Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, super ausgestattet und genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Das Cottage liegt sehr ruhig direkt am Wald, aber dennoch nicht weit von Mora entfernt. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war freundlich und unkompliziert.

The cottage is beautiful! It's small but makes very efficient use of the space, so you have everything you need. It all looks new and is very organized. It's located in a small, charming village which feels like the typical Swedish countryside with the red houses and lots of nature. It's also in a very quiet neighbourhood. I absolutely have to mention the lovely host who kindly offered to pick me up at the Mora train station (which is 5 km away from the accommodation).

If you travel by public transport, this cottage is not the easiest to get to. I arrived by train in Mora and thought Google Maps had told me there were buses from there to the cottage, but apparently these don't run after about 5:30 pm. As mentioned above, the very kind host offered to come pick me up at the train station, which is amazing. But the location might not be ideal if you want to make use of public transport every day of your stay. That being said, if you have a car, I honestly don't see downsides to this accommodation.

De deur was open en de sleutel hing op de aangegeven plek. Het huisje is 2 jaar oud en schitterend ingericht van alle gemakken voorzien. Grote keuken met veel keukenattributen om te gebruiken. Ligging in een rustig gebied zonder veel autoverkeer, grenzend aan een bos. Het gebied is bekend van de Dalarna paardje en de trein: Inlandsbanan die vanaf Mora vertrekt voor een rit van 2 dagen naar Gallivare.

Dat je zelf voor beddengoed en handdoeken moet zorgen of tegen betaling kunt huren. Wellicht kan het water van de douchestraal iets krachtiger worden ingesteld.

Bil krävs vid restaurangbesök. Vi köpte med lite gott att äta i huset på kvällen.

The cabin is very pretty and cosy, well thought out, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended! We would have loved to stay longer.

Clean, cozy, foresty, beautiful apartment. Cottage is not large, but well thought out layout makes you feel that there is enough space for everything. Good for family with 2 kids.

Bed linents, towels and cleaning is not included in the price. There is a list of tasks to be completed before check-out. I always try to leave booked apartment tidy and reasonably clean, but here I didnt feel completely relaxed as i was constantly thinking about cleaning and avoiding making unnecessary crumbs or getting things wet.

Lätt att hitta, tydlig info i stugan, fin stuga, mysig miljö. Dottern uppskattade studsmattan på gården.

Saknade enbart laddning till elbilen.

Det var fräscht, välstädat och bra planerat. Trevligt lugnt läge i mysig by med spännande historia.

Nytt och fräscht. Lungt område tyst och skönt. Fint med trallgolv runt halva huset med möbler på båda sidor så man kan äta frukost i morgonsolen. Och dricka kaffe i eftermiddagssolen.

Kan inte komma på något som jag inte tyckte om.

Jättefin stuga, med allt man kunde önska sig. För oss var det en ren övernattning då vi skulle vidare.

Bäddsoffan var lite för hård för oss.

Beautiful cabin, with a nice view of the forest and lots of privacy. Well working wifi, heating and comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen and easy parking right beside the cabin.

The house is really well done, there's enough room for 4 people to live comfortably. The kitchen and living area are well organized, with everything you need, and all the shelves are marked with clear signs for what goes where. The bathroom was also clean and fresh. All the appliances are new and in good condition. There is a lot to explore in the area - the forests, the river banks, the city of Mora - really lots to do.

We were a little discouraged by the necessity to bring your own bed linens - which I think would be more reasonable just to include in the price without people having to wonder how much extra it would cost them if they need it. There's also a pretty long list of the clean up that you have to do before leaving, since the cleaning is not included in the price as well. Nevertheless, the checkout time is still by 10 a.m. which basically leaves you no time to have breakfast or even coffee before going if you want to do the cleanup as instructed.

How cosy and beautiful the cottage is and its surroundings and how sweet the hosts are

That I was extremely tortured I paid extra for linens and cleaning and then still had to put the sheets myself but I understand the idea behind not wasting resources and it’s environmental awareness thanks.

Der var pænt og rent og hyggeligt. Det havde en fin og rolig beliggenhed.

Der var som sådan ikke noget, vi ikke kunne lide. Hvis jeg endelig skulle kommentere noget, skulle det være, at der ikke var ret meget tryk på vandet i bruseren.

Även om det var lite av "kompakt living" tycker vi det fanns allt vi önskade för några dagars semester i Mora med omnejd. Sov gott i lagom fasta sängar. Härligt med solen som gick upp vid frukostbordet eftersom vi hade fint väder hela veckan. Vi gjorde utflykter varje dag och närhet till skog och sjö uppskattades stort. Kan varmt rekommenderas.

Vi stortrivdes med den här utomordentligt fräscha stuga. Det stämde verkligen, att det var en nybyggd stuga. Den var mycket praktiskt inredd. Allt man kunde behöva fanns där. Riktigt sköna sängar och ett välutrustat kök!

Location was very convenient for us and the forest behind the cottage was lovely. The cottage was very well appointed and charming and neat as a pin.

The owner had put labels on everything (e.g. where to put each type of glass, dish, pot, and pan) and had *very* specific cleaning instructions for us. The instructions were so specific and lengthy that our overall impression of the cottage was affected---they felt like a buzz kill to us.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage in a picturesque setting, had nice interactions with a friendly host.

The cottage is a simple very modern and comfortable place. Lovely views of forest and snow covered grass garden. It is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The furniture is simple and comfortable. The owners live next door and spoke fluent english and were charming and helpful. Nearby there is a beautiful lake and some really nice old villages and hiking trails. We drove the 3 hours to the Norwegian border through some wonderful snow covered landscape and visited the skiing areas to soak up the winter atmosphere. I recommend this cottage if you want to enjoy the local hikes, lake and villages and also the nice small town of Mora.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was welcoming and helpful, and the house was very cozy.

It was modern and the view towards the forest was very nice.

Much smaller and compact than expected so felt rather cramped. Ok for a short stay but wouldn’t feel comfortable staying longer as there was very little room or storage space to put things and it also didn’t feel particularly private. We’ve stayed in several accommodations during a long road trip and this was the only one that didn’t provide any basic provisions like tea, coffee, salt or kitchen roll for example. The extensive cleaning procedures were also far too demanding and on a scale not encountered with any other properties we’ve stayed in. When you go away for leisure and relaxation you don’t want to be faced with so much cleaning that it becomes stressful.

The host informed us via e-mail before we arrived on how to enter the cabin. It was super easy and pleasant. The cabin is new, and modern, with nice furniture an outside terrace. It was super clean. Another thing that was helpful was that everything was labeled, so easy to find, and easy to put things back like glassware et cetera. And the view into the forest was lovely. There is a lot of information about the surroundings available in the cabin. Manuals were easy to find. And I liked the personal story of the host about how they moved from Southern Sweden to this area. What is also great is that you're close to town, but also within 1 minute in nature.

We didn't like the long cleaning list on the table upon arrival. I've never seen it this detailed. People are on holiday, we're not hired to work. We have rented many cabins, and I understand not paying extra for the final cleaning (which here was quite a high amount) involves some cleaning, like cleaning floors, emptying trash, bringing the beds to their original state, and doing the dishes. But that's enough. I don't think guests should clean mirrors and other small details they didn't even make dirty. There is also a role for the host. So that's one minor thing I didn't like, I don't think any guest does actually clean the mirrors, but just seeing this long list doesn't give you a holiday feeling. The other thing I did not like was there there was too much inside the cabin. I thought they tried to make it suitable for too many situations. What I mean is this is a small cabin. Nothing wrong with that, but decorate it as a small cabin. It's perfect for couples, couples with 1 child, and two if they're small. But adding a big sleeping sofa to make it 6 person cabin made it full. Even four (larger) people seem cramped. I not image that many people in the small space. A large cabinet in the main bedroom is made so that you can not create a double bed, so you have to sleep separately as a couple, or you can't exit one bed at night. Something smaller would have been better here to create a proper double bed setting with night stands.

Very friendly hosts. New build holidayhome. Kitchen, bathroom and livingroom: all perfect Bedroom with very good mattress, we slept like a baby.
