Joanna und Team haben alle unsere Wünsche möglich gemacht und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

De rust, de ruimte en het vrij mogen gebruiken van de aanwezige bootjes. En het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. En de communicatie met de host was ook zeer fijn.

We waren met 5, dus de slaapbank in de kamer werd gebruikt. En in de kamer konden de ramen niet allemaal verduisterd worden. Je had daardoor wel een hele mooie zonsopkomst iedere morgen.

Vu magnifique. Très propre et électroménager neuf. Cuisine pratique avec de nombreux ustensiles. L accès libre au kayak, ping pong ou barque était chouette.

C est un peu juste pour 3 enfants. Notre ainé a choisi de dormir dans le salon. Car la chambre était un peu petite pour 3 lits.

Nice place just on the side of a lake. Doesnt even matter which house will be assigned to you, there will be a 100% lakeview from your living room/kitchen. House was actually more modern/clean and not at all "a bit aged" as I was perhaps expecting. Our family trip was more a fishing trip rather than just laying around and the location is perfect for that. You can easily catch fish just from the shoreside of the lake or take one of the 3 boats they have. We also rented an electric motor with battery and a sonar from the host. As the lake Hinsen is quite big and fish can be sometimes tricky to locate, there are smaller lakes in the area where you can catch some really nice trout. Just make sure to have proper licenses (which are not very expensive). As for shopping, there is a really nice town called Falun about 25-30min drive away and a smaller town Svärdjsö about 20min away where you can get some groceries, pizza, kebab, etc...

I cannot actually say anything negative about the whole experience. We have been in a lot of similar establishments in Finland, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Poland and other parts of the world and I think this one here scores easily into top 5 if not top 3 :) We do not normally return to places we have visited before but I wouldnt mind to have another stay here...

We had a wonderful stay at Lakeview Houses. The location is perfect – quiet, peaceful, and with beautiful views of the lake. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, making us feel at home from the first moment. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. We would gladly come back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

There was really nothing we didn’t like. Everything met or even exceeded our expectations.

Die Lage und Ausstattung sind gut. Wir waren zum dritten Mal vor Ort und immer wieder gerne. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Empfehlenswert mit Kindern

Excellent stay. Host advices were very useful.

Top huisje op een fantastische locatie. Zeer compleet uitgerust met voldoende te doen voor de kinderen. Ook de omgeving was prachtig. Langs de onverharde weg in de avond ook nog een eland gespot (1,5 km in westelijke richting).

Everything was perfect!!!

The location of this property was the highlight. I also loved how there were boats, kayaks, table tennis available as well as wifi.

Absolutely wonderful and peaceful place. Magical lake and surrounding forests. Perfectly clean and spacious house. Very kind and helpful hosts. The boats are a great plus too. No doubt we will return.

Perfectly equipped Swedish vacation home on the shores of a lake. It is great to have different types of boats / kayaks at your disposal to tour the lake (without motor). The lake is also great to bath in, in summer, although parts of the shore can be muddy (a small area is sandy).

The road to get there is unsurfaced, so your car will get a bit dirty, especially when it's raining. This can be worrisome if you have a rental car, but you will find a car wash in Hofors at a gas station. There were a few mosquitoes outside in summer, but mosquitonets + electric racquet kept us safe; not really a worry, especially when there is some wind blowing. We tried to recycle plastics but couldn't find a place to leave them, so they ended up with the normal trash. The grass is nice, but watch out when walking: the gees have been there before!

Definitely on our list to come back…
