Rustig gelegen, mooi uitzicht vanuit het salon en vanuit het zwembad! Het zwembad was echt een +++++

De bank in de woonkamer is klein, wij waren met 3... je hebt wel 2 kleine krukjes maar niet comfy... We hebben een stoel van aan het zwembad genomen

Het zwembad en de algemene privé sfeer rondom het huisje en de faciliteiten

Het zitgedeelte, zowel keukentafel+stoelen, als het bankstel in de woonkamer zijn niet bijzonder comfortabel. Je kan eigenlijk nergens lang zitten en echt ontspannen zonder dat ik last van rug of benen kreeg. De bedden zijn daarentegen dik in orde, daar kan je ook prima op liggen om te ontspannen.

The location of this property is brilliant. Close to amenities and public transport but very peaceful. The pool is fabulous.

Geweldige plek met mooi uitzicht en een heerlijk zwembad. De bedden zijn voortreffelijk en de hygiëne is uitstekend.

Er zouden wat meer handige gebruiksvoorwerpen mogen zijn, zoals een schaar, scherpe/brood messen en we miste vooral een wijnopener/bieropener.

Prachtige locatie, heerlijk zwembad, goede airco en fijne hosts!!

We always love our stays here! Huge private pool, lovely outdoor areas to use and very comfy beds. The property is always in excellent condition and money has clearly been spent replacing and upgrading furniture. Host is friendly and always excellent communication.

Een rustige accommodatie voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Met name het zwembad was top! Daarnaast ook goede uitvalsbasis voor leuke dagje uit.

De rust, ruimte en het mooie privé zwembad. Behulpzame eigenaar en dichtbij de prachtige stad Brugge.

L'établissement est très bien situé pour visiter Bruges, Gand ainsi que la côte. La piscine intérieure est un vrai plus avec vu sur la campagne et les chevaux. Les lits sont grands et très confortable ce qui est un vrai plus lorsqu'on revient d'une longue visite. Les hôtes sont très accueillants. Nous reviendrons sans doute à l'occasion.

indoor zwembad was top, goeie temperatuur, goeie hoogte/lengte. Alles was dik in orde. Ook uitzicht op paardeweides was prachtig.

Hosts are lovely, property has everything you could want/need, having your own indoor pool is exceptional and location is very peaceful.

Everything was great.

The place was lovely, clean and cosy. A taste of luxury with your own private pool, lovely views, private and easy access to Bruges. I would book again.

L’emplacement est parfait : 15´ de Bruges, 30’ de Gand et 30´de la côte… La piscine est géniale dans un cadre magnifique avec vue sur les chevaux. Literie top qui vient d’être renouvelée ! Équipements cuisine parfaits . Voiture en sécurité sur parking protégé par portail.

This was our third stay at the property and it won’t be our last! Peaceful surroundings, amazing facilities and a real cosy feel in the property. This was our first stay around Christmas time. Location was perfect as it was only a 10 minute train ride to get to the Bruges Christmas markets. Excellent host as always. We will be back to stay soon.

Fijne accommodatie op een mooie plek, dichtbij het mooie Brugge en het strand. Erg naar ons zin gehad.

Het duurde lang voor wij onze borg terughadden, meerdere malen contact gezocht met beheerders maar kregen geen tot weinig reactie.

Het was in 1 woord geweldig. We willen volgend jaar weer :) zelfs de bedden vonden wij lekker liggen ;)

Het zwembad is een geweldige meerwaarde maar eveneens de mezzanine erboven. Geweldig voor pubers om zichzelf wat af te zonderen. Mooie omgeving, vanalles te doen en zeer vriendelijke mensen. Voor ons intussen de tweede keer en we keren zeker nog terug!

Everything was as shown in the pictures. The pool was very nice with warm water and place to relax, play games and listen to some music. It was very peacefull and comfortable for our family of four. The owner was very friendly and gave us ideas and tipps for our stay (which were very helpfull). The location is really good - near Bruges and near the beach.

Heerlijk rustige plek, mooi prive zwembad. Prima locatie voor dagtrips naar de kust of een bezoek aan Gent en Brugge. Fijn ook dat er airco was, wij hadden 30+ C! Aardige, behulpzame host, top!

Wij hadden prachtig weer, maar als je met 4 personen bent is het zitgedeelte binnen wat klein.

Excellent location to use as a base for exploring! Very peaceful and relaxing. Amazing facilities and amazing hosts! This is our second visit and we have already booked our third!

Such a unique experience to stay at a property with its own pool & in a lovely quiet location with lots of outside space. The owners had thought through every little detail which made our stay very comfortable & enjoyable. They were on hand to greet us, give essential information & answer questions but apart from that were discreet letting us enjoy our stay with no interruption. This is a wonderful place to relax and we would love to stay again.

The owner was very friendly and provided complementary fruits and artisan apple juice. The swimming pool was very nice and has a lounge upstairs. Very nice atmosphere when the lights go on in the evening at the swimming pool. The pictures of the location do no show how good the place actually is. Fun to see horses nearby - very cute horses. Bath room is clean and a big shower head. One big room with a bed for two people. One other two people bed in the living room at the room divider

Swimming pool is filed until 1.30 meter so not very deep (but this is understandable as otherwise someone needs to be hired to watch the swimming pool all day). Still liked to start the day with a swim for 15-30 minutes

The location was great. House was clean and tidy and well equipped. Pool was lovely and grounds were great too. Loads of little extras like games, bbq kit and pool toys for kids.

Nothing! Only tiny thing I'd mention would be the lack of banister in the pool room but this didn't affect our stay.

Great location! Easy to do day trips to Bruges, Ghent and the coast. The private pool was a huge bonus.

We had an absolutely amazing holiday at this property. The kids absolutely loved the pool! it was lovely coming back after a busy day and the kids could have a play in the swimming pool. I will add that the pool is one level and there's no shallow end so if you have non swimmers just something to bare in mind. Location was fantastic so much to do in the area. My daughter loved seeing the horses in the stables in the morning they were the friendliest horses we have come across.

There was nothing we didn't like, the only thing we found a little tricky was the oven. It's really high up I had to stand on a chair to reach it which is a little difficult when trying to take hot food out.

The location was perfect, we loved having a private pool which was amazing and our little dog absolutely loved having to watch the horses from the pool window. We will definitely visit again.

The children loved coming back from a day of sightseeing in Brugge, Brussels and the local nature park to have fun in the swimming pool.

Stayed here many times before but first time with new ownership. Love everything, cosy accommodation & air con, pool, great BBQ (extra charge),local amenities, Bakery, Supermarket, Restaurants. Even better we can now bring our dog.

Nothing really but to add my personal points:- We were disappointed we couldn't have a hot drink on arrival after travelling for 13 hours. No tea, milk or sugar. (We were left a bottle of Red Wine as a welcome gift) Also that one set of towels are supplied each & further fresh towels are charged as well as extra bin bags. The description says BBQ (which is great) but is chargeable, although €12 was a good price & Joey was very helpful. And the free freshly grown courgettes were much appreciated. The microwave is a great addition but too high up for a short person like myself, which I think a little dangerous. The computer monitor is great for Netflix but I would prefer a TV. Lastly I think a safety/banister rail would make the stairs safer by the pool to the upstairs seating area. None of the above spoiled our stay & we would 100% return.
