Fully equipped, modern flat in central Ystad. Quiet area, guesthouse is much larger than it looks like on photos.

Bra storlek på stugan och allt fanns i det vi behövde. AC var väldigt bra 😊

Problem med fukt i badrummet. Gav en unken doft.

Quite a roomy self-catering apartment, had all we needed. The website photo makes it look small, but it extends back quite a way, and there is a private little garden at the rear. Good location for accessing the town, rail and bus links.

Unusually, (in our experience), bedding and towels were only provided, for a fee, if you asked in advance. This required cash payment, so we had to get some Swedish krona just to settle this.

Ett perfekt boende för ett par dagar. Saknade inget i boendet.. allt fanns. Nära till stan, 15 min promenad. Trevlig uteplats. AC fanns

Zentrale Lage, super großer Fernseher dazu passender Fernsehesessel. Prima Sportkanal. Wir konnten alle WM spiele während unseres Aufenthaltrs anschauen. Kleiner aber schöner aussenbereich .

Alt. God plass, større enn den ser ut på bildene. Nøye uttenkte detaljer. Koselig og sjarmerende. Veldig hyggelig og usjenert uteplass. Ti minutters gange til det historiske sentrum. Fint med parkering rett utenfor. Anbefaler restauranten Grändens Mat.

Litt innelukket fordi kjøkkenvinduet og badevinduet ikke lot seg åpne. Litt mye fukt på badet etter dusj til tross for vifte. Men dette er en svært liten anmerkning!

Vi gillade allt,hyresvärden hade tänkt på allt. En fantastisk uteplats i grönska och lugn.

Bei einer Außentemperatur von 11grad war es in dem Häuschen zu kalt. Die Splitheizung hat es nicht geschafft, den Raum angenehm zu erwärmen. Das Bad war dadurch auch kalt. Für 1 Nacht war das aber zu tolerieren

In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, sie ist größer als erwartet und wir waren zu Fuß in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt ohne Parkplatz Probleme

What a gem!, It looks small from the front but when you get inside it is actually quite large, and so so comfortable. The kitchen was a great size with everything you could need, bed was comfy and so was the living space. Really well looked after and maintained. Great to have a washing machine, although took a while to find the powder! Host responded really quickly when we asked if there was any! Also had a great parking spot so didn't have to park on the road.

Only thing that could be better was the shower. It didn't have a shower tray, you had to place on the floor a water barrier of some kind, and didn't drain very well so felt like we had to have minimal showers so that the water didn't overflow. Was really wanting to wash my hair but didn't think the drain would take it.

Stugan var særdeles veludstyret, og beliggenheden i rolige omgivelser var god.

Sengen var virkelig dårlig: ekstremt blød og derfor dårlig for ryggen.

Bra läge med tanke på att vi skulle på fest på kvällen, i närheten. Rymlig stuga med fin uteplats. Bra utrustat pentry. Rent och fräscht.

Tyvärr var ena delen av sängen ganska nerliggen och därmed lite obekväm. Även om man var försiktig i duschen så rann vattnet fram på golvet.

Trevlig, mycket hjälpsam värd. Stugan hade centralt läge, ändå var det lugnt och fridfullt. Supermysig uteplats med massor av olika växter bl a lavedel. Vi kommer mer än gärna åter!

Das Häuschen war gut ausgestattet für meinen 6 Jährigen und mich. Die Innenstadt ist schnell zu erreichen und man kann direkt vor der Tür parken. Die Waschmaschine hat uns gut gedient. Marcus hat stets schnell geantwortet, wenn es Fragen gab. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Leider war es etwas staubig aber vor Ort war ja ein Staubsauger. Schön wäre es, wenn das Geräusch vom Kühlschrank auszustellen geht.

Stort o välstädat! Fin liten skyddad uteplats! Lagom promenad in till city!

Tyvärr räckte inte varmvattnet till för att skölja ur balsam så det blev i kallt vatten!

Super nice cozy garden Very calm and nice location

The stuga is very humid and smells humid/moldish, because the ventilation in the bathroom does not work properly or enough. There is black mold in the bathroom which is un-healthy. The beds were too soft for my taste.

It was a comfortable, cozy little place, just great for one or two people. I felt very at home there, and the owner, Marcus, was very friendly and welcoming. I would return there anytime. Thank you, Marcus!

Nice and private. Comfortable space. Would have liked back patio if weather had been good.

Recycling left in bins and coffee filter/coffee left in coffee machine. Only enough hot water for one shower and shower drain not draining properly- slight smell of mould and damp.

We were hosted really well. The guesthouse was clean and has everything you need on vacation. The Owner was always in touch. We can truly recommend it.

Nice, spacious, and comfortable cabin at central location. Very peaceful and quiet. In walking distance to everything around Ystad. Would highly recommend for both shorter and longer stays. Would stay again.

The owner has thought of everything. This apartment is very well equipped and comfortable with excellent heating and air-conditioning (which is quiet!) Comfortable beds, great satellite TV, comfy seating area and cute little garden too.

the cottage is quite big, has big tv with netflix etc. it is also extremely clean.

check in details were not provided through message and had to contact owner through phone who was extremely friendly but when we need to contact him again we could not get through and never got response.

This is a very comfortable and well equipped accommodation in a good location. Walking distance to the port, train station, town and beach. Communication with the owner was excellent and the price was reasonable in context with prices in Sweden. There are a couple of very good supermarkets within a ten minute walk ( Lidl and Co-op) and also a Burger King.

I didn't like the concept of the extra fee for bed linens and brought my own.
