Stunning view of the fjord from every window! We loved the location - close to Stryn, Loen and Olden, but removed enough to enjoy the quiet. Loved having a kitchen and living area to share as a family.

Would have loved to have one more bathroom on the main floor. But understand it is an old house!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in this charming old Norwegian house near Stryn. The property is full of character, beautifully maintained, and offers a truly authentic countryside experience. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, it is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and experience the natural beauty of Norway. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Every detail reflected the care and hospitality of the hosts, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The combination of traditional Norwegian charm and modern comforts made our stay both enjoyable and memorable. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy, authentic, and unforgettable stay near Stryn.

منزل جميل جدًا بإطلالة خيالية وموقع رائع، حيث تضيف إطلالة البحيرة ومرور سفن الكروز مشهدًا جميلًا وجمالية خاصة للمكان. المنزل واسع ومناسب لعائلتين، ويحتوي على دورتَي مياه، إحداهما في الطابق السفلي ويكون النزول إليها عن طريق الدرج. كما توجد صالة طعام كبيرة وواسعة تتسع لـ 15 شخصًا. المضيف متعاون جدًا ويجيب عن جميع الاستفسارات بسرعة.

السلبية الوحيدة هي أن المنزل يحتوي على دورتي مياه ولكن النزول إلى إحدى دورات المياه يكون عن طريق الدرج إلى الطابق السفلي

Die Unterkunft war absolut einmalig – Lage, Einrichtung und Ausstattung waren hervorragend, es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich und wertschätzend. Wir waren über Weihnachten dort und der Gastgeber hatte alles liebevoll weihnachtlich dekoriert. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles wunderschön vorbereitet. Es war wirklich an alles gedacht – vom Feuerzeug bis zum Waffeleisen. Unten im Keller gibt es einen tollen Partyraum, der sich super nutzen lässt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die Aussicht direkt auf den Fjord – einfach traumhaft. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man außerdem wunderbar spazieren gehen. Wir waren mit 10 Personen und einem Kleinkind dort und es war mehr als genug Platz für alle. Auch der Kamin hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Ich kann nur sagen: 10 Punkte! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

hier gibt es nichts zu reklamieren, evtl ein paar Haken im Bad, das kann ergänzt werden

The location, privacy, and charm are incredible.

There is not a bathroom on the main floor, which can be an issue for some. The downstairs bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. And the bedding, when stripped of sheets and pillow cases, was very old and stained.

Lo único a tener en cuenta es que en dos de las habitaciones de arriba es necesario pasar a una habitación a través de otra. Si eres Gabinos no importa que si es un viaje compartido es más delicado está falta de privacidad En nuestro caso no fue un problema

Scenic view in this house is the best I've ever seen. It is magical. We've loved every moment of our stay. House is in excellent condition, lovely furnitured, and it has everything you need for stay and even more.

No bathroom on the first floor but there is one on the first floor (water pressure is not the best) and on the basement (spiral and narrow stairs)

This is a must stay! Loved everything. The balcony is to die for. Had coffee every morning sitting on it looking at the view of the fjord. Great location for walks. The home owner was so lovely. Couldn’t have helped more. He explained everything then left us with a contact number if we had issues. A MUST stay!

It is a charming old house looking over the fjord with cherry trees. We had a very friendly detailed introduction about the house. It was good for my parents to have a bedroom on the ground floor. Yes, we had to either go up or down the stairs to use the toilet but we got used to it. The house is almost a century old, so the floors and the door hinges can be sqeaky and the toilet upstairs is loud. But the charm of the house made up for it. Some bedrooms with single beds upstairs were accessible only through adjoining bedroom but since we used only three bedrooms, it was okay for us. We found that it was a good location to drive to the glacier or go up the mountains with a cable car. Thanks to the washing machine and the dryer in good quality, my family could get fresh clothes for further trip.

Amazing view, very clean, smooth wifi, friendly host, good location.

There are five bedrooms upstairs, they were divided as two units. Each unit has to use one door to out. We have make a male-bedroom and female bedroom s. That was different to us due to we all are seniors. Moreover, there is only one bathroom upstairs, so nine people stayed upstairs have to use one toilet which made more than two minutes when loading water. We all couldn’t sleep well with many noises from toilet. An option just goes to down two floors to use another toilet. But it’s difficult to apply for us (seniors). So if the group has more than three couples, this is not you wish to rent.

The house retains its traditional air; the stories of the host were wonderful!
