- Sehr herzliche Gastfreundschaft - Gute ÖV-Anbindung / Lage - Das reichhaltige, frische Frühstück.

- Mobiliar im Wohnzimmer nicht wirklich bequem, Wohnzimmer eher überladen - WC im Zimmer, ohne Türe 😭. Ist aus der Beschreibung oder den Fotos nicht ersichtlich - Draussen im Schatten bei heissem Wetter ein paar Stunden sitzen oder liegen ist nicht möglich.

Sehr schön, alles hat Style, ist liebevoll gestaltet. Frühstück super fein und sehr schön angerichtet.

Friendly and helpful host. The hydrangeas were the most beautiful colors I have ever seen! Great view of the lake. Good breakfast and a beautiful area to eat in. We were here during the heatwave and we really appreciated the fan she had for us. What a lifesaver!

Bed was smalller than we were expecting.

Einfach traumhaft

Ein sehr heimeliges kleines B&B mit toller Aussicht auf den See. Sehr schön renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Weg zum Haus wurde uns mit Bildern und Instruktionen sehr gut beschrieben. Bei Ankunft stand sogar ein Törtchen und ein kleiner Prosecco bereit. Dank schönem Wetter konnten wir auf der Terasse frühstücken - alles sehr gemütlich und persönlich. Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Lage ist top, sowohl mit Auto als auch ÖV gut zu erreichen. Wanderwege und Segenswürdigkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt.

Wir waren gerade während einer Hitzewelle da, es blieb darum in der Nacht sehr warm im Zimmer. Dafür gibt es aber einen Ventilator.

L'accueil chaleureux et les bonnes indications pour y arriver. La maison elle-même est magnifique tout comme la vue imprenable sur le lac. Et le petit-déjeuner était vraiment excellent, très joli buffet et beaucoup de choix.

J'aurais apprécié un frigo dans la chambre.

Wunderschönes Haus. Herzliche Gastgeberin. Frühstück phänomenal 5 Sterne Hotel! Unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Beratung für das Abendessen in einem nahe gelegenen Grotto. Herzlichen Dank Sabrina wenn wir wieder im Tessin sind kommen wir gerne wieder.

Die Häuser sind sehr schön renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sabrina und Livio sind sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Betten könnten etwas komfortabler sein.

Sehr stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr herzliches Personal. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Un véritable havre de paix pour une déconnexion totale. Le cadre est idyllique, d’un calme absolu, avec le luxe de se réveiller au son des oiseaux. La décoration est particulièrement soignée, avec beaucoup de goût et une vraie attention aux détails, ce qui rend le lieu encore plus unique. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel, varié et de grande qualité — tout est pensé pour bien commencer la journée. Sabrina est d’une grande gentillesse, disponible et attentive, ce qui fait toute la différence. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons sans hésiter.

Maison et jardin très agréables, aménagée avec soin. L'emplacement sur les hauteurs offre une magnifique vue depuis les terrasses. Les transports en xommuns sont très pratiques, il est appréciable de laisser la voiture parquée toute ka journée gratuitement, si o. Sort dans locarno. Sabrna est une hôtesse attentive et très agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux et tres agréable sur la terrasse. Tout est très bien

Das Case di Sotto ist kuschelig, romantisch und sehr hübsch eingerichtet mit Flair fürs Detail! Sabrina ist unglaublich zuvorkommend, herzlich und freundlich - eine tolle Gastgeberin.

Das Bett war für mein Empfinden sehr hart.

Die Unterkunft ist zauberhaft. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Frühstück waren wunderbar. Alles ist mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin ist herzlich und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Wir waren das erste aber sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort. Grazie!

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and hurt our backs. The location has great views but we wish we knew how far it was from Locarno.

Das Frühstück ist sensationell. Und die Lage super, der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Die Apartments sind liebevoll gestaltet.

Fliegengitter an manchen Fenstern wären für uns super gewesen da es an heißen Tagen in den oberen Stockwerken sehr warm wird, sonst war wirklich alles super.

Die kunstvolle Ausstattung, die köstliche Frühstücksbewirtung, so aufgestellte Betreuerin des Hauses.

Tolles Haus, stilvoll renoviert und ausgestattet. Autenisch und gute Atmosphäre. Wir hatten das Haus für uns.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir hatten alles was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt benötigt. Neben der ruhigen Lage ist die Aussicht wunderbar.

Es war alles sehr stilvoll und authentisch eingerichtet und dekoriert. Man spürt die Liebe der Familie in jedem kleinsten Detail.

Wenn man das „Spezielle „ sucht, kein gewöhnliches Hotel, dann ist man hier genau richtig 👍Die Vermieterin Sabrina hat das Hotel ( Rustica ) mit viel Liebe und Geschmack ausgestattet! Das Frühstück war 5 Sterne plus , mega fein! Vielen lieben Dank für die tollen Tage

Wunderschön charmant/romantisch, top Aussicht mit mega Frühstück, die liebe Sabrina macht das wirklich toll.

Wäscheraum nebenan ist hellhörig, weil es nur eine Holzschiebetüre ist (hört man aber nur morgens).

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, wunderbares Frühstück, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer.

Der Balkon war leider extrem schmal-sonst alles sehr schön

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung, sehr gutes, vielseitiges Frühstück. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft, sauber und liebevoll dekoriert.

Der einzige Minuspunkt ist, dass das Badezimmer nicht wirklich vom Zimmer abgetrennt ist - unter Freunden etwas unangenehm. Sonst alles super

Super location, beautiful apartments, Sabrina is a fantastic host! Delicious breakfast! Free parking. Good restaurants nearby! 10 min walking distance from a historical cable car that will drive you to Locarno city center and being operated till 12.15am so ideal for late dinner in downtown.

The property is beautiful inside and out! The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Best eggs we’ve ever had :) Sabrina is so nice, warm, and welcoming and ensured our stay was comfortable!

Sabrina is an excellent hostess who made our stay extremely pleasant. The breakfast and the surroundings are a dream. The view is beautiful and Locarno is just a couple of minutes away. I can sincerely recommend this B&B for a getaway.

First of all the attention of Sabrina, the owner, but also the location and views, comfort and amenities. Also the location, neat to Locarno and very close to amazing places in Switzerland but also northern Italy. And last, but not the least the breakfast - a real treasure to mouth, eyes and heart.

Everything was great.

Well equipped quaint cottage with a magnificent view of the lake, good parking close by. Extremely friendly and helpful host who prepared delicious extensive breakfast. Nice interior, prosecco and pastry as welcome. Lovely little village located up the mountain above Lago Maggiore. The loggia where we could sit and sip wine was a hidden gem.

Lovely place to stay in Ticino! Quiet and relaxing. Delicious breakfast! Nice rooms and comfy beds. Sabrina was so welcoming and nice, we had a great time!

Close to Locarno, but it's up the hill so walking to the center is not so easy! And there is not so much to do around, better to have a car.

Lovely place, full of charm and super friendly owners.

Slightly idiosyncratic lay out of rooms with shower and loo actually in the same room as the bed, with a sliding panel for modesty - but it's still basically the same room.

Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, overall a great experience. Friendly and kind - the views of the lake were remarkable.

Sabrina and the rest of the team were very friendly and gave a warm welcome. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains and the property generally had lots of relaxation areas which we enjoyed. Breakfast was also very nicely presented and delicious. I would highly recommend Case di Sotto and would definitely stay here again.

No air-conditioning but this wasn’t such an issue as the fan was sufficient for us.
