Owner explain semuanya sebelum serah kunci.

My family approves of this homestay and it's not an exaggeration to say this place is the best homestay I have stayed in so far. Everything is well furnished and comfortable. Though, a water dispenser would be a cherry on top. Still, we would definitely repeat and book this homestay again in the future. Thank you very much for the top notch hospitality and comfort.

The living space is very comfortable and well-maintained, making it perfect for family stays. The location is excellent — close to shop lots and very convenient to go out for meals or run errands. Everything you need is just a short walk or drive away. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a homely, peaceful stay with easy access to amenities. Will definitely come back again!
It be much preferred with water filter like coway, especially visiting with children. But its not a hustle since kettle provided

Reviewed Sep 16, 2024I like everything about this accommodation. To begin with, the owner was kind enough to assist us throughout our stay. The accommodation itself is very comfortable, with fresh linens provided, extra beds, towels and pillows are provided, iron and ironing board is also provided, The rooms are spacious enough, equipped with cupboards, air conditioned and the right amount of lighting. The first room came with an attached bathroom. There were 2 bathrooms, and both came with water heaters, which is very much needed because we were there during the rainy season. The living room area is comfortable since the sofa is huge and it's also an air-conditioned + ceiling fan. You can definitely watch tv comfortably. The dining table is also very big, your family won't have any problem eating together. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave (or oven, I'm not sure), a gas stove and plenty of cups, cutlery, and cooking utensils. You can also wash your clothes because they provided the washing machine. The location of the house is also pretty strategic. You can easily find food to eat, there's also plenty of options for food delivery and you can buy your groceries in nearby Speedmart or Lotus's. The owner was also very kind enough to share and recommend Muslim/Halal restaurants via WhatsApp. Overall, my stay was magnificent, and I will definitely book again whenever I come to Melaka!
