Casa com uma vista espetacular, confortável e num sitio sossegado. Optimo para recarregar baterias. Obrigada pelo pão fresco entregue todas as manhas, assim como o mel e a disponibilidade de poder ir colher vegetais à horta.

Localizado num local super calmo e descansado, rápido para chegar o todos os sítios que queríamos ver e conhecer. O Sr Manuel teve a amabilidade de combinar com o padeiro, para nos ir levar pão fresco todos as manhãs, e tão bem que soube!! Muito agradecida🥰😘

Lovely location, very local.

Everything!!! The house, location and views were all stunning. Relaxing on the deck with a coffee in the morning and a wine in the evening, watching the village going about their daily chores was a delight. Great place to recharge. Manuel very helpful with local knowledge.

Manuel ist ein super Gastgeber! Wir haben uns direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Gegend ist eigentlich zu schön um es weiter zu erzählen. 😲 Aber nur aus Angst dass es irgendwann nicht mehr so schön ruhig ist. 😉 Danke Manuel! Gruß Carsten

Anfitrião muito atencioso, sempre preocupado em saber se tudo estava bem.

Le pain est mis à disposition tous les jours à la porte. L’hôte est accueillant et un bon guide de la région .

Les photos de l’annonce présentées sur le site Booking correspondent à 2 maisons (avec et sans piscine)avec 2 adresses différentes ce qui est trompeur car c’est la même annonce. La « place de parking « pour la maison sans piscine est en contrebas d’une petite rue. La maison est sombre et difficile d’accès pour des personnes en situation d’handicap ou des enfants en bas âges. Le wifi est très faible. Les 2 maisons nécessitent 2 annonces distinctes.

De plek van het huis in het kleine dorp en nationale park was werkelijk fantastisch.

A estadia correu muito bem, superando as expectativas. O proprietário foi extremamente prestável e atencioso durante toda a estadia, sempre disponível para ajudar. A limpeza é irrepreensível, 5 estrelas. Trata-se de uma casinha rústica, muito bem decorada e bastante acolhedora. O alojamento está situado numa aldeia calma e muito simpática, ideal para descansar. Tivemos ainda a sorte de acordar com a neve a cair, um momento único e inesquecível. Recomendo vivamente a visita.

De tudo. Era exatamente o que procurávamos. Uma casa onde estávamos rodeados pela natureza, o silêncio. Uma casa fantástica onde passamos momentos fantásticos em família. A hospitalidade, a simpatia do anfitrião, a comunicação constante e sugestões de atividades. Iremos de certeza voltar.

If you're like us and looking for a remote place in the middle of nature, it amazing. In our short stay we were surrounded by walks, hikes, waterfalls all around. Place is quiet and the views are breathtaking.

A classic wood fireplace would have been better than a modern pellet fireplace.

Da simpatia da D. Lídia à chegada, da constante preocupação do anfitrião Manuel com o nosso conforto e experiência, da calma e tranquilidade envolvente. Do pão fresquinho (e saboroso) pela manhã!

Nada a apontar. Conseguimos ter a tranquilidade que procurávamos e visitar pontos interessantes na envolvência. Mesmo em relação às refeições, foi sempre fácil encontrar alternativas nas imediações.

Es war einfach super. Sehr nette Gastgeber und eine unvergessliche Erfahrung. Das rustikale Häuschen ist ein spezielles Erlebnis. Ich kann es einfach nur weiter empfehlen.

Alojamento muito confortável com tudo o que é preciso para uma estadia agradável. O pão fresco pela manhã , a hospitalidade do anfitrião Manuel e os sons dos animais a pastar nos prados verdejantes fazem da aldeia de Bilhó um autêntico quadro bucólico.

Mesmo com tempo menos solarengo há sempre atividades para realizar. Há muitas zonas que felizmente não foram fustigadas pelos incêndios. Não deixem de visitar o interior do país, valerá sempre a pena 😀

Casinha com tudo que precisamos, muito acolhedora e pãozinho deixado a porta de manhã. Aldeia no meio da natureza relativamente perto da cidade, com muito sossego.

Só acrescentava ums mantinhas na sala para se estar no sofá :) a Tasca pertinho estava fechada para férias e não conseguimos conhecer.

La gentillesse de nos hôtes , des belles ballades, et le pain du matin, accroche à l’entrée . Délicieux ! Petit village dans le parc, tranquillité.

Gostei da casa e da traça da mesma. Houve um cuidado na renovação da casa mas mantendo a sua essencia de casa de aldeia. Tinha todas as comudidades e o ter de manhã pão fresco e aquela broa é algo que fica. O sitio, neste caso a aldeia era ótima, muito calma e sitio tranquilo. Em termos de apoio em casa existe todas as condições para confecionar comida. Nada a apontar.

De coisas menos positivas, o não gostar será muito forte, direi que deixar a viatura a alguma distancia pode trazer alguns temas logisticos, pois o carro é melhor não fica ao pé da casa, coisas de aldeia e direi que a NET, apesar de funcionar seria lenta, mas derivado da zona que é ADSL. Nada no fundo da responsabildiade do dono da casa.

La maison a été magnifiquement restaurée, avec notamment des murs en baie vitrée. La piscine a débordement est très belle avec une jolie vue sur le paysage. La terrasse est très agréable pour prendre les repas. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, toujours disponibles en cas de questions ou tracas.

Seul petit point négatif : il manque une machine à laver mais qui devrait arriver bientôt !

Every morning we received fresh bake rolls and some fresh bread - a super nice gesture from the host, we definetely enjoyed it. Also Manuel, the owner, gave us many hints to explore the beautiful area. On top of that we could pick some fresh salad and veggies from his veggie garden close by, just great.

Všechno! Krásná lokalita v horách, milý pan hostitel, ráno čerstve pečivo na háčku u dveří. Útulný obývacek, kavovar , teplo, super postele… nádherný výhled … cesta odtud přes staré kamenné cesty.

Tudo nesta estadia foi excecional. A casa é maravilhosa e muito acolhedora. Tem tudo o que é necessário para uns dias de descanso. Os anfitriões foram muito atensiosos connosco. A aldeia é muito pacata, ótima para quem procura tranquilidade. Esperamos voltar um dia!

Beautiful house with a lovely view! Everything was clean. Perfect location for a nature based holiday.

The pool is cleaned and made ready for use in June. So before June you can't use it.

Apartment is in a very rustic old rock built house in the countryside. Two levels with good sized bedrooms

Cannot get the car close to the unit. Very narrow and steep. We carried our cases from the car to the unit, about 70 metres up.

We were upgraded to the two-bedroom villa, which we understood was due to heating issues in the holiday home we originally booked. The villa itself was stunning—an elegantly designed, modern house with huge windows offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It was incredibly comfortable, beautifully decorated, and truly a joy to stay in. Everything about it was perfect.

Unfortunately, our check-in experience was not as smooth. Despite notifying the host in advance of our arrival between 7-8 pm (which he confirmed), no one was there to meet us when we arrived at 7 pm. To make matters more challenging, we initially had no phone reception to call. When we finally reached someone, we were told that help would arrive in 10 minutes—this turned into 25. A kind local lady, noticing our confusion as we waited in the dark and pouring rain, stopped twice to check on us. The second time, she even tried to call the host herself, and when that didn’t work, she reached out to a family member. Eventually, Manuel’s father arrived, and we were able to check in nearly 50 minutes later. He was very kind, though the language barrier (as we don’t speak Portuguese and he didn’t speak English) made communication a bit difficult. The next morning, Manuel came by to check if everything was okay, which we appreciated. However, the check-in issue could have been easily avoided with better communication. Despite this, our stay at the villa was fantastic, and we would still recommend it for its beauty, comfort, and peaceful surroundings.

This property is a little gem! It is beautifully constructed from the local stone and has lots of character features, eg, beams, shutters and window seats in the main bedroom. Yet, it also has the benefits of modern life with excellent wi-fi, powerful shower and a dishwasher. The kitchen is really well stocked with dishes and utensils. The house was immaculately clean. The outside area is small but has been laid out really well to take advantage of the space; it has a BBQ with a stone table and wooden stools. There is also a bench and two sun loungers. The owner was incredibly friendly. He drove to meet us, and showed us where the house was. He very helpfully showed us local features on a map. He even drove us in his car to show us where the nearest shop is and where people swim in a river.

No pool - from the photos I thought that the properties were adjacent and occupants of both could use the pool, but unfortunately not. Flies - we had planned on parking our car during our stay and spending our time there walking around the beautiful countryside. However, we were completely swarmed by large narrow flies (that bite through clothing), and eventually had to give up. Parking - there is parking at the bottom of a very steep hill, but this makes unpacking luggage awkward. The owner is an amazing driver and easily drove his car along the steep and very narrow street, however, as we have a large car this made parking outside difficult.

We stayed in the modern house. Beautiful views, the pool, the house, the surroundings, the silence…we had the best time.

Location, house and host!

Very special, unique place to stay in a beautiful location surrounded by mountains. Quite, small village where only cows bell can be heard. Wonderful, friendly host who makes you feel like at home.

Manuel is a wonderful warm host for this modern fully renovated 300 year old home. The area is full of farms and everyone is so friendly. Manuel opened his delicious garden to us so we had a very nice vegan dinner. We enjoyed our stay with all the nearby sites that Manuel recommended. 😀 Highly recommend this one.

The place is beautiful and the host Miguel is incredibly nice and welcoming. We will definitely come back!
