You could have left instructions on how to use hot water/boiler and gas isolation. Sofas could do with an update.

Rooms are superb

Toilet is not good. Water is not going out from the shower tray.

Everything else! Kitchen was very well equipped. House was spotless, plenty of space, lovely quiet area.

The much sought-after kids bunk bed was so squeaky that we had to move the children out of it as no one could get to sleep with the noise.

The house is so beautiful, nice and clean,all necessary things available including utensils and cutlery. Area is so calm and quiet. The house has a beautiful back garden. It's definitely worth the money, very affordable. Will visit here back again.Kids loved the stay. Apple green and lidl nearby .

The house was lovely and spacious in a nice quiet location. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was very helpful when we had trouble trying to open the lockbox and very quick to respond. I’d happily stay here again.

Perfect house for a family break to Kerry. Perfect location in Listowel for road trips around the spectacular sights of Kerry. Applegreen garage within easy walking distance & local shops also. Listowel also has a beautiful greenway which is perfect for walking, jogging & cycling. Ballybunion beach is the closest, beautiful beach ! Michael has thought of everything in the house which is spacious, clean & comfortable. Highly recommend this property for anybody planning a trip to The Kingdom!

Pillows were flat and a few family members would have liked the option of having two pillows each.

Full House for ourselves with everything that you will need, we could only complain that we haven't stayed for longer..big kitchen fully equipped. The washing machine and tumble dryer was needed as we traveled in the bikes in 🌧️ day. Lots of space, big bedrooms and comfortable beds. Very Safe area! Big garden on the back! Recommend for everyone's!!!

Really convenient to the Greenway. There is an Apple Green very close by for breakfast if you’re setting off early or like us, on a Sunday. The house was clean and warm with beautiful views.

Beds were very comfy and the property was perfect for 1 night for a large group.

Took us ages to figure out how to use the heating. A manual explaining how to use the heating, Internet etc. would be good.

In overall good, tidy house and big house

But once you move in, you have to find out everything yourself, how to turn on heating, hot water, password for wifi and so on. there is no instructions provided at all. even code for the key box you have to ask, they wont send you a single message about your moving

Huge, spacious house with lots of bathrooms and living areas! The host was extremely helpful, too! We went to a wedding in listowel and it was perfect location for it.

The location was great for us and it had loads of room which is hard to find.

Shower overflowed downstairs and remote batteries dead so we didn’t have tv to use.

Lots of room, washer & dryer (bring your own soap), easy parking, can check in at any time.

Americans are unfamiliar with appliance operations. A guide next to the oven, bathrooms would be helpful to know how to turn on hot water, heaters, large appliances etc.

They need to secure the entrance with a gate to prevent pets running into the Street. Our small dog couldn't play out freely without watching over him as we were afraid he might run to the street.

All amenities were there, many different areas where parts of the family could stay (I.e. kitchen with small living room, main living room, bedrooms).

You hear all movements but that’s just the type of house it is and I was already used to that based on my sisters place which is very similar.

The flow of water in the showers was small, so dificult to take a shower.

Nice to be staying in a home in a quiet area. Rooms enough for all five of us.

The shower on main floor did not have hot water. All of main floor did not have any warm/hot water. We tried to use the wall thermostat but it was offline and would not connect. Looks like the whole houses internet system was not working. When using the oven any time we opened it the fire alarm was set off. There were bandaids covering part of the fire alarm. Beds were comfortable but could use more pillows.

The property was easy to find, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

The house was big, and roomy, and we looked forward to a great stay. Unfortunately, the couches in the living room were in poor condition; the surfaces were all cut up. The mattress was just ok-you could feel the springs. The hot water in the downstairs bathroom sink didn’t work; I sent a message and a few hours later received a reply, advising me to go upstairs and find/turn a key. My husband did that, and there was still no hot water. I sent another message, but it was never answered, and we checked out the next morning. In the end, my request for help went unanswered.

Breakfast not applicable. Owner was helpful when access info requested on arrival (none sent in advance). Also v helpful when we had forgotten to pack iPad.

Torn covers on sofas. Overall, grubby & no cleaning products or cloths provided No outdoor furniture or clothes line. Overall, v basic accomodation.

Lo action was good and size of house was also very good

Furniture very worn ,duvet cover was of cheap material and made sleeping uncomfortable as in it was very clingy .Overall it was good but a bit tired in places .Also tv only worked in living room and not in kitchen or bedroom .We were only there for a funeral so it was fine but if I was there longer I would be very annoyed about tvs .

We could only get one of the three televisions to work. We managed ok, but would have benefited from a welcome letter with some explanations (how to “turn on” water/shower, what each of the 4 remotes operated, or local sites to visit etc.)
