Annexet på Stallbackens Gård

Mysigt, lyxigt och mycket större än vi trodde. Lugnt och tyst med fin utsikt. Rekommenderas varmt.

The house was cozy, clean and comfortable. The location is nice and the host is helpful, responsive and respectful. We felt at home.

Hygiëne in de keuken was onvoldoende (vies bestek, binnenkant ladenkasten en waterkoker).

Huset är ljust o fint o jättebra planerat med högt till tak o stor terass. Närheten till stan är ett stort plus, men man är ändå helt ute på landet. Hästarna i hagarna intill är väldigt rogivande, och omgivningarna är helt makalösa! Åsbygden är otroligt vacker, med utsikt mot fjällen, Storsjön o Östersund. Butik finns i Lugnvik nån km bort. Ägarna är supertrevliga o väldigt välkomnande. Kontakten med dem funkade jättebra, o de var väldigt måna om att vi hade det bra under vår vistelse. Huset är fullt utrustat o passar utmärkt för en familj att spendera en semester i. Vi trivdes riktigt, riktigt bra! En pärla!

Regniga dagar o när inspirationen tryter skulle det varit mysigt med en tv på nedervåningen, men efter en dag eller två tänkte vi inte ens på det längre. Om man har riktigt små barn (3-4 år o yngre) är lofttrappan kanske en utmaning, men är man medveten o uppmärksam på detta är det knappast nåt problem. Grind finns på övervåningen, obs!

The size and comfort of the house were great. It was nice that it was located on a horse farm, and seeing the horses running around was really lovely.

When I messaged the host, it took a while for them to respond, or they only replied to part of my message. Many of their messages felt like pre-written templates. Other than that, everything was fine. There were some cleanliness issues inside the house, and some of the kitchen items were in poor condition. We didn’t use some of the appliances in the kitchen because they weren’t clean. The internet in the house was very poor — even while listening to music on Spotify, it kept cutting out.

Fantastiskt! Hemtrevligt och nära till stan

Das Haus ist sehr groß und optisch sehr ansprechend. Vor allem die Glasfront beeindruckt. Auch das Bett war super. Man ist völlig für sich. Unser Kind fand es total spannend, die Pferde zu beobachten. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre!

Leider war der Backofen total verdreckt (auf dem Boden lagen noch alte Pommes) und man spürte auch schon teilweise eine größere Abnutzung der gesamten Einrichtung.

Bra plass for familien. Rolige omgivelser. Hadde med 1-åring og vi slapp og være redd for trafikk.

Det var mye støv rundt ventilene på stua og dette var litt uappetittlig. Ellers har jeg ingenting å bemerke.

everything was just as it should be (calm, nature, birds singing) except cleanliness. The fridge was uncleaned, especially the door with brown steaks, food crumbs in the cupboards with dishes and there wasn't enough toilet paper.

the lights on the shelves with certificates were always on. we could not find how to stop it. it disturb us at night

Very beautiful house in the farm. Very clear instructions and communication with the host. Comfortable living, fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Great overall.

We had a wonderful stay! Very quiet location, well equipped house and kitchen. Our hosts were also very understanding and flexible when we mixed up booking details. Plenty of hiking opportunities in the surrounding areas.

Couldn’t work out how to turn off the outside lights at night which meant it was difficult for those sleeping in the open plan area

Beautiful apartment in attractive countryside. We slept upstairs in a very comfortable bed. Excellent bathroomwith washing machine and dryer

A fantastic place to stay and Kristina and Bjorn are lovely people, very friendly and helpful

The Annex is modern with a homely feeling, spacious with high ceilings, lots of light coming in, and with all necessary amenities. It is very quiet and ideally situated to reach Östersund in 10 minutes or to explore its surroundings. I used the Annex as an office and was able to have hour-long teams meetings without any problem.

I have no remarks or reservations.

this place was great for a stopover for our family. had eventuating we needed. the washer and dryer was a nice bonus. short drive to the city, beautiful setting. would recommend
