Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Un séjour parfait dans un établissement de rêvé idéalement situé à proximité de Berne et de Thoune. Les paysages sont à couper le souffle avec des maisons d’une architecture de toute beauté. Cette région est tellement belle que nous allons forcément revenir prochainement.
Madame Kühni est une femme qui a le sens de l’accueil, nous avions l’impression de faire partie de la famille. L’établissement et propose, il y absolument rien qui manque. Le genre d’établissement que l’ont voudrait avoir à chaque voyage.

La Marianne es una anfitriona excepcional, molt amable, atenta i s’esforça molt perquè estiguis a gust. Et prepara esmorzar al teu gust. Habitació molt amplia i neta. Un lloc molt recomenable si estàs de ruta per la zona.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Die Gastgeberin hat mich sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, ausgesprochen sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist wunderschön und absolut ruhig. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend, und der Restaurant-Tipp der Gastgeberin war ein voller Erfolg. Besonders schön waren die angenehmen Gespräche mit ihr und den anderen Gästen im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder

Reviewed May 5, 2026We loved this little gem of a home. The woman’s whose house it is is kind, attentive, fun and professional all at once. The nature around is gorgeous and the breakfast was delish and SO ample. I am gluten free and she had some nice toast on hand for me, as well as homemade jams, cheeses, meats, eggs, cereals, yogurts et. It felt like a true b and b. We will be back!
We weren’t crazy about how the bedsheets, pillows and blankets felt. They were a bit stiff and not very soft and cozy. The experience would have been improved with better bedding and maybe more plush towels.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Wunderbar ruhig gelegen! Großer Parkplatz, geräumige Wohneinheit- liebevoll hergerichtet. Badezimmer ebenfalls sehr groß und modern hergerichtet. Fliegengitter bei mehreren Fenstern. Schöne Farbgebung. Trotzdem beeindruckend da über 200 Jahre alt.
Bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig war der aussergewöhnliche Service durch die nette Gastgeberin. Stets geleerte Mülleimer und frische Duschtücher - wie von Zauberhand.....

Reviewed Aug 9, 2025The B&B is in a very quiet area, you need a car to get there and it is super-local and “Bernese-countryside”. This was the first time I left the motorway driving through Switzerland. I was impressed with how green and beautiful the Bernese countryside is. The studio where I was staying was very spacious and clean. I slept really well with the windows open, The breakfast was served in the owner’s kitchen and was made with love. There were local ingredients and the super fresh bread was home-baked. I had a really nice local experience and the owner is clearly passionate about creating a good guest experience,
Nothing for me, but if you don’t like old houses or don’t appreciate the country-side, this might not be the right choice.

Beaucoup d’escaliers. Un pour atteindre la chambre mais aussi deux pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Peut-être faudrait-il réfléchir à une autre solution surtout pour le petit déjeuner.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2025The location is in the middle of beautiful forest and farming country. Normally I look for places within 5-10 minutes of my destination (Ittigen, Bern), but I enjoyed this place so much, I will definitely stay here again, even though it's about 20 minutes from where I'm going to. Looking out the windows in the morning, and seeing 3 horses across the road, just made it all that much nicer and "tranquillo".
My wife was not with me! :-)

Reviewed Feb 19, 2024The host was very friendly and helpful. The room for 3 was spacious and included a small kitchenette, with a kettle, fridge, and crockery as well as coffee, tea, sugar etc. Appreciate the welcome gift of Swiss cheese and nuts. A restaurant is available about 10 minutes by car.
