Originelle Unterkunft: Der Name ist Programm, im Kirchenraum sind Sitzgruppen, ein Kamin, die Küche und der Essplatz, riesige Bücherregale und jede Menge Deko aus aller Welt, Kirchentür und Buntglasfenster sind erhalten. Im hinteren Bereich der Kirche sind die Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und schönem Bad, auch hier jede Menge Deko. Nette Gastgeber, guter Standort, um den Writing-on-stone Provincial Park zu besuchen.

Achtung Allergiker: Hier wohnt eine langhaarige Katze, Haare überall. Die vielen Dekostücke sind Staubfänger, wobei Böden, Küche, und Bäder sehr sauber sind.

Our host made us a very excellent breakfast at an early hour.. There were quite a few other quests at the same time, but it wasn't overcrowded. The home was comfy & interesting. We were on a little road trip and it met our needs.

The town of Warner is very small so make sure you eat before you get to the B&B.

I had the best experience in a small town B&B. Excellent hosts , the Old Church is a gem! Breakfast was beyond my expectations from serving to taste and table arrangement.

Breakfast was very delicious. Hosts were very friendly, available & helpful. This location used to be a Catholic Church & they've remodeled it into a very unique B & B. Would definitely stay there again if opportunity arises.

Pam and Dan are fantastic hosts - lots of local history, and amazing collection of antiques in the property. Close to the dinosaur museum. A very comfortable stay.

I came across this place while planning our route as a possible stopover, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our trip. When making the reservation, we miscalculated our arrival time and ended up arriving very, very late. Despite this, our host kindly waited for us and gave us a warm welcome. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Our room was on the second floor. It was quiet, cozy, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the pillows were some of the best I've slept on. The next morning, we were lucky enough to experience a local town festival. Den kindly showed us around and gave us a wonderful tour. It was an unforgettable and truly delightful experience that made our stay even more special. This is definitely a place worth adding to your travel wish list. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Pam has furnished it with something for everyone to find interesting Wonderful breakfast.

This is a gem of a place! Amazing host, beautiful bedroom (we were at the South-American them room on the main floor) with a remarkably comfortable bed, a complete kitchen and outdoor BBQ, good shower pressure, delicious breakfast and safe on-street parking in a quiet area. We will return for sure. Big plus: Dan, the host, is a wonderful person with vast knowledge of the area and the community around. Just for the opportunity of meeting him, we can completely recommend this fenomenal B&B. They also accommodated our dietary restrictions (GF) for the breakfast.

Host was friendly with a morning breakfast with all the guests in the morning. Lots of places to explore inside or to curl up in. It was close to writing on Stone Park. Bed and attached bathroom was great.

Shower nob was backwards, once that was figured out the shower was great.

This place was legitimately the best place my wife and I stayed at. Dan and Pam are phenomenal hosts and even better people. Chica was a purrrrrfect addition...When you stay, you'll know what I mean. :) Words are insufficient to describe our pleasant experience.

The whole experience from the moment we entered to when we left the next day was exceptional. It felt like we were visiting family I would love to come back. Would recommend staying here with no hesitation

Nothing could have been better

This was a very quirky and informal place with highly engaged hosts who were very helpful in providing information about town and sites to see in our journey. Breakfast was a hit!

At times the hosts were too chatty, which could be off-putting to some guests. I suggest the hosts assess guests’ cues and that guests come prepared to assert their desire for personal space as necessary. While there were a lot of interesting items about, there was more visual stimulation and clutter for my taste.

This home is absolutely beautiful and filled with so many antiques and books. It has a wonderful feel as if you're visiting your grandparents when you were a kid. Very warm and welcoming. The owners are so kind and awesome. They had great recommendations for places to eat and history of the area. Dan serves up a mean breakfast and was so accommodating to our schedule. We start work early in the morning. This place is an experience more than it is an accommodation. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

I liked everything about this stay but if you're not into beautiful antiques and great conversation this might not be for you. There is also a very lovely cat on the property but I couldn't find any cat hair anywhere.

We quite enjoyed our stay at The Old Church B&B. Pam and Dan were tremendous hosts. They prepared an exceptional breakfast for us with lovely table settings and very tasty food. The bed was comfortable and the space felt chill. The eclectic furniture, art work and antiques that decorated the interior space were a delight and sharing stories with Pam about her finds was a lot of fun. Dan was quite knowledgeable about the local geography and access points.

Pam & Dan go above and beyond for their guests. Their home is filled with so many treasures, and my partner especially loved the baseball memorabilia. It is clear how much love they put into their B&B. For future guests, we highly recommend the local Chinese restaurant. While the ambiance is simple, the food was excellent and the portion sizes were incredible. We also enjoyed our visit to the local bar in Warner, where the staff was very friendly. The town is small, but it has everything needed for an enjoyable overnight stay.

Lovely little local stay in Southern Alberta. The BnB has the bones of the old church still which is very cool. Dan and Pam are very welcoming, friendly and gracious with their time.

The hosts turned out to be personable and engaging and really made us feel like home.

The stay was absolutely wonderful, I went for the Writing on Stone NP but will remember the hospitality and experience of my stay at the old Church. It’s a really cool decor plus exceptional hospitality from the hosts.

Dan & Pam were great host. They work hard to make this a great place to stay at and it shows with their great hospitality. It’s one of the best B&B’s we stayed at. Fantastic breakfast.

The attention was excellent, everything was impeccable, and the hospitality was very warm and friendly.

There was nothing I didn’t like; everything exceeded my expectations

The breakfast was very good. A good mix of fruit, pastery & whipped cream. Had a good vigorous discussion during the meal.

The building was packed full of antiques and collectibles making it difficult for me to move about safely especially with luggage. With so much stuff around, dusting had not been very well done. There was a cat that was not identified before hand and was let up on the furniture. It is in very small town and there are only two other small town places to eat.

The perfect B&B. Super friendly and helpful host, who went out of his way to make us breakfast earlier than usual as we had an early start. Also helped us plan our day visiting tourist attractions the next day. The building itself is very unique (an actual old church) and full of cool stuff. Will definitely be staying here again next time we're in the area.

The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable! They were very friendly and full of good advice for us. Location is perfect to get to Writing on Stone Provincial Park without having to camp. And the house is so special and unique! My kids thought the slide next to the stairs was the best thing ever.

A wonderful place to stay. We loved the amazing reconstruction of the Old Church and the amazing collection of fascinating antiques in every room. The hosts, Pam and Dan, offered great hospitality and we enjoyed time visiting with them. The breakfasts were wonderful and the table settings each day were awesome. The bed was so comfortable, we slept like logs.

The hosts Dan and Pam made us feel like family. Loved listening to their stories. The facilities were amazing and we were made to feel at home. We will definitely be back.

Perfect spot, close to the attractions we were in the area to see. Hosts were lovely and very welcoming. Their home was delightful and breakfast was awesome.

Not a huge deal, but the only restaurant in town was closed on a day it should have been open. That said, we ate there the night before and it was fabulous.

The Old Church B&B is a gem! Located in Warner, AB, it is just 5 minutes away from the Devil's Coulee Dinosaur & Heritage Museum and 45 minutes away from Writing-On-Stone Provincial Park. The first thing we noticed about Warner is how quiet and peaceful this village is. The Old Church B&B was an actual church that has been transformed into a B&B. Adorned with plants and collectibles, this B&B has a charm that makes it welcoming and comfortable. Owners Pam & Dan are friendly and hospitable. Chica, their rescue cat, is adorable & charming. They have wonderful stories to share about small town life. Be sure to ask about the potato auction story! My daughter & I stayed on the upper floor. There is a recreational space where you could watch TV, play board games, or play a game of pool. There is a slide along the stairway to entertain the kids! The stained glass window looks amazing in the morning! Breakfast was delicious and fresh!

So very beautiful! Of all the places I have stayed all over the world, this may be my favorite. Pam and her husband were extraordinary hosts and so much fun!

Very unique & comfortable

The building, decoration, comfort, food, hospitality, welcoming atmosphere and especially Dan and Pam. When we go to Warner this is our home away from home and we have become family. We always look forward to our stay.
