Ein Aufenthalt, der uns wirklich begeistert hat.Die Kommunikation mit Sabina war hervorragend. Sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und war durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Gastgeberin, wie man sie sich wünscht. Das Haus selbst ist neu, modern und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Es liegt mitten im Wald, etwa sieben Gehminuten vom Fjord entfernt. Am Fjord hat man das Gefühl, an einem großen und wunderschönen See zu stehen. Der umliegende Wald ist faszinieren.Wir hörten Hirschrufe ganz in der Nähe.Frühmorgens stand ein Weißwedelhirsch einige Meter vor uns und hat uns minutenlang angesehen.Am Abend vor der Dämmerung erschien eine Elchkuh im Feld vor dem Wald. Das war ein überwältigender Moment. Dazu kommen die vielen Preiselbeeren, wilden Blaubeeren und Pilze. Für alle, die sich mit Pilzen auskennen, ist dieser Wald ein echtes Paradies. Im Haus gibt es eine elektronisch gesteuerte Sauna, die sehr leicht zu bedienen ist. Das Fenster mit Blick in den Wald macht jeden Saunagang besonders. atmosphärisch und wunderschön. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt: moderne Unterkunft, beeindruckende Naturerlebnisse und eine super Gastgeberin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

It was our second time in this beautiful accommodation. We stayed in the villa a few years back and enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to return. The villa has been perfectly kept and it still looks as nice as it was on our first stay. It has everything you would need for a nice relaxing stay. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are very comfortable, sauna is nice and roomie, many seating options on the beautiful terrace, grill, possibility to use a lovely rowing boat and an option to treat yourself with a nice jacuzzi. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house this time and Sabina was really quick to help with the spare keys. Truly enjoyed our stay, communication with Sabina, lovely nature surrounding the villa and the rowing boat to explore the beautiful sea bay. Looking forward to our return again!

Siisti ja hyvinvarusteltu mökki. Erinomainen tukikohta gravel pyöräilyyn. Viihdyimme hyvin.

To idealne miejsce na wypoczynek i relaks w zupełnej ciszy i spokoju. Bogato wyposażony domek. Znajdziesz tu absolutnie wszystko, czego potrzebujesz - czy w kuchni, czy na tarasie. Jest nowoczesny i świetnie utrzymany. 10/10 to w tym przypadku za mało! A codzienne dyskretne wizyty jeleni w najbliższej okolicy były niezapomnianym doświadczeniem.

Die Villa hatte wirklich Alles, was man braucht. Die Ausstattung war top. Die Lage war auch super. Total ruhig gelegen. Kleiner Spaziergang zum Wasser. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Kimito, ca. 10-12 Autominuten entfernt. Schöne Sauna und der Höhepunkt , der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse. Der Aufpreis war es wert.

Siisteys oli erittäin hyvällä tasolla. Viihtyisä kokonaisuus. Rauhallinen ympäristö.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Wer Urlaub in der Abgeschiedenheit sucht und trotzdem recht schnell Versorger erreichen möchte, ist hier richtig.

Leider liegt sie nicht direkt am Wasser, allerdings war das auch vorher klar.

It exceeded our expectations! I was amazed at how well equipped the kitchen was and I might never have stayed at such a clean space before. Everything looks quite new as well. Just keep in mind that the doors close depending on what position you put a little switch on its sides. Never seen that before but now we know how to lock yourselves out :) (Also loved the not-even-so-little binder including the instruction manuals for everything you have in the apartment - great for first-time-users of an electric sauna.) So nothing to complain at all! :)

We sadly weren't able to find the spot where we were allowed access to the water. We could've asked, of course, but the description wasn't clear to us.

Nice small house with all the amenities you need. Lots of kitchen utensils and devices. Comfortable beds, sauna and jacuzzi! Very quiet area and good communication.

There were some spider webs in the sauna and shower but otherwise perfectly clean.

Absolutely fantastic service, location, cleanliness and host herself was incredibly friendly. Excellent experience and could not recommend higher. Exceeded all expectations.

Having to leave!

Our stay at Villa Lyxfällan was really amazing and we really enjoyed everything - from communication with the host to the possibility to use a boat. The house was very clean and had all the appliances you would need. The location is very quiet, but you do not feel overly isolated as there are still houses nearby. One morning, we could see a rabbit and a deer from our window and pick wild strawberries from the yard. What more could you want from a nature vacation!

Quiet and peaceful; great sauna; the two bedrooms are on the small side but well ventilated; straightforward check-in.

Nothing to complain about really, we had a very nice time. The sink in the bathroom was leaky but this could happen anywhere.

Well equipped, very comfortable and so clean. We enjoyed the sauna, went out on the boat and cooked great meals. A lovely and well thought out property. Highly recommended!

Very peaceful and quiet location on the top of the hillside. The possibility to use rowing boat was really amazing addition to the stay. Everything was very neat and clean.

Brilliant location, friendly and helpful owners. A very peaceful stay. Good hot tub and sauna. I was able to check in late at 11pm. Also, all the people in the area are very friendly and helpful - especially Tobias from K -Supermarket who had my shopping ready for me on arrival.
