Parkeergelegenheid voor het huis. Geen nachtlawaai. Comfortabele slaapgelegenheid met de nodige faciliteiten (douche met goede temperatuur regeling van het water, eigen toilet en lavabo)

Een klein minpuntje, Door een samenloop van omstandigheden was er geen persoonlijke kennismaking met de uitbaatster. We hebben na het restaurantbezoek nog aan de deur geklopt.(omstreeks 9u30)

De flexibiliteit en behulpzaamheid van de gastvrouw was top.

Logement spacieux et confortable au calme, bonne literie. La chambre est bien équipée avec une machine à café Nespresso. Carine est très aimable et met à disposition de bonnes gaufres et des fruits. Il y a également une terrasse avec des chaises longues.

Juste une petite suggestion, l'ajout d'une porte ou un rideau entre la chambre et la SDB serait un plus.

Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par Carine qui nous a expliqué la chambre en quelques minutes. Incroyable, nous avions 2 bouteilles d'eau, quelques fruits, du café ( et du lait!) et du thé à volonté, ses célèbres gaufres, un box frigo si besoin, un ventilateur si besoin, bref, on ne s'attend pas à autant d'attention dans un petit logement pareil. Grâce au beau temps, nous avons profité de la belle terrasse qui avait 2 chaises et 2 petites tables, ainsi que 2 chaises longues. La salle de bain est grande et agréable, tout comme la chambre attenante. Le tout était très propre et très soigné. Vraiment rien à dire. Nous avons fait une belle balade le lendemain qui nous a emmené à la brasserie Timmermans ( à 5 minutes à pied ), et la veille nous étions allés aux thermes de Waer Waters toutes proches. Super! L'accueil, la flexibilité et le confort !

Pas de porte ou au moins rideau entre la chambre et la SDB avec toilettes. L'intimité pour les toilettes, même entre conjoints, n'est pas très présente.

Le logement est super bien équipé avec du linge de toilette et de lit de qualité, un lit douillet et confortable, une terrasse. La décoration est tres belle et originale. L'hôtel est très accueillante et bienveillante. Des gauffres et des fruits nous ont été offerts.

Il n'y a pas de porte entre la chambre et la salle de bain, mais c'est pas le plus important.

L’endroit est impeccable, la literie est très confortable et l’hôte est particulièrement sympathique. La décoration, avec ses meubles de caractère, donne au lieu beaucoup de charme.

Zeer nette en prachtige kamer. Foto's komen volledig overeen. Kamer voorzien van alle comfort , van badjas, badproducten tot de mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te maken. Jij kan gemakkelijk je eigen ontbijt maken , alles is in de buurt te vinden. Zalig bed en aangename warme douche. Wifi en TV met verschillende kanalen. De kamer is zeker zijn prijs waard. Zeer fijne gastvrouw die je het tot in de puntjes aangenaam maakt en voor alles zorgt. Voordat je toekomt een mail met tips van alles in de buurt vond ik een prachtig initiatief! Zeer zeker een aanrader ... niets dan positieve commentaren. Ik zou de B&B zeker bij vrienden aanraden.

I absolutely loved staying here - the host is so so kind & her house is beautiful! She sent me many recommendations of things to do in the city, as well as assisted me with locating the bus stop, which was the most convenient way to get to and from her property. The guest facilities were impeccably clean & honestly in better shape than the average hotel experience. The location is a bit far from the airport, but a 20 min bus ride will get you into the city center very painlessly. I would 100% recommend this accommodation over something smaller, cheaper, and less nice closer to the livelier areas of Brussels. Thank you, Carine!!!

Tout était clair dans les informations reçues préalablement à notre séjour. Accueil chaleureux et logement impeccable. Tout est vraiment très propre et la chambre était grande et la literie très confortable. En bonus un petit paquet de gaufres maison

Im Haus wird nur dieses Zimmer mit Bad und Terrasse vermietet, alles ist geschmackvoll dekoriert, aber leider des Guten zuviel. Dadurch fehlt Platz für die eigenen Sachen und man fühlt sich eingeengt. Der Raum ,lässt sich beim Verlassen nicht abschließen. Die Terasse konnten wir wegen Regenwetter nicht nutzen. Im Flur kann man eine Kühlbox für Milch oder Getränke nutzen.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette chambre privée où l’on bénéficie de toute son intimité. L’accueil de Carine a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, elle met tout en œuvre pour que l’on se sente bien. La décoration est soignée, la literie très confortable et tous les petits détails sont pensés avec attention. La terrasse est parfaite pour prendre un petit déjeuner, et un guide complet des bonnes adresses nous est même fourni. À deux pas de Waer Waters, ce petit nid douillet a prolongé notre bien-être. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir, la prochaine fois avec ma maman !

I loved the room and all its retro details, the porcelain set for hands wash, the coffee and tea set, the retro parfum bottles. The terrace was wonderful and I regretted that I did not have enough time to enjoy it. The host was very nice, she sent us detailed instructions before check in. We choose the location because it was close to an event venue where we assisted at a wedding but it is a nice location in very nice and quiet neighborhood perfect for a visit to Bruxelles and around.

Warm welcome from the host! and felt relaxed straight-away. Comfortable bed in a rustic setting. NeNe doesn't offer breakfast but knows the best places in the proximate area. We were charmed by Carine's generousity. Highly recommended bed&wafles ;)

The property is a bit far from the city center, but you’ll find that everything you need is conveniently located nearby. There are shops, restaurants, and other essential services just a short distance away, making it easy to access whatever you might need during your stay.

It was a lovely comfortable large room with plenty of tea and coffee facilities and the bed was excellent. Carine is a lovely host. Would certainly recommend staying there.

So clean and fresh. The room is spacious, and the bedding was excellent. A little table with 2 chairs in the corner to take the breakfast. The terrace was nice even the weather was sad. Good large sizing bathroom.

A++!!! Carine was such a lovely host to us, so accommodating and nice. Great communication, and check in was super easy even when we arrived late! Room was extremely comfortable, super peaceful, and with stellar furnishings! Will definitely have to stay here again when we are back in Belgium! The pillows were the best, we had such a wonderful rest here.
