L'emplacement est bien et on peut bien se reposer car le quartier est très calme. La taille de l'hébergement était acceptable pour notre groupe (5 personnes).

Les murs sont très fins et on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la maison.

gut gelegen für Menschen, die nicht den Stadt-Trouble brauchen, aber auch nicht soweit von der Stadt. Ein Auto sollte man aber haben, obwohl wohl auch Busse fahren. Gleich neben der Loipe.

die Regelung der Haustemperatur ist irgendwie nicht so einfach gewesen. Es war durch gehend sehr warm im Haus, was die meisten aber nicht stören wird. Wir hatten auch nicht so kalte Austemperaturen gehabt. Das Haus ist sehr hell- hörig. Man hört die Nachbarn sprechen oder husten.

Hyvä sijainti, latu lähellä. Mökin yleisilme hyvä ja siisti. Alakerran runkopatjasängyt ok. Lämmitys toimi hyvin kun saimme luvan hieman pienentää lattialämmityksen tehoa.

1, yläkerran aulan kattovaloa emme saaneet palamaan lainkaan, 2, vaikka mökissä on kolme makuuhuonetta, pesutilat eivät kunnolla riitä kuudelle hengelle. Keittiö on juuri ja juuri riittävä, kun tarjoilut porrastetaan. 3, yläkerran parisänky natisee edelleen ja oli vaikea käydä vessassa alakerran väen heräämättä 4, suurin pettymys oli huoltopuoli, johon jouduimme heti ottamaan yhteyttä, kun liinavaatteita puuttui. Firmalta saadussa tekstiviestissä ja mökin kansiossa oli sama huollon puhelinnumero, mutta soittoomme vastasi ulkomaalainen, joka kertoi olleensa jo vuoden erossa tästä mökistä. No, löysimme jonkun muun numeron, johon soittaessamme saimme englanniksi selväksi, että huoltomies ottaa yhteyttä meihin. Niinpä pian seisoi ovella vain venäjää ja englantia puhuva mies, joka antoi huollon numeroksi itänaapurin maatunnuksella alkavan numeron. Meistä tuntui todella oudolta, että saimme firmalta tuoreessa viestissä ikivanhan huollon yhteysnumeron, mutta oikea onkin ulkomaille suuntautuva pelkkä whatsapp-numero. Mutta puuttuvat liinavaatteet ystävällisesti meille toimitettiin

Mökin koko oli meidän porukalle riittävä. Sijainti rauhallinen hiihtoladun läheisyydessä.

Mökin siisteys ja kunto ei vastannut odotuksia. Lapsi tai vanhus ei olisi voinut käydä yksin suihkussa, koska sekottaja oli niin jäykkä ettei suihkua olisi saanut auki. Siivousmaksun perusteella olisi voinut odottaa siistiä mökkiä, mutta ei. Pölyä oli runsaasti nurkissa ja tasopinnoilla. Lattiat oli likaiset, ei näkyvästi, mutta valkoiset sukat eivät olleet hetken kuljettua valkoiset. Kannattaa ottaa tummat sukat tai tohvelit mukaan. Normaalisti vuokramökissä, joissa on keittiöt, löytyy kattavat keittiövälineet ja perustarvikkeita ruuan laittoon. Tässä mökissä ei ollut edes suolaa, saatikka muita mausteita tms. Myös suihkusaippuaa ei löytynyt. Näille mökeille kannattaa tulla omalla, Autolla, jotta voi sitten viedä mennessään pakolliset matkailuun tarvittavat tarvikkeet voi viedä mukanaan omaan käyttöön. Niitä on turha jättää, koska ne eivät ole seuraavan matkaajan käytössä. Nökissä oli tv, mutta ei äly tv eikä siihen saanut liitettyä mitään laitteita. Tämä saattaa tulla yllätyksenä tänä päivänä. Tili eihän Lappiin mennä tv:tä katsomaan, mutta helpottaisi pienen lapsen kanssa aika paljon ja joku saattaa seurata urheilusarjoja, jotka eivät näy peruskanavilta saatikka ulkomaalaiset, jotka tottuneet oman maan kanaviin. Tässä kohteessa meni jotenkin majoittajan nuukuus ja ahneus kyllä yli. Olen kuitenkin tähän maaliskuun lopulle mennessä ollut tänä vuonna eri majoituksissa jo yli 1,5 kuukautta ja lähes kymmenessä eri majoituksessa.

Doch als wir ankamen mussten wir mall staubsaugen ! Teller Besteck haben wir alles mall gewaschen ! Auf den Regalen oder Schränken lag überall Staub !

Lokalita, klid a možnost parkování.

V ubytování byl pouze jeden ručník na osobu. Bylo by lepší mít další ručník do sauny a ručníky na ruce. V kuchyni chyběly látkové utěrky a základní potraviny (sůl, pepř, cukr, olej).

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, sehr groß, geräumig, modern aber gemütlich. Sehr sauber, sehr warm, gute Sauna. Die Betten waren super bequem.

Nicht so gut fanden wir, dass die Betten nicht bezogen waren, als wir ankamen. Auch, dass es sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte handelte, kam in der Beschreibung nur so unauffällig vor, dass wir es übersehen haben. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, man hörte jedes Wort der Nachbarn. Aber das war auch okay, insgesamt war es ein zu schöner Urlaub, um sich darüber zu ärgern.

Tolle Lage. Gute Ausstattung. Alex war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch schon früher einchecken lassen.

Das Geschirr war nicht gut sauber, dass mussten wir vor der Benutzung säubern und die Dusche war auch nicht gut sauber. Es gab kein Geschirrhandtuch.

Alles sehr funktionell eingerichtet. Brennholz zur Entnahme, es waren auch Bobs vorhanden.

Es könnte mit einem Lesesessel oder Couch im Obergeschoss noch gemütlicher gemacht werden bzw. Mit mehr Pölster auf der Couch.

Locatie en rust

Bedden hard en gehorig. Geen makkelijk koffiezet apparaat of melkschuimer. Geen vaatwas tabletje voor de 1e vaat. Handleiding in gebrekkig engels en voornamelijk Russisch.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Faciliteiten waren perfect, ligging was goed; om het huis was veel ruimte voor de kinderen om te spelen. Het was lekker warm bij aankomst. De laatste dagen was het een beetje te warm in het huis. Host reageerde snel op vragen.

Mökin sijainti oli rauhallinen, ja mökki oli tilava, erityisesti keittiö ja olohuonetilat. Keittiön varustelu oli astioiden osalta hyvä ja näin ollen mahdollisti isommallekin porukalle ruuanlaiton.

WC-tiloissa olisi voinut olla myös roska-astiat. Tämä oli oikeastaan ainut puute, muuten mökki toimi mainiosti.

We loved absolutely everything about this house, it was always lovely and warm, more than enough space for a family of 6, it had everything we needed, the kids could play safely just outside in the snow and there's a good hill for sledding, lovely little balcony in the top bedroom with beautiful views of the forest, We loved going for little walks around the area, got some amazing pics. Only about ten mins drive to levi. Excellent communication with the owners too. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting levi.

House was spotless clean and very warm and cosy. Beautiful location. Would definitely return.

Host was very responsive and friendly. Seemed like nothing was too much trouble. The place itself was great, good size and very clean. There were 4 adults and 3 children and was a decent size for all of us and everyone was very impressed. Balcony from the top bedroom looking out to the snowy forest was just beautiful.

Shower needs some attention as it’s very difficult to turn off. We spent a fortune in taxis and Ubers, which is our own fault for not researching properly. If staying here again at this accommodation I would hire a car. We did use the bus but it wasn’t always feasible to get us to where we needed to go.

Magnifique endroit

Highly recommend this property for a family. Very cozy and luxurious house. Great space for kids to play out the front and very safe as no cars pass by. Location was excellent- 8 min drive from main village. If travelling with another family - the house next door can be booked through the same agent. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay !

The property was located next to our family who were staying next door.

The kitchen tap and dishwasher was not working for our entire stay. We asked for the management to contact us by phone many times to discuss and they didn’t. Instead we had to deal with them back and forth through email all throughout our stay. They went from telling us there is nothing they could do, to offering us remedies we were unlikely to accept such as an extra two nights stay (when we had flights booked, that we could not change) and also a smaller accomodation away from our family with higher rates that is typically charged for that smaller accomodation. It felt very unfair and antagonising.

It’s lovely and spacious. Great shower, well equipped kitchen, with essential’s for cleaning and plenty of loo roll. A dry cupboard which was great. Decorated beautifully for Christmas. Location was perfect for us, we had a car and drive way and roads all well maintained. Handy property manual available. This is the second time we have booked this stay and would definitely return. Comfortable beds Great upper balcony with a spectacular view of the snowy trees.

We felt some of the property was cold with some cold spots on the floor and one bedroom was quite cold. But we didn’t require to use this room but if we had it wouldn’t have been comfortable. We had great communication with the host when arranging this stay so I’m sure if we had mentioned it, it would have been sorted out for us but Luckily the other rooms were lovely and warm. Walls are thin we had neighbours on our first night which were horribly loud but they must have left the next day as it was quite from then on. Could have additional pillows as very small but that’s really a personal preference.

I wasn’t keen on having to make everyone’s beds when we arrived- would have been nice to have had them already made. The Christmas tree lights also didn’t work, which was a bit miserable in the days leading up to Christmas.

Loved our stay it was the perfect little cabin. I will say the heating was on full belt underfloor heating and the cabin was unbearable couldn’t use the log fire or sauna as we were all just to hot. We had to sleep with windows open. I messaged and maintenance came right out to fix it and cooled us all down. Great cabin and would definitely be back. Just maybe keep the heating down slightly

Difficult to set the temperature, there isn’t a single central thermostat. While it was cozy there were some nights in which it was too warm.

Sauna ja suihkukaappi aivan onnettoman pienet majoittuvalle porukalle. Yläkerrassa ei mitään tasoa, jolle olisi voinut tavarat laskea.

Oli hyvä sijanti ja puhdas

Tosi tosi huono parisängy toisella kerroksella, vanha ja huono patja! Seinät olivat ihan paperista kuulit mitä naapurissa puhuivat ! Sauna ja suihku liian pieni 3 lle pariskunnalle ! Pannut , kattilat vanhat, teflon sisällä kulunut !

Suihkun säätöhana ei toimi kunnolla. Huonokätinen ei saa hanaa auki. Jos takka niin yleensä myös makkaratikku vaan ei ollut. Suihkuhuoneen lattia kylmä. Siivouksen hinta hirveän hintainen.

Pen bolig, godt utstyrt, beliggenhet med barn/ungdommer var veldig bra.

Die Unterkünfte sind in einer schönen Lage im Wald sehr nahe am Skigebiet, direkt an der Loipe. Die Häuser sind sehr sauber, vernünftig ausgestattet und mit großen Abständen zu den nächsten Häusern.

Es sind Doppel-Häuser mit je einer Partei. Man hört die Nachbarn etwas, was aber nicht störend ist.

Man war in der Natur und trotzdem ortsnah. Das Haus war super ausgestattet. Alles da was man braucht.

die Sauna ist klein und Hitze verteilt sich schlecht. Duschkabine und Badezimmer extrem eng. für Finnlandferien ist eine gute Sauna massgebend. sonst alles ok, aber wegen der Sauna kommen wir leider kein zweites Mal.

küche sehr sparsam ausgestattet, bad und sauna viel zu klein und eng dimensioniert, bei vollbelegung fast unmöglich- benutzeransweisungen für die sauna : kryptisch und schwer zu finden ( schalter für saunaofen in der sauna versteckt!) bettbezug und handtücher- teuer und keine saunatücher vorhanden ( auf anfrage nur gegen weiteren aufpreis möglich) preis-leistung passt hier nicht !

Rangements insuffisants dans les chambres

Die Nähe zum Zentrum von Levi.

Die Ausstattung (Küchenutensilien, Möbel) ist sehr basic. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein. Die Armatur in der Dusche war kaum zu drehen. Die Betten sind nicht sehr bequem. Im oberen Schlafzimmer war an der Balkontür keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Das Doppelhaus ist sehr hellhörig.

Gemütliches Cottage:Gute Grundausstattung:Küche etc. ,Sehr Sauber und super Lage für Ski-Fahrer.

Die Betten/Matratzen sind durchgelegen/fallen auseinander und bieten wenig Komfort, der Gastgeber hat leider keine für uns Zufriedenstellende Lösung für das Problem gefunden. Wir hatten leider während des Aufenthalts keinen besonders erholsamen Schlaf gehabt . Da die Bewertungen und Bilder über booking sehr vielversprechend waren haben wir insgesamt ein besseres Preis/Leistung-Verhältnis erwartet. Auch fehlte uns die Badewanne, die wir auf einen der Bilder gehen hatte. Man merkt die Unterkunft ist etwas verlebt und man könnte mal wieder etwas Geld ins Mobiliar investieren. Z.b: Neue Betten! Oder Ein aktueller Smart-Tv mit Netflix und co wäre bei der Preisklasse schon angebracht. (Leider fast nur finnische Tv-Sender)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus in Levi! Alles, was wir für unseren Urlaub brauchten, war vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet – sogar eine frühere Anreise um zwei Stunden war problemlos möglich. Bei kleinen Heizungsproblemen wurde uns schnell und unkompliziert über WhatsApp geholfen. Das Haus war für drei Erwachsene und zwei Jugendliche absolut ausreichend, besonders praktisch fanden wir die zwei Toiletten

Die Einrichtung wirkte etwas zusammengewürfelt und weniger einladend – eher wie in einem Hostel als in einem gemütlichen Ferienhaus. Das überdimensionierte Sofa und der große Couchtisch nahmen viel Platz ein, sodass der Übergang zwischen Essbereich, Couch und Treppe sehr beengt war. Auch der Treppenaufgang selbst wirkte eher improvisiert als professionell montiert. Generell hatte die Einrichtung schon ein etwas abgewohntes und in die Jahre gekommenes Flair. Mit einer durchdachteren Einrichtung könnte es noch deutlich mehr Komfort bieten.

Lovely location, surrounded by beautiful woodland, short drive to centre of Levi. Drying cupboard was very handy. Sledges in shed for the kids was great.

Duvet and pillow looked and smelt like they had seen better days. Also only 1 pillow per person.

The location was perfect for us, Situated just a 6 minute drive from the centre of Levi, the location was easy to get to and quiet. The host was excellent - we had a power issue the evening we arrived (Sunday) and they came straight out within 10 minutes to sort it out. The property was warm and clean and comfortable and was the perfect home from home with all the facilities that we could ask for. I would absolutely stay here again. In fact I'm already planning my next trip.

The only thing I would improve and I am being picky. If towels and bed linen were part of the service/price and if there were some simple items left for visitors, for example - coffee, shampoo and conditioner, salt and pepper.

Yleisesti mukava mökki.

Suihkua oli vaikea käyttää, tosi jäykkä.. piti kahdella kädellä ja voimalla avata suihku. Ensiapupakkausta ei löytynyt, perus laastareita edes olisi hyvä olla.

Location beautiful and peaceful and great for the kids to sledge outside. Plenty of sledges and wood in the shed. Spacious and comfortable. The photos don’t do it justice. Lovely place. I was worried about noise given some of the previous reviews but we could not hear our neighbours at all.

Det var inte särskilt städat när vi anlände, och kontaktpersonerna svarade varken på samtal eller meddelanden. Överallt i huset – på väggen och i en pärm – stod det att incheckning var kl. 16, men vi fick ändå vänta till kl. 18 (!?). Vi kontaktade dem tidigt samma dag för att fråga om möjligheten till tidigare incheckning, men fick aldrig något svar. Huset var iskallt förutom i sovrummen, vilket gjorde det omöjligt att vistas i vardagsrummet och köket. När vi påtalade detta för ägarna/kontaktpersonerna fick vi bara beskedet att inget kunde göras. Vi betalade dessutom 25€ per person för sängkläder, men fick inte tillräckligt med överdrag för alla och det var inte heller bäddat trots att incheckning var så himla sent. Det fanns inte heller tillräckligt med toalettpapper för fyra personer under vistelsen. Balkongdörren gick inte att låsa, vilket kändes otryggt. Dessutom är det extremt lyhört i huset.

Прекрасный дом! Просторный, есть все необходимое для жизни, вокруг лес, природа изумительная. В доме очень чисто.

Для меня было странно, что постель и полотенца не включены в стоимость. И за каждый комплект надо дополнительно доплачивать, и на мой взгляд достаточно высокую стоимость. Еще рекомендую учесть, что по близости нет никаких продуктовых магазинов. Ближайший в 5 км от дома. Так что, если вы не планируете брать автомобиль, то учтите тот факт, что автобус ездит до 19:00. Мы вообще ходили пешком, это была приятная прогулка зимним сказочным лесом!

Location was perfect, it was only 6 minutes drive from levi town centre, the accommodation had everything we needed. We arrived 1 hour early and the keys were in the lock box waiting for us, could not fault the place, and would stay there again.
