They have no control over this, but there can be a lot of noise from the Campground adjacent to the property.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The location was fantastic. I really loved being across from the horses. The place was lovely and had great touches. I loved Doolin and all it had to offer.
It wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. There were some bottles and cans left in the bedrooms. The refrigerator was small for such a large house. The trash cans were all full. The TV didn’t work- couldn’t get the streaming services to work. They should leave some laundry detergent to wash clothes. I didn’t really like being across from the camp grounds.

We were at a wedding in Hotel Doolin & didn’t need to use the car, which was so handy. Showers great too - always a bonus!

The check in instructions were incorrect. There was no key in the lock box and the front door was locked. My husband just tried to open the glass doors and they opened! All the keys were inside the house 🥳 All’s well that ends well. But maybe the hosts want to remedy that for future guests!!

Host was responsive for any questions. Hard to go anywhere else on our trip! Easy walk to town and pubs and close to Cliffs of Moher and the Burren. Loved our stay! Comfy beds too and every amenity including 2 showers and great parking with picnic table to enjoy. THANK YOU for a wonderful stay Bernard!

Reviewed May 11, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Doolin. The apartment was a stand alone home. It was well furnished - it has everything you might need for a stay of any length. We loved the location - just down the street from several pubs, and withing minutes of the Cliffs of Moher. We loved having two bedrooms with queen beds and two bathrooms - perfect for two couples. We would definitely stay there again.

The floors upstairs creak so can be a bit noisy.

Reviewed May 26, 2024Fabulous place to stay, absolutely everything you need. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, kitchen, loungeroom and extra toilet downstairs. Owners sent us check-in information a couple of days ahead, which was very handy, and they were very easy to contact when we had questions. Great location with a short drive to the ferries for the Aran Islands and another short drive to the Cliffs of Moher Easy walk to pubs and restaurants.

Reviewed May 16, 2024The house was brilliant - clean, well equipped and in a super location - all within reasonable walking distance of the many bars and restaurants in Doolin, which is just what we wanted. Super views from the bedroom windows, and lovely, comfy beds.
There is nothing that we didn't like about the property. However, the only thing that we didn't like about the area, and which is no reflection at all on the property owners, is that the lovely patch of nice grass just outside the house seemed to be used by all the local dog owners who chose not to 'pick up' after their pets! So careful walking on the grass!!

Comfortable beds, hot showers, and we were ready to see Doolin. We were not disappointed. Location was great, easily walkable. Questions we had were quickly answered. It's right in the middle of Doolin, maybe a beautiful, 15-minute walk to the farthest pubs, but also just far enough down the side road to be thoroughly quiet at night. It has a clothes washer and separate dryer (be aware that there is a water tank in the bottom that needs to be emptied after each load or your clothes won't dry!). Doolin and this house were exactly what we needed at the mid-point of our trip--the first half was spent in Dublin and Derry City. The hosts are instantly responsive.

Located near to centre of Doolin and nearby pubs - all excellent. Short drive to Cliffs of Moher, the Burren and Doolin Cave. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

All we had to do was relax and enjoy the location, and the kids loved the free WiFi. The location was very central to all Doolin had to offer, and we walked almost everywhere. Within a 3 minute walk is Pub, Restaurant, Hotel, and loads of other facilities.
Really all I would have wanted was to stay a little longer.
