Lieu de séjour absolument incroyable. Une vue superbe, un logement perdu au bout du monde. Le personnel d'un accueil bienveillant, attentif, souriant, toujours disponible. Mention spéciale pour Elaine et ses dessins sublimes. Logement spacieux, très bien équipé, très bien chauffé, très bien isolée. Bonne literie. Le sauna dans la salle de bains n'était pas pour nous déplaire non plus ! Un havre de paix et de confort. Je recommande absolument.

First of all, an wonderful host... we were greeted upon arriving and she actually showed us the apartment in person, which is a very welcome treat when compared to just being told that there is a key box somewhere that might or might not function. Then, the apartment is very spacious, well equipped, modern, cozy and functional; appliances actually work. The location is right by the ocean with a gorgeous view. There are no stores or other elements of civilization in reasonable driving distance, so the host actually provided warm dinners at a very reasonable price.

They are building a berm / new harbor right in front of the property, and the construction activities start very early, sometime after 7am, and there is a lot of noise from the excavator crushing and situating rocks, so, don't plan on sleeping in until this is completed, I don't know when that is and I did not ask.

Im Februar-Winter, ganz im Norden in der Arktis eine weltklasse Unterkunft. Es war ein atemberaubender Urlaub bei supernetten Gastegebern. Von Tromso etwa eineinhalb Stunden entfernt, danach kommt außer einem Fähranleger nichts mehr. Der nächste Laden, irgendeine Tankstelle mit Minishop 50km entfernt, das hat was. Wer Ruhe mag, eine arktische Landschaft in ständig wechselnden Lichtverhältnissen, viele Begegnungen mit Rentieren, Elchen, Schneehühnern, den größten von uns je gesehenen Seesternen im kleinen Hafen, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wer den super Essensservice zum Frühstück und Abendessen nicht oder nicht ausschließlich nutzen möchten, kann in der bestens ausgestatteten Küche mit hochwertigem Interieur die eigene Verpflegung organisieren. Kurzum, die Unterkunft, die Lage, das Gefühl - überragend. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100%. Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Wahrscheinlich ist es sinnhaft, irgendwann Strom für E-Autos anzubieten, unser Mietwagenanbieter hatte Mühe, uns einen Benziner anzubieten, möglicherweise wird die Auswahl in Zukunft noch geringer.

Everything was perfect. We had such a great time over there. Nice luxurious recent cottage where we had everything we needed. You can really feel that every detail has been well thought. Food was great (we strongly recommend breakfast and dinner) and made of local products. The local staff we have met (Elaine and Kevin) were so kind and always trying to make us have the best experience.

Sehr familiäre Unterkunft vor brillanter Kulisse, mit tollen Aktivitäten und bester Umsorgung.

Es gab nichts, außer dass der Urlaub zu kurz war

Wer Ruhe sucht und dennoch die Möglichkeit haben möchte, etwas zu unternehmen, ist hier genau am richtigen Ort. Wer hingegen «Ramba Zamba», Restaurants und Bespassung erwartet, sollte sich besser eine andere Destination suchen. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit: Nordlichter vom Feinsten, ein Ausflug auf die vorgelagerte Insel mit grosser Rentierherde sowie Kaffee und Kuchen bei wunderbaren Menschen, Geocaching-Abenteuer, eine märchenhafte Winterlandschaft am Skogsfjordvatnet, mehrere Elchsichtungen – aber auch stürmischer Wind und Unmengen an Neuschnee, die das Wintererlebnis perfekt machten. Die Crew ist unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und stets darum bemüht, auch grosse Schneemengen souverän zu bewältigen und den Aufenthalt für die Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Vielen herzlichen Dank, dass ihr unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht habt.

Ein wunderbarer Ort ist tollen Menschen, die wirklich etwas Besonderes erschaffen haben.

Eine schöne Gegend um Schneeschuh Wanderungen zumachen, Nordlichter zubeobachten. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das bestellte Essen war sehr Gut. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. War eine schöne Zeit um den Alltag zuvergessen.

Location, apartment had very good equipment. (Soap, tea, oil, salt, toilet paper, coffee (3 pods) so all good to start. Very clean , spacious, warm. Great view!

Wifi was slow or didn't work, bed was too soft, not for people who like slept on hard materaces.

Sehr freundliche und immer hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick über das Wasser, tolle Ausstattung, die angebotenen Touren sind auch zu empfehlen, für uns war es einfach perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The apartment is spacious and clean with good quality furniture and appliances. The bathroom is very comfortable with heated floor and good ventilation. The view from our room is fantastic. One of my wife dream is to see the Aurora. She has been chasing that dream for 10 years. She went to Australia three times on different road trips trying to see the southern light with no avail. So we decided to fly all the way to Tromso and Mikkelvik hoping to see the northern light instead. On our last night, we got to see the northern light right from our balcony which was awesome. We went on a reindeer feeding tour. We went on a short ferry trip and a bit of driving on a small island to meet our local tour guide. Talking to Johnny, our Sami tour guide, is like a friend sharing stories. He is friendly and genuine. He loves his home and wants to share it with friends. I highly recommend it to experience a bit of Sami’s way of living and get close with reindeers. All staffs are friendly and professional. Elaine took really good care of us. She genuinely wants us to have a good experience staying here. They really thought of small details to make sure we had a good time.

Be sure to do your grocery shopping before you arrive. Our driver picked us up from the airport and made a stop at a store before we left Tromso. There are some essential ingredients like oil, salt, and pepper however it is better to buy on your own grocery.

We are very happy that we choose Mikkelvik Brygge to explore northern Norway and spent good Christmas time with family close to nature. The property is located on a beautiful land along the coast line; with unobstructed views of the sea and neighboring islands covered in snow. Everything was well organized and clean; we booked an entire holiday home and enjoyed sightings of Northern lights right above us! We would like to specially thank Elaine, who made our stay memorable, she took us for Snowshoe hiking tour and we got to explore & admire the surroundings. We also booked the Sauna in their Viking Spa on stormy day with winds as strong as 115kmh!!! Again thanks to Elaine for preparing everything and it shows the entire teams commitment for providing their guests one of a kind experience while making sure they are comfortable and relaxed. The property offers more activities like Reindeer tours, Fjord Cruise, or Quadbike tours which should be booked in advance well in time (and probably not during Christamas). And we are surely going to come back for it :) Overall communication with Oliver, Katja and Elaine went very smooth.

Absolutely nothing

Everything about this place was wonderful. The chalet-style accommodations were cozy and charming, offering complete tranquility. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the chalet had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Note: The hotel is quite remote, which is ideal for a retreat, but there are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby. It’s important to come prepared with groceries and essentials.

We had such a wonderful time on Millelvik Bridge. Everything calls for peace, wild beauty, and Artic discovery. The place is very well organised, all the appartement have a stunning view on the fjord , and the Mikkelvik Team where very kind. We went for reindeer’s experience : we cannot forget Johnny the Sami and his animals, who gave us an authentic and true discussion about Saamis way of live. Thank you for the encounter. We took as well the Norwegian Diner, and Katja cooked us such a good diner. Salmon, artic fish and of course … the way you have to Skoll ! ! We saw little auroras, which was the cherry on top of everything. You can go to this place, i guarantee you’ll have the time of your life.

Absolutely NOTHING

It wad my first and the best stay in Norway . Everything was perfect . Location is the best . The staff are very friendly, kind and helpful.
I would like to thank all the team. Our visit to the Reindeer farm was exceptional and unforgettable adventure. Our stay was extended for 1 extra day for free due to snow storm . We will definitely come back in the future.

- Excellent location for northern lights and beautiful scenery - Extremely well maintained and clean property with modern decor - Good heating - Very friendly hosts who were attentive to our needs and ensured we had a comfortable stay - Kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials - Good parking

- Double bed is actually two twin beds put together, which moved apart easily whilst sleeping. - Important to be aware the closest supermarket is 45 minute drive away from property. - Whilst the upstairs appartment was being cleaned we noticed it could have been noisy if guests stayed there, fortunately this was not the case for our stay.

Clean, welcoming. everything was thought of and there when we arrived. an amazing place with friendly staff and beautiful surroundings, we’ll be back!!!

Possibly the best appartment experience I ever had. Exceptionally well equipped accommodation, great location and wonderful hosts. We arrived during the holidays when the shops were closed and the hosts shared their groceries with us.
