Sehr sauber, liebe volle Einrichtung, exrtem ruhige Lage und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Man sollte mit einem Auto anreisen, sonst ist es etwas schwieirig. Gerade die Wege zum Einkaufen oder zu Restaurants sind etwas weiter.

Erg mooie locatie

Amazing location, so quiet and elegant. All refurbished in an ancient style, with an incredible taste. The house is in a very quiet village, in an enclosed courtyard, it has its own garden, where you can eat / relax outside. There is also a playground for kids. The kitchen is totally furnished, you find also coffee capsule, and lots of material for cooking, salt, pepper, spices.... There are ventilators in all the rooms and in the bedroom the portable airco systems. The bathroom is luxurious, with shower and bath tub, very elegant. The hosts are very nice, available and discrete at the same time. There is an outlet to charge your electric car in the courtyard.

If you really want to point out something, is that there is limited space to arrange your stuff (e.g. in the kitchen all the cupboards are full of tools, whilst there is little to put your food), same for the bedrooms, there are few shelfs and drawers. But this is really minor.

Thank you for providing the accommodation, everything was great. The whole house was tastefully furnished, nothing is missing for a pleasant, undisturbed stay. The owner was very helpful, we even received a welcoming gift. The parking is suitable even for a bigger car.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr komfortabel ausgestattet, mitten in der Natur. Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, zu 100% zu empfehlen.

Ilya greated us with so much kindness, and so nice to get some fresh apple juice and cakes on arrival. The house was equipped with all you need for a 3 year old (toys, bed, chair and kitchenware) and was looking spotless. Small and quiet village with some nice walking routes and close to Leuven. Would reccomend to others!

Ilyâs was een hele fijne host, geen vraag was teveel en hij stond altijd klaar voor ons. Een heel lekker ontbijt en het mooie huis dat heel kindvriendelijk is, zijn zeker een plus

Enige minpuntje was het piepende bed in de master bedroom bij elke draai, waardoor slapen soms een uitdaging werd.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser unglaublich gemütlichen Ferienwohnung! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von den super netten Besitzern empfangen, die immer ein offenes Ohr hatten und uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben haben. Die Wohnung selbst ist einfach traumhaft – liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details und Wohlfühlatmosphäre gelegt wird. Auch die Lage ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt: mitten in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen ländlichen Gegend, ideal zum Entspannen, Spazierengehen oder einfach die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Toilette ist zugegeben etwas klein für große Leute

Lovely place to stay for a get away in lovely surroundings. Very well kept, well equipped and decorated and with the greatest breakfast. Very service minded hosts. Would love to come back!

La maison est juste magnifique, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, propre, spacieuse, confortable, sécurisée et très bien équipée. Mention spéciale pour la présence d’une douche en plus de la baignoire, de la double vasque de la salle de bains, de la cuisine fonctionnelle et du très joli jardin privatif. Pour finir, on a beaucoup apprécié les excellents conseils de notre sympathique hôte qui nous a recommandé des balades et activités à faire dans le coin. On recommande cette maison les yeux fermés !

Tout a été parfait !

Beautiful and in a place with a nice view, peaceful and quiet, perfect for families. A very nice place where can “charge your batteries”, far away from cities. Definitely, together with my family we will come back there.

We had a wonderful stay. Beds are comfortable, Sofa and armchair as well. The house is well equipped and tastefully decorated. Hosts are very reactive and nice and they are cooking a large and excellent breakfast! Relatively easy to access and with a good playground nearby for the kids.

Just to be picky, the stairs feel a bit dangerous with young children and the motion detector upstairs is very sensitive (but we covered it and the problem was solved). Still we would come back anytime!

The cozy house was set up as if you were sleeping at your own place or at a family member. There was nothing you could need as the house had everything to make your stay super cozy. Very well designed and comfortable with a cute little garden in the back.

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet country location. We loved our stay here, it felt peaceful and so special. Ilyas is such a lovely host and was always in touch with regards to breakfast timing and any other needs. Breakfast was as special as all the other reviews said and was beautifully presented, always different fresh fruit, juices, meat cheese , yoghurt, Cereal, made for a lovely start to the day. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if in the area.

The house is part of a bigger estate, and has everything a family of 3-4 needs and wants. A comfortable living room, large bedrooms, premium bathroom and a great outside area to relax in. The breakfast was also phenomenal. And the owner was incredibly kind & clearly knows the hospitality business, being there anytime we needed.

The house was, as the name states, very cosy. It is also fully equipped. We took a walk every evening and felt safe in the area. The breakfast was great! The host brought something different each morning. It was more than enough and there was a wide variety. The host was friendly.

There are quite steep stairs to get to the upper floor where the bedrooms are. There is only one bathroom which is also upstairs. My mother in law has issues with her knees so it was a bit of a hassle to go up each time to use the toilet. The accommodation was great, but just keep the stairs in mind if you have limited mobility.

The welcome from the hosts. The extraordinary breakfast. Beautiful decor. Pretty garden area. Tranquil location.

Great hospitality. Ilyas has done above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to assist us in any way he can. The apartment is truely cosy with high attention to details, and is very clean too. The breakfast is amazing , very rich and super tasty. The garden is beautiful and the chicks and dog are veeeeery cute.

We travelled as a family with young children. We felt very safe and secured in this charming and private property. The house is decorated with a lot of taste and is absolutely beautiful, it was like being in a page of a country home magazine. But it doesn’t stop there, Ilyas, our host, was very helpful and one of the nicest person we’ve ever met. Every morning we received a delightful delicious breakfast, it was perfect. Only 30 mins from the airport which was a big plus for us, we rented the cosy house and had it as a base to visit our family spread across Belgium.

The house is very clean, absolutely beautiful, fully equipped, and spacious. Illya is a generous, kind, warm, and a welcoming host. The breakfasts were so delicious and beautifully served. On our last morning, Ilya prepared us a takeaway breakfast. What a treat it was !!! In addition, we got great recommendations for places to see and restaurants near by. Wifi is excellent and super fast!!! I must say, this is one of the best places I stayed in, and I've been to quite a lot. It is certainly a home away from home. I highly recommend !!!

The hosts are very kind and nice, the interior design of the house is lovely and obviously made with love and an eye for the detail. The breakfast is excellent, really extraordinary. It is served every morning in a different way. The beds were very comfy and wide. The bathroom is very nice, everything is new, functional and clean.

We liked the ambiance of the place. The house was set in a courtyard, which had a main house en next to it a smaller house, where we stayed, which is big enough for 4 people. For an older house it is very convenient, with all modern comforts you have at home, decoration gives it lots of charm. Breakfast is fresh(bread, eggs, fruit ect.) and deliverd to you every morning. Contact with owners is easy and proffesional

Everything about this venue is just perfect. From location, to the host, the charm, equipment and to the marvellous breakfast every morning. I recommend greatly and trust you will have an enchanting stay.

Everything was just outstanding! Location could not be better if you plan to visit, beside Brussels, also Netherlands and Germany. very clean, with extra service and excellent breakfast!
