Prachtige kamer met zithoekje, kaptafeltje en alle voorzieningen voor koffie en thee. Fantastisch lekker ontbijt dat volledig klaarstond in de keuken, die volledig tot onze beschikking stond. Vooral de heerlijke scones blijven we onthouden. Een aparte zitruimte staat ter beschikking van de gasten. De gastvrouw is heel attent en denkt aan alle details. Dit is echt een superadresje!

Absolutely gorgeous property and super cute B&B, all the decor was given great thought and it's not only super well planned but just provides the perfect getaway. Opt for the breakfast and take advantage, Suzanne provides an unbelievable spread!

Die frisch gebackenen Scones und das Brot sowie Omelett schmeckten uns und der Frühstücksraum und Geschirr sind mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben sehr ruhig mit wunderschönem Garten. Auch die Tipps für das Dinner fanden wir bestätigt.

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Super schönes grosses Zimmer. Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen und Suzanne war sehr nett und freundlich. Uns hatte es sehr gefallen.

Forest View Woodland Lodge was a wonderful stay for our first night in Ireland! The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and the bed was comfy. There was everything we needed to make tea & coffee in our room. Our host, Suzanne, prepared a wonderful breakfast with so many options! If we're able to return to this area, we will definitely stay here! Thank you, Suzanne!!!

집이 정말 예쁘고 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었고 아침식사는 7유로 이상으로 훌륭했습니다. 주변 식당도 친절하게 안내해 주셔서 좋은 저녁 식사를 할 수 있었습니다. 다만 각자 요리를 해 먹을 수있는 분위기는 아니었습니다.

Everything! We were truly touched by the host’s warmest welcome. What a magical place to stay!Our room was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. And the cherry on top is the perfect location if you want to enjoy the mountain or lake hikes.

La struttura è davvero bellissima. Camera eccezionale con una vista meravigliosa. Letto comodissimo. Host davvero simpatica e cordiale, è stato un piacere scambiare due chiacchiere. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely loved our stay at Forest View Woodland Lodge! The location is fantastic — peaceful and perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and had absolutely everything we needed. The bathroom was a great size, and the shower worked perfectly. Breakfast was delicious, and there’s a lovely pub and restaurant nearby serving great food, which was very convenient. A special mention to Suzanne, our wonderful host, who was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She really made our stay extra special. An excellent place to relax and recharge. We loved it and would happily stay here again! Highly recommended! ❤️

Es war außergewöhnlich und wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Prachtige en rustige omgeving. Mooie en ruime kamer, voorzien van alle comfort. Proper en netjes. Voldoende ruimte ook indien je wat bagage bij je hebt als je rondtrekt. Het ontbijt ter plaatse was ook heerlijk en vers. Je ruikt de vers gebakken scones als je beneden komt. De gastvrouw was ook super vriendelijk en gaf enorm veel tips om de regio te ontdekken.

Eigenlijk geen echte minpunten voor ons. :)

An Exceptional stay! So many plusses I only wish I was going back again this weekend. A place of serenity in Wicklow! I'd like to say it's home from home but the accommodation is way nicer than my home!!!

One of the best B&B we ever stayed. Wonderful place, beautiful and quiet area. Very close to Glendalough. Room and bathroom were spacious, lovely decorated, clean and very comfortable. Everything we might need was there - including coffee/tea machine. The host is so nice and welcoming. Do not forget to ask for breakfast! It was wonderful - fresh fruits, best scones ever and home baked bread! Strongly recommended!

Suzanne was a very friendly host and did all she all she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The room was lovely and everything was spotlessly clean. Many little were provided to ensure our stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous and excellent value for the price. Views were very scenic and tranquil. Would definitely recommend and will be returning again.

Na našem týdenním putování po Irsku se jednalo o poslední, ale určitě nejlepší zastavení. Překrásné místo v srdci národního parku, velmi prostorný, dokonale vybavený pokoj, pohodlné postele. Milá paní domácí, která nám dala řadu dobrých tipů na výlet. Domácí snídaně (za přiměřený příplatek) určitě stala za to. Moc děkujeme.

In der Unterkunft steckt sehr viel Liebe. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich. Wir haben uns nett Unterhalten und Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Glendalough bekommen. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch. Vieles ist selbstgemacht und stammt aus dem eigenen Garten. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ruhig. Es enthält alles was man benötigt und darüber hinaus :) Insgesamt ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

The house is located in a quiet valley, surrounded by a very beautiful garden and a forest. It is tiptop equipped. Suzanne is a wonderful hostess. Don`t miss the excellent breakfast!

Everything!! From the room over the surrounding, this Lodge is wonderful. Suzanne is the most wonderful host, her lovely & individual breakfast is the perfect start into the day. Our room was very modern, clean and cozy. Outstanding equipped. The local Pub offers good food, 5 minutes Drive.

We stayed 4 nights and were so sad to leave. We are looking forward to be back!

The house is situated a few kms away from the honeypot of Glendalough so is beautifully peaceful and quiet. We took bikes and were able to ride the backroads and some of the hiking trails. The visitors centre in Glendalough is fascinating and the staff very friendly and helpful. Suzanne, our hostess was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, the room spacious and superbly equipped, the breakfast delicious. Suzanne even went out and bought gluten free oats for my wheat intolerant husband’s porridge!

Tolle Gastgeberin! Das Zimmer war super, geräumig, sehr sauber. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Alles sehr gepflegt, auch der Garten ums Haus herum. Das Frühstück war mit Liebe zubereitet und wir wurden sogar nach unseren Wünschen gefragt. Der Austausch mit der Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Großes Zimmer, freundliche hilsbereite Besitzerin, sehr gutes Frühstück etwas schwierig zu finden.

Etwa 4,5 km abseits des Wicklow Ways in der Nähe zu Glendalough liegt die Forest View Woodland Lodge. Klares Highlight neben einem sehr schönen Zimmer ist die Küche im Landhausstil. Im Frühstücksangebot fehlte es wirklich an nichts. Zudem bereitete unsere äußerst aufmerksame Gastgeberin uns morgens frisch Omelette, Pilze und Bacon zu. Obst und Wasserbereitstellung für den Weg waren selbstverständlich. Die Vermieterin lebt Gastfreundlichkeit. Auch wenn es ein kleiner Umweg war - wir sind sehr zufrieden diesen gemacht und die Forest View Woodland Lodge kennengelernt zu haben.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, with a beautiful view from the window that made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The breakfast she prepared was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of my stay. The location is also very convenient, as it is not too far into the interior and offers easy access to nearby areas and amenities. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Best B&B we ever stayed in (and we travel a lot). Location is superb, breakfast is amazing (freshly baked scones!), attention to detail is impeccable. You have a table in the room with crockery, cutlery, as well as a lot of other things that might be useful (toiletries etc). You could easily stay here for a longer period even if it’s not a self catering accommodation. The host is very welcoming and discreet. She noticed if discarded raisins from my scone and the next day she made me one without. Just WOW 🤩

Suzanne is the perfect host! From the moment we arrived, she did everything she could to make us feel comfortable. She recommended the best hike for us and the best restaurant for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was delicious and we took the scones along with us on our hike. The room was very comfortable, and the location is great if you want to enjoy hiking in the area. It was a wonderful way to begin a relaxing trip in Ireland.
