The homestay was comfy, and suitable for family, really satisfied 😍

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse – it truly exceeded my expectations! The place was spotlessly clean and even more beautiful than the photos, which is rare to find. The environment was peaceful, well-maintained, and felt incredibly welcoming. The host was fantastic – always quick to respond to messages and very easy to communicate with. Their warm hospitality really added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay. I would definitely love to come back!

The house was so clean and tidy. Fully furnished and cookware was in good condition. The owner also prepared fire extinguisher for the safety. The neighborhood was quiet with safe security.

There a room without curtains was too bright, can’t sleep.

Cleaning is very nice..all room is very comfortable and big... the house was nice for family vacation..the street noiseless

In living room was smart tv with wifi but didn't connect to the internet so..we cannot watch TV.. we use the own data No washing machine No gas in kitchen

Very clean and tidy. All the rooms are equipped with the AC. All the toilets are equipped with the Heater.

The homestay has facilities accommodating Muslim guests. However, the neighbourhood roads are unclean due to double parking. It is recommended that the owner displays signage prohibiting alcohol.

I am unsure if homestay facilities are permitted in the area due to the neighborhood's strong stance against it. Additionally, should we pay a deposit to the owner even though we have already paid Booking.com?

Everything. The picture is as it is. House is spacious, clean, complete with what they advertise. Basically we felt like home when we enter this homestay. Suitable for big families. Its just that parking is bit limited, we brought 3 cars which is just nice. More than that will be quite difficult to arrange.

A very spacious house with one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor, good place to accommodate a big group. Very clean house, located near to every necessities we need. The owner is easily reached.

Location.. quite far from Ipoh town. Takes 15 minutes, but still OK

A few beds have bed bugs. Location is quite far from city centre. Somehow keep getting static shocks using the bedsheets and blankets...

Peaceful place. suitable for family. room, toilet is very clean. More shop and restaurant, easy to find anything.

It is a new homestay in Scientex area. The homestay itself is a new house. Clean and big houses with 4 rooms, able to cater big family like us. The host is friendly and giving clear instructions via phone call and whatssapp. Although they do not provide cooking gas (maybe worried it may caused fire), they do provide a BIG microwave oven for the said purpose. For improvement, maybe the host need to put a draining rack for the cutlery and install wifi since the tv is a smart tv. Overall, a decent homestay for group and short stay.

No tv channel or wifi provided. Since it used smart tv, internet connection is necessary. Need to use hotspot for the tv. Mobile network like celcom and digi is a bit unstable at the area. One of the bed in upstairs room need a bit maintenace, unbalance.
