Alt var godt. Meget venlig og imødekommende værtinde. Alt i huset fungerede fint. Hyggelig indretning, super gode senge. Meget ren og ordentlig lejlighed. Vi gik gode tips til cykelture i området. Perfekt central beliggenhed.

Sehr gute Lage, im Ortszentrum Waschmaschine, inkl Waschmittel vorhanden Sehr gut ausgestattet (Küchenutensilien, Cremen, Brettspiele, Videofilme, Wäscheleine, Bügelladen und -eisen, usw…) viele Gewürze vorhanden, selbst kochen klappt gut! gemütlicher Esstisch im Vorgarten sehr gutes selbstgebackenes Brot ☺️ sehr nette und bemühte Vermieter mit süßem Hund

Es waren Eier, Wurst, Käse, Butter, Milch, Säfte, Kaffee usw. für ein Frühstück vorhanden 👍🏻, man muss es sich aber selbst herrichten. Für uns war das kein Problem (hat auch seine Vorteile), aber ich finde, man darf das nicht „inkl Frühstück“ anbieten. Das muss man schon mögen, Frühstück herrichten und den Abwasch danach! Für 2 Personen sehr gut geeignet, bei 3 Personen wirds sehr eng! Wir mussten über die eine oder andere Spinnwebe schon hinwegsehen 😉 Wenig Privatsphäre

wunderschön und liebevoll designte, zusammengestellte Unterkunft, es wird auf viele kleine Details geachtet, zum Beispiel die Blümchen im Bad und am Esstisch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und aufmerksam, herzlichen Dank nochmals für das leckere selbst gebackene Brot. Alles, wirklich, alles hat hier gestimmt und glücklich gemacht. Absolute Spitzenklasse!

Schöne Lage. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen mit leckerem Frühstück. Alles durchdacht und sauber eingerichtet. Nette Gastgeber. Zum Wohlfühlen.

Nicht schlimm, nur zu beachten: ins Schlafzimmer im OG kommt man nur über eine schmale Stiege. Nicht zu empfehlen für ältere oder eingeschränkte Personen.

Boendet var mycket trevligt och mysigt.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral und das kleine Haus ist sehr originell eingerichtet👍

A very cute, quirky find. A bit of a shrine to heavy metal and the Sölvesborg festival! If you like a lot of space in your kitchen and bathroom, then this is not the place for you, but we loved it. It has everything one needs and more for a comfortable stay. The beds are super comfy; even memory foam neck pillows were available! Very conveniently situated, near the water and the centre of town. Several restaurants around, although many were closed as the season hadn’t quite started. The owners live right next door and were welcoming, helpful and responsive. And - THE best bread for breakfast!

Värdinna och värd mycket trevliga. Fint, välutrustat, rent och mysigt hus. Sköna sängar. Möjlighet att sitta ute på lugn innergård. Utmärkt centralt läge. Tips om restauranger mm.

Lite trångt på sovloftet och varmt. Saknade brandlarm på loftet.

Fanns allt vi behövde

Det här är ett boende där värdarna gör det lilla extra för sina gäster. Det fanns rikligt med frukostmat och ett fantastiskt hembakat bröd. Vi saknade ingenting på frukostbordet och att få plocka fram frukost och sitta i den lilla fina trädgården och dricka morgonkaffet var underbart. Köket var välutrustat för den som vill laga sin mat själv. Till den som vill gå ut och äta hade värdarna tips på bra ställen att besöka. Sängarna var sköna och det var lugnt och tyst på natten. Lusthuset ligger väldigt centralt så det var nära till allt.

Varmt och vänligt bemötande i mejl från värdparet innan vi kom, och även då vi anlänt. Vi välkomnades med ett nybakat gott bröd. Hemgjord citronsaft väntade i kylskåpet. Det var ett fräscht boende med det ”lilla extra” som sätter guldkant på hela vistelsen. Centralt läge som gjorde att vi kunde njuta av en kvällspromenad i de vackra kvarteren i Sölvesborg.

Mysigt boende mitt i Sölvesborg. Gästvänlig och trevlig värd som var väldigt mån om att vi skulle ha det bra. God frukost med helt fantastiskt och hembakat bröd och hemgjord saft.

Att ha ett mål utan att tänka på själva vistelsen att känna sig som hemma att se sig som hemma finns inget bättre. Vi var som en familj på bästa konference som bara finns i Sölvesborg hande vi tur att hitta detta boende. Vi älskade detta boende fritt och underbart. Och till värdarna tack före att ni är som ni är

Otroligt vackert hus, renoverat med alla faciliteter om man vill stanna längre. Fyra bäddplatser varav två uppe på ett mysigt loft. Jättetrevlig värdinna.

Mitt i stan men helt lugnt. Liten mysig trädgård, välutrustat litet hus som verkade vara helt nyrenoverat. Parkering utanför porten. Bra frukost med ett fantastiskt gott bröd bakat av värdinnan. Vi återvänder gärna!

När vi funderar riktigt för att hitta ett förbättringsförslag är det belysningen på toaletten som borde belysa ansiktet och inte hjässan. Det var lite svårt att se när man skulle raka sig.

Nichts (Obergeschoss hat eine sehr steile Treppe und es kann im Sommer ziemlich warm werden, aber es hat Ventilatoren)

Lovely little apartment. Spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The décor is perfect, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. We especially appreciated the homemade bread from the kind and welcoming host couple. The kitchen and fridge were thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location is also great — just a short walk from the station and surrounded by great restaurants. Highly recommended!

Quirky, private and fantastic breakfast with the bread a highlight.

A wonderful stay in a charming old house. It has it's atmosphere, related to rock festivals. The house is though renovated to an exceptionally modern level, so you can find everything you might need. You feel the real care of the hosts, both of the place itself and the guests. Highly recommend!

Great House in the center of the town , Great Host

Lusthuset is a lovely little cottage in a quiet back yard that is shared with the owners' main house. The location is perfect, in the middle of the small medieval centre of Sölvesborg and literally a few steps away from the magnificent Nikolaikyrkan. The house is not large, but very functional. It has everything you'll need, and more! The kitchen is fully-equipped, with modern and top-quality items, not the second-grade quality often found in summer houses. Free use of the available staples, coffee, sugar, salt, cereals, tea, etc. Even corn for popping and a small bowl of candy ("godis")! The bathroom is small but modern and spotless, with floor heating and washing machine. The breakfast was "self-assembly" from tasty and fresh ingredients, including home-baked bread. The beds are comfy, and the space under the roof, although a bit tight, is very cosy for sleeping, and great for kids. There are games, reading and entertainment available should the weather be bad. Cathrine was a lovely host, pro-active and precise in the pre-arrival communication, very flexible. After our departure she even biked down to the railway station to catch us because we had forgotten a small item! I happen to know this part of Sweden very well - rest assured, this is an excellent and no-nonsense choice, with which you can't go wrong.

The stairs to the loft are steep and more like a ladder. I assume that's a challenge for persons who are less fit or with reduced mobility. We ran out of warm water for ten minutes or so while showering - probably the boiler couldn't keep up. Not an issue if you know about it and plan accordingly.
