Beautiful view out the window to the bay. Short drive to the"Cove" for sunrise! Good restaurants in Dungarvan. Full Irish breakfast was excellent and Breda is a delightful host.

The room was small but clean and well supplied.

The sheets were so nice and soft the bed is very comfortable one of the best I stayed in in Ireland. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

No handwash in the en-suite and they had a cat . Wouldn’t have gone if I’d known they had a cat !!

We enjoyed our breakfasts. The scenery in the area is fabulous. Views are incredible. The Local Link bus service is wonderful if you want to eat and drink in Dungarvan and return to the B&B. The area has a great history and the people who lived in the area in the past are remembered. Great singing session at Mooney's pub.

Better lunch facilities. Parking on hilly ground can be difficult.

It is a place that I intend to return. Amazing location and view. The hosters are lovely and friendly. I am looking forward to coming back asap.

Welcoming hosts, superb location

Fantastic location and a warm welcome from Breda and Liam. Simple, comfortable accommodation with a lovely breakfast. Liam and Breda gave us lots of tips on local beaches and best places to eat in Dungarvan. The views are spectacular.

Everything was excellent and good value for money during the height of the season.

Wonderful views and location next to Waterford Greenway. Beautiful furnished and could spend an afternoon just looking out at sea and enjoying the books!!

Quite noisy at night with people chatting outside the bedroom door, no soap/body wash etc in bathroom but were given some when we asked.

Clean and comfortable room and lovely hosts. Great location with views of the sea at the front. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Just a little bit far out of town with a 10-15 minute drive but a very quiet neighbourhood and good roads to and from.

Breda und ihr Ehemann sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, die immer wieder nachgefragt haben, ob alles ok ist oder wir noch Wünsche haben. Die Lage des B&B ist wunderbar, direkt mit Blick auf die .Meeresbucht. Vom Gastgeber haben wir auch. wunderbare Tipps für Tagesziele bekommen. Wir haben nichts vermisst und würden wieder buchen. ,

Breda and Liam were lovely friendly and helpful people and the setting was really beautiful and relaxing

The location is superb - overlooking the bay. We had a seaview room with a double and single bed. The room was clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. You ordered what you wanted for breakfast the evening before and it was lovely - again seaviews for breakfast. There's a good pub just around the corner.

Diese Unterkunft hatte alles, was man sich wünschen kann: Parkplatz, ein makelloses Zimmer mit Bad und gutem WLAN, bei dem man an alles gedacht hatte, ein leckeres Frühstück und supernette Gastgeber. Als Bonus noch die unglaubliche Aussicht. Ich werde mir dieses B&B bookmarken und das nächste Mal ein wenig länger bleiben!

Our stay was excellent and Brieta actually went out of her way to take us back To our broken down rental car saving me hundreds of euros and helping us get in touch with hertz to get the car fixed her husband and her were mortal pleasant

Fantastic bed and breakfast. Liam and Bridie the owners are lovely people. The check in was seamless. Great sleep, great shower and fantastic breakfast. Would stay again anytime.

Die Aussicht über die Bucht ist wirklich toll. Das B&B ist ein kleines privat geführtes. Mein Zimmer war nett eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber freundlich und immer anwesend. Das Frühstück war okay.
