Rue Haute by M&M 4 sterren bed en breakfast vlakbij Maastricht

Nous avons réservé deux nuits dans le cadre d'un festival à Maastricht. Ce séjour s'est passé à merveille. Marga et Marco sont d'une gentillesse folle. La chambre est très propre, et contient tout le nécessaire pour y séjourner confortablement. Il y a même des moustiquaires aux fenêtres et un ventilateur au plafond pour profiter de l'été sans problème. Le lit est très confortable et les draps sentent très bons. Des places de parking privatisés sont disponibles juste devant le logement. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine, jaccuzzi ni salle de sport par manque de temps, mais tout semblait parfait pour des moments de détente. Maastricht est à 10 minutes en voiture, très facile d'accès.

Mooie locatie met lekker uitgebreid ontbijt met streekproducten en verse smoothie .Alles was perfect verzorgd en goede plaats om auto en fietsen te stallen.

De kamers zijn uitstekend uitgerust met goede bedden en een goeie inloopdouche en het vezelrijk gezond ontbijt was ook super mooi gepresenteerd en lekker zeker voldoende doe zo verder👍👍

Alles! Heel welkom, fantastische accommodatie. Heerlijk eten, superlieve hosts, mooie kamer met heerlijke bedden. Kortom een aanrader!

Marga and Marcovare lovely hosts who go the extra mile in everything they do with lots of attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt well looked after. The super king bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and the room and bathroom was large and modern. They provided a delicious breakfast which changed daily. The grounds are lovely and I had a fab time in the swimming pool and sun bed. I never did try out the jacuzzi, so I must return 😃. Lovely walks from the door to the canal and Fort Eben Emael and more, and the area felt very safe and locals were friendly. The photos on booking.com don't do the accommodation justice and I suggest more detailed ones to show that's even better in real life. I am attaching a lot of photos to help.

I would suggest providing some books/magazines in English as I forgot to bring reading matter but couldn't find any in English.

Prachtige kamer, tuin en omgeving. De gastheer en gastvrouw willen hun gasten echt verwennen en een leuke tijd bezorgen.

De ligging van de B&B zo dicht bij Maastricht en toch buiten, is geweldig. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk en check-in uiterst eenvoudig. Onze zitkamer, slaapkamer en badkamer waren van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt was super de luxe! Marga en Marco zijn een fantastische gastvrouw en gastheer!

Een beetje jammer dat we de gang moesten oversteken naar onze badkamer en dat er geen tissues waren. Verder geen klachten!

Het ontbijt was boven verwachting. Wat een uitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijt. De eigenaars is niks te veel. Aan alle wensen kan worden voldaan.

Geen aanmerkingen. De accommodatie voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. De eigenaars zijn erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.

Een prachtige tuin met zwembad en jacuzzi. Ruime kamers en badkamer. Heerlijk bed- en badtextiel. Er is een verrassend diner voor ons klaargemaakt. En het ontbijt was een feestje! Dichtbij Maastricht. We hebben het Fort Eben-Emael bezocht, erg interessant, de gids vertelde honderduit. Prachtige wandel- en fietsroutes in de directe omgeving.

Mooie, schone kamer met een heerlijk en groot bed en fijne douche. Zwembad en jaccuzi een hele fijne toevoeging. De tuin, dus ook zwembad en jacuzzi, deel je met de andere 3 kamers en de eigenaars zelf. Iets wat niet heel duidelijk bij de advertentie is vermeld. Je kunt een tijd opschrijven zodat je de jacuzzi alleen voor jezelf hebt. Lokatie is ook helemaal prima.

Jammer dat zelfs de koffie en thee betaald was. Dat vind ik bij een B&B toch wel normaal als er een koffie/Nespresso apparaat aanwezig is (op de kamer) om te gebruiken. Nu werden wel de cups erbij gefaciliteerd, dat was wel fijn. Verder alleen maar pluspunten!

Het verblijf was top. Alles was aanwezig. Marga en Marco zijn superlieve mensen die de B&B met heel veel liefde en passie uitbaten. We zijn echt verwent geweest door hen. Het was een Top weekend.

Er is niets negatiefs.

Fantastisch verblijf, absolute aanrader! - Marga en Marco zijn supervriendelijk. - Het ontbijt is geweldig, gezond en met veel liefde bereid - Mooie tuin - Zalige jacuzzi - Vlakbij het fort Eben-Emael en goede uitvalsbasis voor zowel Voeren als Haspengouw Op en top vakantiegevoel :)

Hele vriendelijke gastheer en dame, en prachtige locatie net buiten de stad! Heerlijk bed, jacuzzi en alles was erg schoon en netjes.

Het verblijf was alleen positief, helaas voor BOOKING.com melden dat je snel moet boeken omdat het de laatste kamer is maar bij aankomst was ik de enige gast en dat is niet oké ... En dit staat los van M&M RUE HAUTE maar hoorde dat jullie (booking.com) die foutieve info vermeld.. Helaas ...

Owners were so friendly and always mixing with the guests to make you feel like part of a family. Very helpful.

Zo geweldig schoon en heerlijk optidee beddengoed! Gastvrij en heerlijk ontbijt

The B&B was lovely. Beautiful accommodation and the garden setting was wonderful. We arrived a little later than planned and Marga waited for us so that she could show us around. The breakfast room had an honesty bar, coffee and tea and snacks.

We like everything.

Casa molto accogliente, calda, pulita. Il padrone di casa è stato gentilissimo e molto cordiale. A pochi minuti dal centro di Maastricht in macchina. Ritorneremo sicuramente, magari in estate per godere del giardino molto curato.

De kamers waren bijzonder netjes en het was fijn gebruik te kunnen maken van een gezellige gemeenschappelijke living. In de badkamer lagen heerlijke, zachte handdoeken en comfortabele badjassen klaar, en ook aan shampoo en andere benodigdheden was geen gebrek. Het absolute hoogtepunt was echter het fantastische ontbijt: zowel zoet als hartig, elke dag weer met lekkere variaties. Daarnaast is het erg prettig dat er een mogelijkheid is om drankjes te kopen om ’s avonds in de jacuzzi van te genieten. Een echte aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar comfort en verwennerij!

De gastvrijheid van Marga en Marco is ongekend. Het originele, zeer uitgebreide ontbijt wordt met liefde klaargemaakt. Geweldig bed, chique opgemaakt met heerlijke stoffen. De jacuzzi is zalig. Na het roemen van de zelfgemaakte walnotenpasta met honing kreeg ik een tas vol noten mee om thuis mee aan de slag te gaan en nog een paar heerlijke vijgen uit de tuin.

Vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer, je voelt je heel welkom. Verzorging van het geheel is super. Ontbijt voortreffelijk en een super fijn bed.

Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer inkl. Bad waren sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und schön. Den großen Garten mit Liegemöglichkeiten, Pool und Whirlpool haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren. Aber auch hier war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns jeden Morgen über das vielfältige, leckere, reichhaltige und liebevoll angerichtete Frühstück gefreut, bei dem auf Regionalität geachtet wird (Der Vlaii von der lokalen Patisserie Smets war ein Highlight). Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr nett, erklären (auch auf deutsch :-) ) nicht nur die Zutaten des Frühstücks, sondern geben auch tolle Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir konnten unser Auto auf dem Privatgelände parken und die Fahrräder in einer Garage mit Stromanschluss für E-Bikes abstellen.

The hosts are very warm and give you a detailed walkthrough of the house and the amenities. They even took special care of us during the breakfast by providing us with options. Strongly recommend staying here and trying out their jacuzzi and swimming pool!

Hartelijke ontvangst in een B&B die alles heeft : mooie kamers, zeer goed ontbijt, stalplaats voor fietsen, zwembad en bubbelbad. De eigenaars deden er alles aan om het de gasten naar hun zin te maken.

De steenweg en de nabijgelegen steengroeve hinderden een beerje de connectie naar het fiestroutenetwerk, maar richting oosten en zuiden was dat geen probleem. Aboluut geen opmerkingen over de B&B zelf !

Jeff en Karin waren ontzettend gastvrij. Zij krijgen een 10 plus! Ze waren erg hartelijk en het ontbijt was fantastisch! Buiten of binnen eten, verse walnoten uiit de tuin, prachtig boeket bloemen op tafel. Binnen een kwartier zit je in Maastricht. Verder kun je mooi fietsen in de omgeving. Bij thuiskomst kun je fijn in de mooie tuin liggen bij het zwembad.

The accommodation had everything you needed and more! The hosts clearly had thought about every detail for their guests. We felt at home - our room was very comfortable, especially the bed. There was a large lounge where we could help ourselves to warm drinks with games, a fire and a beautiful glass ceiling. It was January but we could have also enjoyed the hot tub if we'd wanted and the pool and garden looked great for relaxing on warmer days. We enjoyed a delicious home cooked meal and bottle of local wine for a very good price. Breakfasts were incredible - homemade walnut butter, smoothies, platters of local cheeses - very creative and incredibly delicious. The hosts were helpful with advice on walks which were also successful. We have travelled a lot and stayed in many places but this B & B ranks among the best.

5 star luxury. Best B&B I've ever stayed at. Everything was topnotch. The house is very clean, organised , and cosy. The bed, like sleeping on a cloud, bedlinen ultra soft high end Egyptian sateen cotton, delicious breakfast made with local produce, hot jacuzzi, logfire, friendly dog, stunning surroundings, the owner are wonderfu warml people. There is a lounge area for relaxing, a tea and coffee station, wine and beer. It was -6 outside and we sat by the warm logfire enjoying a nice locally produced bottle of wine and excellent company.

This B&B was amazing. We always stay at B&B's and this one was by far one of the best ones. The breakfast was so good and they prepared an amazing dinner for those who were interested on the day of arrival. It was so tasty 😋 The rooms were very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. They definitely get an A+ from us. They also spoke English because my husband is American and they made sure he was always involved. Thank you for an amazing weekend!!

Beautiful period home a short distance from Maastricht - the perfect location for visiting students at Maastricht University, for attending the famous André Rieu concerts in the Vrijthof, or just for enjoying the undulating countryside which is indeed a rarity in The Netherlands. Excellent breakfast with locally sourced cheese and pate, fresh fruit, and an abundance of freshly home-baked bread.

Marga and Marco were perfect hosts and the breakfast was absolutely delicious!! The reviews were correct. This B&B has been carefully and thoughtfully curated for a relaxing and cozy experience. Perfect for a romantic getaway. When we booked it, we didn’t realize it was a B&B - we saw the wonderful reviews, high quality facilities, and decent price, so we went for it. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely book again for long weekend!

Actually everything! The breakfast was excellent ! The bedroom was so comfortable! The living room was so cozy. Marga and Marco are really kind and their hospitality was extremely perfect. We will come again the next year!

I did not like the fact that it is a bed and brerakfast and there was an extra charge for breakfast. Also a charge to have coffee in the morning. In the US when you stay at a B&B it includes breakfast. Also the bed was very uncomfortable for both my husband and I. mattress was very thin.

This recently renovated property is fantastic. It's been designed with the idea of running a B&B in mind and it shows. The rooms are separated from the rest of the house by a staircase and a hallway with access to a common area where the breakfast is served. The breakfast is all homemade and is fabulous, probably one of the best breakfasts I've had anywhere in the world! The rooms are well laid-out and the bathroom was clean and spacious.

I am scared of the dogs and the owners have a large dog, a rescue. I thought this was going to be an issue but the owners were very understanding and kept the dog away from to make my stay as comfortable as possible. This could be an issue for others so if you're scared of dogs, let the owners know! This isn't a negative per se but I've given the property a 10/10 so there are no negatives as far as I am concerned.
