Reviewed Sep 12, 2026typical finnish mökki experience, host is friendly and answers quickly. wooden sauna was easy to use. we could see some auroras from the driveway, but since there are lights on the streets they might be more visible more far from rovaniemi
it was very cold in the night (but we also didn’t turn on the heating so it’s on us)

Kuvat eivät kaikki vastanneet majapaikkaa. Kuvissa oli puusauna mutta oli vain infrapunakoppi. Jääkaappi ja mikro olivat likaiset.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Cottage confortevole con dotazioni adeguate, con sauna interna e veranda e portico esterni. Mi sono fermato solo una notte ma meriterebbe un periodo più lungo. La giovane ragazza alla reception , estremamente cortese e disponibile l.
Posizione defilata, lontana da servizi e negozi. Il market più vicino chiudeva presto, alle 17.

Savdabīga duša - pirts telpā. Mazgājoties ūdens ir pa visu grīdu. Bet visu var satīrīt.

No habia nadie en recepcion para hacer el check-in, nos dejaron la llave puesta en la puerta y la cerradura de la cabaña no funcionaba tuvimos q dormir con la puerta sin cerrar con llave

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026Que tuviese sauna, y este ubicado en una zona no tan luminosa, lo que permitió ver auroras.
El propietario no responde los mensajes ante incidencias. La nevera estaba encendida pero no se tenía el frío regulado, estaba en “0” por lo que se nos estropeó toda la comida. El olor a viejo/antiguo de la cabaña es bastante feo. La cama de “matrimonio” es pequeña para un matrimonio. Los muebles, paredes, electrodomésticos, etc. son todos muy antiguos. Entiendo que esto depende el gusto de cada uno, pero creo que hay cosas que se deberían actualizar. Cosas rotas como la ducha que se desprende con tan solo encenderla. El secador de pelo funcionaba solo en un modo. Y repito, el propietario aún no me ha dado respuesta de la incidencia ocasionada.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026전반적으로 혼자 지낼 수 있는 방이며, 있을만한 식기류, 침구류는 다 있었습니다. 일단 독채인데다가 사우나까지 구비되어 있어 사우나를 혼자 즐기기 좋았습니다.
로바니에미랑 거리가 있기 떄문에 버스로 시간이 좀 소요 됩니다. 이점만 고려하신다면 괜찮을 것 같습니다.

It was too far from the main city with only limited buses. Having read the reviews I expected to be able to bus to the property but the bus timetables are very limited, we ended up having to get Ubers multiple times (which as you can imagine was not cheap!)

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026El alojamiento está muy bien situado, si quieres privacidad y estar aislado del mundo pero cerca de Rovaniemi y del aeropuerto es ideal. El alojamiento es perfecto, habitación muy grande, el baño también y la sauna es enorme. Tienes que encenderla con lecha que tienes a tu disposición y eso lo hace que sea más auténtico. La cocina tiene de todo, incluido tostador de pan. La calefacción funciona estupendamente y la temperatura de la habitación es agradable.
El wifi, no lo usamos porque no sabíamos dónde estaba el cartelito que indicara cual era el wifi y la contraseña. La decoración es un poco fea pero nada que no se pueda arreglar con un juego de colcha de cama más bonita, Los muebles podrían cambiarse por unos más modernos ahora son muy clásicos tipo "cuéntame". Lo importante es que la habitación es cómoda y enorme y la calefacción funciona estupendamente.

Disastro stufa a legna nel.locale doccia sauna e stufa locale soggiorno. Arrivati alle 17 stanza un po fredda ho acceso entrambe lé stufe (2 fiammiferi a disposizione) casa inondata di fumo. Spalancato lé porte e finestre per fare uscire il fumo e quindi calo ulteriore della temperatura. Contatto proprietario e scopro da lui entrambe lé canne fumarie chiuse ed istruzioni per aprirle. Di fatto una situazione di pericolo. Senza parole. Evitare!

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Ein sehr gemütliches großzügiges Häuschen mit Holzsauna mitten in einer märchenhaften Natur und einem sehr freundlichem Gastgeber, dem das Wohl seiner Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Dazu ist er stets erreichbar und gibt auf Nachfrage Tipps und ggf. Unterstützung. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Unterkunft gut erreichbar, ebenso ein kleiner Einkaufsläden,oder ca 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Mir hat ein Reinigungsschwamm für die Küche gefehlt. Dem entsprechend konnte ich, wie meine Vorgänger auch die Herdplatten, ebenso die Töpfe nur schwer, bzw. nich ganz sauber bekommen. Das hatte ich erst nach dem Einkäufen bemerkt.

The location is great if you don’t want to stay in the city and it’s literally across the road from some gorgeous hiking trails. We also saw the northern lights right from where we were. The room is basic but it has everything you need.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026L’hôte est l’homme le plus gentil du monde, nous avons pris une nuit sur booking avec lui puis nous avons tellement aimer l’accueille le lieu et tout finalement que nous avons convenue directement avec lui sur place de prendre une deuxième nuit j’a adorer cet établissement vraiment il est près de tout les chalet sont très bien équipé franchement excellent voyage je remercie encore l’hôte
J’ai tout aimer vraiment il n’y a rien à redire merci à l’hôte

Помешкання розташоване прямо в лісі, поряд незвична річка, що залишається гарячою навіть при мінус 36 градусах морозу за Цельсієм. До речі, будинок дуже теплий. Є зарядка для авто на вулиці. Щоб побачити полярне сяйво, не треба нікуди їхати - воно прямо над головою, особливо якщо зайти в ліс. Неподалік є маленький магазин на той випадок, якщо вам чогось раптово не вистачило. Господар Дмітрій дуже. дуже привітний, постійно допомагає в різних ситуаціях, постійно йде назустріч. Не хотілося відʼїжджати.
