Reviewed Sep 3, 2025Le personnel était très agréable et à l écoute. L emplacement de l hôtel est très bien si vous êtes en voiture. Très proche de la zone franca 3 minutes et à 10 minutes du centre ville. Ils nous on donné des bonne adresse de restaurant et à des prix correcte et de très bonnes qualité.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2025Muy simpáticos los anfitriones. Buena ubicación ya que queda en un punto medio, cerca tanto del shopping, como de Zona Franca, y del centro. Todo muy limpio y bien equipado si se quiere preparar comida en el apartamento. Cuenta con tachos para reciclar diferentes materiales :)

Reviewed Jun 4, 2024The apartment is modern, clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2024Very nice small cottage which had everything including area for own cooking. Room was very cozy and host friendly and helpful. Location is somewhere in the middle between center and port/airport, but within walkable distance and there is uber in case needed. We really enjoyed our stay there.
