Reviewed Sep 7, 2025Our host was so welcoming and soon had us settled in our accommodation which was quite quirky with its spacious upstairs bedroom above the living quarters and a veranda overlooking a lovely garden. Her recommendation of a local restaurant provided us with one of the best meals we enjoyed during our cycle trip following the Dutch coastline.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2025Clean. Restful. Geertje is very friendly. The backyard (tuinje) is especially nice with the pond (though the frogs can be quite vocal at night)
One of the single beds was close to the sloped ceiling and my mother hit her head twice. We moved the bed farther from where it was positioned.

Reviewed May 2, 2023I usually don´t rate the apartments, but here I was pleasantly surprised. The owner is very friendly. Apartment has a nice shower and comfy beds. There is also small garden in front of the apartment where you could sit and relax. Staying there was quite cheap which is also a big plus.
The only problem was that the floor was quite cold, so I had to put on additional socks :)
