Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Be careful with this place, NONE of the pictures reflects the reality - it is located on the parking lot of the local supermarket and petrol station, between two busy roads and next to large roundabout - palce is much smaller that pictures more suggest, more for 4 people that 6.

Besonders gut gefallen haben uns das zusätzliche Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer, der schöne Außenbereich mit Kanu-Nutzung und die kleine Sauna. Alles war sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
Es gab eigentlich nichts, was wir wirklich als negativ empfunden haben. Auch die Lage an der Straße hat uns nicht gestört, denn die atemberaubende Umgebung und die schöne Landschaft machen das mehr als weg.Es ist nur zum empfehlen.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026第二天要去奇迹石，这里很方便，选择多，开车半个多小时到奇迹石停车场（虽然第二天天气很差，大风大雨大雾，没能徒步）。对面就是JOKER超市，一般牛奶面包鸡蛋简单蔬果它家都有。房子分为紧靠的两部分，一边是一个卧室，大床带卫生间，隔三米左右另一边房子是两个大床卧室，都比较小，行李箱我们基本都放客厅。阁楼上还有两张单人床（阁楼没有窗帘）。有洗衣机烘干机。我们匆匆来去，外面也冷，风大，都没来得及去露台和临水小码头感受一下。停车就在门口很方便，免费。

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Отличный домик у озера , жаль , что на ночь только остановились . В домике есть абсолютно все для приготовления любой еды . Есть настоящий камин , лодка у дома , сауна , отдельная крытая беседка . В домике 3 спальни по 2 места и отдельно стоит сауна , где есть еще одна спальня со своим санузлом . Так что на большую компанию в самый раз . За всю поездку по Норвегии это самый комфортный , самый уютный домик . Напротив домика в 50 метрах находится продуктовый магазин Joker и заправка . Постельное белье идеально выглажено .

Très propre, confortable, cuisine bien équipée, literie de bonne qualité. Canoë en plus, pour les connaisseurs. Relativement proche du site de randonnée du Kjerag/ Kieragbolten.

Właściciele przemili, naprawdę warto to zobaczyć i przyjechać właśnie do tego domku. Cudowne miejsce, blisko sklep, bezpłatny parking 😍 Byliśmy oczarowani.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026Die Hütte war super ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Kaminofen sorgte für eine schöne Stimmung. Die Sauna hat den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zwar an einer Straße, diese hört man jedoch nicht. Gegenüber gibt es direkt einen Supermarkt und schöne Möglichkeiten einen Spaziergang zu machen.

Dacht dat het iets vrijer van de weg zou zijn. Meer in de natuur. Maar was naast de weg. Achter af totaal geen last van de weg gehad.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025Comfortable and clean cabin well-equipped. Comfortable bed. Great shower/water pressure. Grocery store and gas station right across the road. Quite at night despite being located adjacent to a round-about. Unit has a helpful booklet with operating instructions for things like the oven. Probably the best spot we could have chosen for a base for our hike.
Overall liked it. It's unfortunate that the view is primarily of the round-about, but I knew that from looking at a prior review. The moose head was a bit much for us. The one improvement I'd suggest is to include an instruction sheet on how to operate the tv/streaming.

Charging/gas station and convenience store across the street were a big plus. And of course sauna was a nice bonus! Last but not least, very friendly, communicative and helpful hosts!

Reviewed Jul 8, 2025The location is superb, right by the lake and with great amenities nearby. The atmosphere was tranquil even if we were next to the road and the outside space around is just a joy to relax in.
The access to the attic sleeping wasn't the easiest and we could have used some shades, as in the summer it doesn't get too dark, but other than that, everything was perfect.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2024The property was very cozy, had all you could ask for in the kitchen for self contained cooking. Beds were super comfortable. It had a really nice feel about the cottage and would love to have something similar back home. Very close to Joker grocery store.
Not that this is a dislike, but it wasn’t clear in the advert that it was opposite a round a bout but it wasn’t a problem.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2024The cabin was perfect! Decorated beautifully. Everything we needed to prepare a meal and do our laundry. It was only an overnight for us; but I can imagine how nice, and relaxing it would be to stay a few days. Try out the little boat and the sauna.
Since there is no air conditioning, and only a small window in the bedrood, a small fan would have been perfect to pull the cool air in from outside.

The fireplace in and outside is very nice, the kitchen is nice and so is the sleeping place and bathroom. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying. You can travel to Lysebotn and Kjeragbolten from this place and also see lots of nice other nature spots. There is a gas station, charging place and store very close.

The location is not as idyllically located as pictured on booking.com. It’s on a lake but next to a main road and overlooking a roundabout, not the lake. The area around the cottage is a bit cluttered with building materials. The bedrooms are small and the bed in the master bedroom had mattresses which should have been replaced a long time ago already.

The location. It’s so close to a main road. The picture makes it looks as if it’s on the lake (as the name also implied when I booked. The name has since been changed) There is only a few feet of water in front of the house, then guardrails and a main road. We wanted to be surrounded by nature, as the picture implies, but it is not that.
