la pulizia, gli appartamenti sono belli e di buone dimensioni, ma per la pulizia proprio non ci siamo deve essere migliorata, in particolare gli appartamenti con cucina come il nostro hanno bisogno di una pulizia profonda, pero si puo sempre migliorare!

Saleté , odeurs horrible , crasse , installations en état délabrés et j’en passe Horrible j’ai pas d autres mots! J’ai réservé au vu des commentaires et photos et ben quelle erreur ne vous faites pas berner. On va commencer par la chambre: sale, mal entretenu , en état de lamentable franchement se lavez dans une douche aussi sale fait peur. Tout est abîmer le sol les murs la chasse d eau qui doit avoir un problème et qui fait un bruit infernal en continu. Non franchement horrible. Ensuite les installations la piscine je n’ai même pas de mots elle a tout simplement moisi par endroit je sais même pas comment c’est possible! Les transat n’en parlons même pas je pense qu’ils n’ont jamais été lavée depuis le jour où ils ont été mis ! Dans un état avec des crotte de partout… par contre il arrose leur pelouse et fleur a sa oui il ne lave rien ni chambre ni extérieur mais il arrose plusieurs fois dans la journée et le pire et je ne sais pour quelle raison mais quand il arrose il y a eu odeur qui remonte horrible une odeur d égout mais c’est très fort. En plus de sa ils ont la bonne idée de le faire au moment où les gens occupe les installations et quand vous leur dites limite il ne vous prenne pas au sérieux et vous rie au nez. Non franchement allez n’importe où mais pas là bas. Choqué que booking propose ce type d hébergement je suis très déçu

Purtroppo avevamo prenotato per tre letti ma ci hanno dato un’appartamento con solamente due letti. La pulizia non era dei migliori ma tollerabile per un soggiorno breve. Inoltre, la colazione dolce non era fresca; i cornetti erano duri e secchi.

Mancanza di pulizia assoluta! La polvere regna sovrana in tutte le zone! Penso che l’appartamento in cui ho soggiornato non abbia mai visto un’aspirapolvere! Il pavimento è sporco, troppo! Passano con un mocho che forse non aiuta nella pulizia. Ho pulito il possibile con uno straccetto di fortuna ed in poco più di un’ora ho reso decente almeno le parti visibili! Appartamento molto diverso dalle fotografie ed anche la disposizione lascia molto a desiderare! Nelle foto è rappresentata anche una lavatrice ma in appartamento non la ho trovata! Manca anche un asciugacapelli, questo credo sia un accessorio indispensabile in ogni soggiorno, non può una persona portarsi dietro l’asciuga capelli in viaggio! In piscina manca pulizia, acqua piena di vegetazione e le mosche rendono invivibile il relax!

Non c'è l'asciugacapelli. Io metterei anche un detergente per i piatti.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Struttura in piano centro a Port Ghalib, noi abbiamo preso un appartamento con un grande terrazzo che si affaccia su uno dei canali e abbiamo visto una grande tartaruga che nuotava tranquillamente. Una grande sala con un angolo cucina ben attrezzato. Bottiglie di acqua a disposizione. Un piccolo bagno ospiti sempre al piano. Al secondo piano due comode stanze con letto matrimoniale molto comodo e entrambe con bagno annesso. Una con vasca attrezzata anche per fare solo la doccia e bidet; l’altra con una grande doccia walk-in. Siamo arrivati che la piscina era già chiusa ma ci hanno detto che, se lo gradivamo, avremmo potuto fare una nuotata per rinfrescarci. La colazione è abbondante. Per il check out ci hanno detto che non c’erano problemi di orario e avremmo potuto stare quanto volevamo. Tutto lo staff molto accogliente e simpatico. Molto buono il livello di pulizia.
Gli stipiti delle porte sono tutti rovinati nella parte bassa e la grande porta finestra della sala si chiude con difficoltà.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Ich kam nach meiner Tauchsafari mit Fieber im Hotel an. Da ich noch einige Stunden auf mein Zimmer hätte warten sollen, war das Personal so nett und hat mir ein Upgrade gegeben. Ich bekam eine ganze Suite. Obwohl ich nur für eine Nacht gebucht habe. Das fand ich sehr nett.

The room was in a very poor hygienic condition and not suitable for a normal stay. We checked in around 21:00 and returned to the room around midnight, when we noticed that the bed linen was visibly dirty, with hair and debris all over it. It was not acceptable to sleep in such conditions. We tried to find staff or contact the property, but there was no one available and no response to our message. At that hour, it was not realistic to find alternative accommodation, so we were forced to stay. However, we could not use the bed and barely slept. This is not a minor issue – basic cleanliness is the minimum standard for any accommodation, and it was clearly not met here. Definitely would not recommend.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Das Personal ist super freundlich und versucht immer alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und bei Allem zu helfen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es sind sehr kuuhle Wohnungen, man hat viel Platz und eine tolle Aussicht. Wenn man wünscht, gibt es auch sehr ruhige Lagen, obwohl man direkt am Geschehen ist.
Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass man ca. 5 Minuten zum Strand laufen muss. Der Spatziergang ist aber schön an der Marina entlang. Die Beachliegen am Strand sind in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr wirklich bequem. :-)

BADEZIMMER konnte man die Tür nicht richtig schließen und den Türgriff hatte man beim öffnen in der Hand ,so das man am Türgadrobenhalter ziehen musste zum Öffnen Die Kochmulde hing lose und schief in der Arbeitplatte Gesamt Eindruck lange nicht mehr renoviert , für eine Nacht ok aber länger no go

Номера немного уставшие, двери разбухшие, полотенца то с пятнами, то с дырками - нам было ок, но кому-то это важно И еще нам не хватало посуды и столовых приборов в номере - дорогое руководство гостиницы, исправьте это пожалуйста ☺️

La camera era grandissima un vero e grande appartamento con una bella vista sul porto!! E la spiaggia che hanno in convezione la migliore di porto Ghalib con bariera corallina con entrata diretta dalla spiaggia senza nessun pontile pure le tartaruga abbiamo visto! I bambini gli é piaciuto moltissimo ! E relax in spiaggia !! Poi appena scendi c’è da gironzolare la sera con parecchi ristoranti locali i e negozietti!!
Appartamento un po datato è un po sporchino ma se reclamate vengono a farvi la pulizia più accurata per i pignoli! Ci va una bella riverniciata alle pareti ! E cambiare qualche pezzo del bagno!attenzione che se prendete cena e pranzo e noi per fortuna solo la cena !! Non c’era compreso il bere e non so se ci hanno fregato loro o cosa perché su Booking nn c’era scritto di qst cosa e quindi ho scritto anche a Booking !! Che allora lo devono specificare!! Perché neanche l’acqua era compresa !! Ma poi reclamando un po almeno 4 bottiglie d’acqua ce le hanno date a cena! Mangiare diciamo che per una settimana sempre le stesse cose !! E quantità minime e quindi poca scelta !! E quindi nulla di buono!! Quindi meglio non mangiare in struttura!! Meglio fuori ! Se volete italiano buono ed economico meglio da Vivino!! O se no egiziano vicino la gelateria Fruit anche lì gelati ottimi!! !! Li fa anche per portarvi in spiaggia il pranzo!! Il proprietario gentilissimo!! Invece quello della struttura antipatico e spillava i soldi per bere anche solo l’acqua!! Buone vacanze a tutti

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Очень большая квартира.Нам сделали апдейт и дали трехкомнатную с огромным холлом и кухней и с двумя ванными .Квартира с шикарным видом на лагуну и Порт Кхалиб . Все рядом , рестораны, аптеки и место где стоят яхты для экскурсий. Как бюджетный вариант вполне подходит на пару дней . Дискотеки на Новый год орало все и светомузыка просто шикарная, но после 12 ночи резко все стихло , мы удивились .
Уборку надо бы немного улучшить . Не большой выбор на завтрак . Даже не было сыра , просто никакого . Но зато было хорошее сливочное масло и хорошо жарили омлет.
