Clean, friendly staff, awesome position

Excellent Location.

No Designated Parking, park where you can and it could be busy at the weekend. Extraction Fan did not work, very humid inside. When the weather got worse (winds) , the windows weren't sealing properly creating high pitch whistling noise. Hard to fall a sleep without earplugs.

Alles!! Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter unkompliziert und gut. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Der Ausblick wunderbar und mehr braucht man nicht.

Really great wee spot with good facilities

L’emplacement est sympathique, proche de la mer, assez calme. Dingle est à un quart d’heure et est une très jolie ville.

Il y a des problèmes d’infiltrations d’eau dans la salle de bain, ce qui la rend très humide. Les autres clients qui ont loué des chambres annexes sur la même période sont rentrés tard et on fait beaucoup de bruit.

Absolutely everything. The views, the warm welcome, the atmosphere in TPs, the amazing seaweed baths… can’t wait to return! So happy I hooked this so well in advance for the August Bank Holiday. Can’t wait to return !!!

La ubicación, en una zona costera recogida. No hay muchas posibilidades para cenar, pero sí las hay a 15 minutos en coche. El pub que está al lado está genial y normalmente hay grupos de gente tocando en directo.

Nada especialmente, la cama no me resultó especialmente cómoda pero eso depende del gusto de cada uno. Lo único que esperaba tener las vistas en la habitación como las que se ven en las fotos y no fueron exactamente así (nos tocó una habitación más atrás). Igualmente estuvo bien.

Le faite que l’annonce soit fausse car on pourrait penser qu’il y a dans les chambres un espace cuisine etc…alors qu’en faite il faut ressortir et aller dans un espace commun ! De plus il n’y a pas de service de streaming type Netflix mais une petite télé non connecté! De plus le personnel est peu sympathique ou l’on a l’impression de déranger ! C’est un Avis partagé avec d’autres locataires rencontrés sur place !

La vue magnifique et le calme .L' emplacement est super pour de jolies promenades. Le restaurant sur place.

The bed mattress and the Kerry coast line.

The room had a view of an outside cold store. The room had a stale smell with limited floorspace. The room was above a pub. The TV was set up on top of a cardboard box above a wardrobe. It was noisy outside the bedroom door. The bedroom door would not stay closed unless it was locked. We had a family emergency and had to leave a night early, contacted booking.com for a partial refund, they said to contact the owner direct, the owner refused.

Our favourite stay in Ireland! Loved this place! The pub/ restaurant was wonderful with such a good vibe. Great food and Guinness! The lady who ran the bar was absolute gold! You must try the spa! The seaweed bath was sensational!

The location and the view .

It is a hostel with private rooms and describes itself as a “unique” accomodation. The infrastructure needs repair as the outside door lock is broken and I had to lean heavily on our room door to lock it.

Excellent and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my room, which was the Three Sisters, having a breathtaking view of the beachfront and the scenic landscape. The bathroom and bedroom was comfortable enough to fit two.

There was a bit of a struggle to get parking, as there were several cars near the side of the property that made it difficult to park close by. I was fortunate enough to find a spot. The owners were easy to work with as far as being able to park near the property, though. And they also mention this as part of their description. I’d just keep parking in mind if you are using a car.

⚠️ PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END ⚠️ After staying here for two nights, I genuinely believe there are much better options in the area, especially considering the price of over €150 per night. Safety * We were never asked to complete any check-in or verify our identity. * At no point did anyone confirm that we were actually the guests who had booked the room, which is a serious security concern. Cleanliness * The room was generally dirty. * Although the bedding is supposedly washed, the blanket itself was dirty. * The mattress cover did not fit properly and constantly slipped off during the night, exposing a mattress with visible stains, urine marks, and hairs. * There was a significant amount of dust in the room. My partner spent the entire stay sneezing every time we entered, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned. * The shower was dirty, and the shower head was broken. Comfort * The poorly fitting mattress cover made sleeping uncomfortable as it repeatedly came off during the night. In fact, it is not a king size bed but two individual beds poorly brought together. Value for money * For a property charging more than €150 per night, we expected a much higher standard. * The room was not cleaned at any point during our stay. * There wasn’t even a proper rubbish bin nearby to dispose of everyday waste. Overall Considering the price, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, absence of housekeeping, and the fact that our identities were never verified, I strongly recommend that anyone visiting Kerry explore other accommodation options before booking this property.

Scenery and cleanliness

Everything is self service No staff available to tell you where to park.in fact you need to park in the square in the tiny village which is very limited. So saying this accommodation has parking is incorrect. The room was nice but still very tight for 2 people. For a glorified hostel, the price I paid was way overpriced. There is no breakfast available until midday, so I had to go back to dingle when I needed an early breakfast-this should also be stated when booking. Also no food available after 8 in the evening if you arrive late. If this accommodation was advertised as a hostel as opposed to a guest house, people would be more prepared for what to except.

Amazing views from our room. The hotel has a pub and is situated on the beach. My wife enjoyed the spa and the food and drink in the pub was great The staff were all super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us

All was good. Only thing I’d have liked would be a breakfast option. But there is a full kitchen to make you’re own

False advertising. The description should say communal kitchen. There is no air conditioning. The shower soup dispenser fell off the floor in the middle of the night and scared us due to the loud bang. There is no sound proofing as the description stated. I could hear the neighbors in the hall even though they were whispering. We were only given one roll of TP for three people for two nights so we ran out. We called the number on Booking.com and left a message for the host but never got a response. The floors were dirty as was the communal kitchen. No one was keeping up with the garbage and cleaning in general. The restaurant was only open one of the two nights with no where else to eat or get groceries unless you go back to Dingle. They should really stick to the hostel and the restaurant, and not try to do lodging.

Kann die guten Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen. Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft, wogegen nichts einzuwenden ist. Allerdings ist das Personal maximal demotiviert: Man muss proaktiv alles nachfragen (Handtücher, Frühstück, von Tipps für die Gegend ganz zu schweigen) und geben sich bei Ausländern null Mühe, dass sie verständlich sind (und mein Englisch ist sehr gut). Der junge, sehr unsichere Mann hinter der Bar lebt in seiner Selbstverständlichkeit, dass jeder auf diesem Erdball wisse, wann der Pub auf hat, wo die Zimmer sind und was es zu trinken gibt. Für ihn mag das alles selbstverständlich sein, für Besucher, die das erste Mal da sind, nicht. Dann hat er äußerst unsouverän auf unsere Rückfragen fürs Frühstück reagiert. Nach einigem hin und her (erst 10 Euro, dann 15 Euro; dann nur lunch Paket; erst Suppe dann nur Obst..) haben wir uns dagegen entschieden. Man sollte vielleicht keinen unsicheren Teenager hinter den Tresen stellen, welcher die Situation nur verkompliziert. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, was mich persönlich nicht sonderlich stört aber dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein.

Abbiamo prenotato una matrimoniale superior che da foto in descrizione camera veniva mostrata con vista mare ma avevamo vista interna. In descrizione si parlava anche di piccola cucina. Ci siamo portati della spesa ma c'era solo un bollitore. La descrizione parlava anche di TV con servizi di streaming ma il televisore era minuscolo e senza connessione. Niente di insuperabile, anzi con quel panorama non si ha bisogno di altro, però foto e descrizione non corrispondono esattamente alla stanza

Fiona and Sean were so accommodating. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. I enjoyed the cozy room, beach access, availed of a seaweed bath and the sauna pod outside, and relaxed in the peace and quiet. I look forward to returning in the future.

Isolated and on the coast with great views from windows

Disappointed in the facilities. It was a hostel style room for two people but quite cramped. Flat screen tv was a small monitor high up on wall, Wi-Fi was unreliable. No welcome upon arrival - had to wait to be acknowledged in the bar below our room. Lock on door did not inspire confidence in the security of our room. Location meant food options were very limited

Great location. Enjoyed being in same building as pub/restaurant. Loved opening window and listening to waves in the evening.

The towel warmer is a nice feature but did not work. Room pretty small.

The Coastguard House is the perfect place to spend a couple nights on the Dingle Peninsula. The location on the seafront is amazing, entertaining, and adventuresome. Our room was cozy and quiet, and only a stone’s throw from the more touristy Dingle town. Our stay was made even more amazing by the full moon over the sea. When you go, don’t miss the walking trail along the seafront; it is breathtaking! And the pub downstairs is accommodating without being intrusive. We would definitely return anytime!

A bit of magic

The guesthouse was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was lovely — a quiet, peaceful village right on the beach, which made for a very relaxing atmosphere. It was also very reasonably priced and would be a great option for backpackers or travelers on a budget.

Check-in was confusing as there were no instructions provided, and we had to ask at the attached bar. The bartender was dismissive and not very welcoming, which didn’t create a great first impression (though one of the servers was kind and tried her best to assist). Parking can also be difficult since there’s no dedicated space for guests, and the driveway is usually full. The bedding could use improvement — the fitted sheet didn’t stay in place (woke up sleeping on the mattress), and although I had booked a two-bed room, only the king bed was made up and no extra sheets were provided. Finally, the doors aren’t soundproof, so hallway noise carries easily.

The owners and bar staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing! The views were gorgeous even with the crazy rain and winds.

Parking worked well for us, but if it gets too busy, I'm not sure how easy it would be to find parking.

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist fantastisch aber leider gab es kein Frühstück. Dafür war das Seaweedbath im Spa des Hauses wunderbar und außergewöhnlich.

Ligging aan een rustige baai. Goede uitvalsbasis om Dingle te verkennen. 15 min van Dingle stad. Basic restaurant/bar waar je lekker kunt eten. Prima badkamer.

Als je op zoek bent naar reuring dan is het te rustig en/of te basic.

The location was absolutely stunning, the accommodation is right on the sea and it is so so peaceful. Staff were friendly and everything was lovely and clean. We will be back!
