Pool Villa Nita vs Similar Hotels

Generally positive: room size good and bed comfortable, but balcony view obstructed by foliage and balcony seating limited to one person — above average overall.

Some rooms were good, but issues with mattress quality were noted.

Mixed: some reviews call rooms clean, but multiple comments report bedding (towels, blankets, pillow covers, sheets) is old, thin, scratchy and 'not properly clean', so score reduced.

Mentioned issues with dirty corridors and old furnishings.

Positive: explicitly noted as very good and close to tourist attractions (Thai review), so rated highly.

Very good location, central and close to markets.

Positive: described as 'good services' and 'staff friendly and helpful'; staff resolved the missing safety-deposit-box issue by providing one — strong service sentiment.

Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Negative: breakfast described as cold with a very poor selection for Western tastes, so score is lowered.

Breakfast varied, but some food served cold.

Mostly positive: TV and Internet reported as good; safety-deposit-box was listed but unavailable on arrival (later supplied) — good amenities with a minor issue.

Spotty Wifi and hot water issues reported.
