Sehr tolles Ferienhaus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich nur wünschen kann. Over the top, schade, dass wir nur so kurz hier waren. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir waren begeistert.

Schönes Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage um nach Kalmar und nach Öland zu kommen. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden es wieder buchen.

Fint boende, mysig stuga med allt du behöver. Väldigt fint badrum.

Ligging en faciliteiten

Sängen, gudomligt skön. Allt fanns, precis som hemma. Hög komfort. Bra skick. Stort plus för stor tv med kanaler att utnyttja om vädret inte är det bästa

Missade att fråga om bad vilket inte fanns vid huset. Lite nära huvudhuset men gick att dra ner persienner. Spabad utnyttjade vi inte, full insyn.

Läget! Modernt och välutrustat.

Świetnie wyposażony domek w bardzo cichym miejscu.

Alles aanwezig. We hebben hier maar een nacht geslapen maar hadden het hier zeker langer vol kunnen houden. Ondanks dat je in de tuin van iemand slaapt heb je nergens (over)last van. Prima plek!

The jacuzzi

The fact that I had to make my own bed and clean the entire house after me.

Härligt med bubbelbad. Allt fanns i huset, alla möjligheter till matlagning, mycket bra!

Śliczne miejsce, malutki domek, "jak u babci". Doskonale wyposażona kuchnia. Widać, że to miejsce przygotowane z sercem, a nie tylko dla zysku.

Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, Lage ist super und der Aufenthalt unkompliziert.

Fräsch och smakfull inredning. Lugnt och vackert läge.

Ein kleines sehr schönes Häuschen, welches modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet ist! Die beiden Betten unter dem Dach sind eher was für Kinder, weil man sich dort oben nicht aufrecht bewegen kann, doch unseren Kids hat’s gefallen. Der Wintergarten nebendran ist auch sehr schön und gemütlich. Offenbar wurde er erst vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert und neu eingerichtet. So schien es jedenfalls! Toll war auch der Whirlpool, der immer bei 38 Grad Celsius gehalten wurde und den wir natürlich auch genossen haben. Wir waren leider nur zwei Tage bzw. Nächte dort, als eine der vielen unserer Etappen in Schweden!

The house needs more electrical bulbs. No light over the dining-table.

An electric hot tub outside, basically every streaming service, comfortable beds, helpful host.

Very stylish comfortable apartment with air lounge and jacuzzi bath.

The upper sleeping part was quite hot because the weather was hot.

Lovely Swedish environment and neighbourhood around! Clean, well equipped and nice little house for four persons. Good grill, hot tub and covered deck are very nice extra details! 🙂 Easy reach to Solliden and Kalmar for daily visits. Very good ICA Nära in Rockneby only 5 km away.

There was so much luxury in this well-planned apartment that we regretted only staying one night. The separate undercover and glassed-in verandah with BBQ and comfy lounge puts this place on an entire next level, and that is without mentioning the jacuzzi that was already hot and ready and super clean upon arrival. Even the air-conditioner and dishwasher was a touch of convenience which shows the thoughtfulness of the host. Very convenient in the middle of our long road-trip was the washer and separate dryer which allowed us to do multiple loads in one day. Clever stairs which takes up minimal space to to the generous sleeping area on the landing above, a large TV which can be enjoyed from the big and comfortable bed on the bottom level, and all you will ever need in a kitchen while enjoying the view of the water through the kitchen window. Small added luxury items like designer coffee mugs and imported wine glasses made us feel extra welcome and added to the high level of comfort the host is clearly aiming for.

Nothing negative comes to mind, it was just a pleasure to stay at this lovely place. The only thing that would be able to take this accommodation to the next level is direct access to the water which is super close-by, but since this is out of the control of the host, they have done a perfect job at creating the most comfortable and convenient place one could wish for.

Beautiful guest house with plenty of space in and around. A lot of things to see around there. Great facilities.

Nothing comes to Mind

Tanya is a great host, very responsive and helpful!

The location is perfect if you want some peace and quiet. The washer and dryer are convenient!

No sheets or towels (which was brought to our attention only after we made the reservation). The bathroom has a lot of mold. The hottub isn’t really in a private area (main house + neighbors right next to you).

All amenities, big TV with streamlined channels, nice kitchen with what you need, comfi bed. Host did not disturb us. Jakuzzi was ready, but we did not use it.

Small window in the atick would provide more air to the ones sleeping there, also a small wardrobe would be necessary. A bit far from everything, and no acces to water.

Bringing own sheets ad and towels. Not enough paper towels provided. Coffee provided but no grinder for beans.
