La ubicación, el exterior (pradera, piscina y paisaje), amplitud y tranquilidad del sitio. Mobiliario exterior suficiente.
Mejor la planta baja que la alta en cuanto a mobiliario. Deberían revisar el menaje del hogar en general, especialmente sartenes. Las cerraduras de la puerta principal deben de ser reparadas o cambiadas, muy difícil su funcionamiento.

Only two bathrooms - for a big group that was a downside for us.
