small things, e.g. no hairdryer, a lack of kitchen condiments (olive oil, etc.) and very little toilet paper could be easily improved on. Also the duvets on the bed are too heavy for summertime and there were no alternatives.
Location and views.
Fantastic wee place great location in Kerry
Beds could do with an upgrade.
Location
Property is tired and in need of some modernisation. Bathrooms had some shabby DIY work done. House was a good size and spacious but presentation needs attention.
Friendy and caring host. Was always available via text for potential questions.
very spacious, comfortable with a fantastic view. the owners checked that everything was ok for us
no dishwasher, but that’s being very picky
Great location for exloring the area
Basic furnishings and kitchen
Located between Tralee and Dingle with very nice view on Tralee bay cottage. You can enjoy Atlantic view in sitting room with cup of coffee. Local shop just in two steps- all usual items is there. Host very nice and helpful. Beach just 300m down.
only think my daughter reported - no hairdryer in this house :)
