When I booked I didn't realise that it was in the home of the hosts. We were quite a distance from the city centre and had to drive to go for dinner. That may have been noted on the bookings.com site when I booked and I may have overlooked it.

A tot l’allotjament es respira un ambient de calma, tranquil·litat i molta pau. És un lloc perfecte per desconnectar i gaudir de l’estada. I l’esmorzar és, sens dubte, una autèntica meravella: deliciós, variat i preparat amb molta cura. Una experiència fantàstica. Sens dubte, repetiríem!

Our hosts were very accommodating, full Irish breakfast was excellent, room was very comfortable. It was nice that Lilac Manor was out of any large town. We arrived later than originally stated, but that was not an issue. Communications with Lilac Manor were great.

The description of the property accurately describes it as 2.7 km from centre of town. I presumed that it was in the city and walkable to city centre. While we walked into town, it’s a busy road with bends, so not a comfortable walk

Hätte gerne scrambled egg zu meinem kontinentalen Frühstück gehabt, war leider nicht möglich.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025We've never had such an amazing welcoming experience. Terrence helped us for our whole trip. We were stupid enough to not come by car, but they were so kind and helped us out. The room is lovely and the view of both sheep and Ben Bulben is a great way to wake up. They showed us real Irish hospitality, the breakfast delicious, so we'll definitely come back !

A voler trovare un difetto, un pò distante dal centro di Sligo, obbligatorio muoversi in auto. Ci si arriva in 5/10 minuti.

Maybe the price for a one night price was well above other one night stays. It was very comfortable though & clean & the beds was good.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2025Die Hosts waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das B&B ruhig gelegen und die Zimmer sind geräumig und waren sehr sauber. Das Frühstück reichhaltig.
Alles war gut. Für mich war das Bett etwas zu weich, aber das ist bekanntlich Geschmackssache und zudem schwierig jeden Geschmack zu treffen. Wir haben aber fit geschlafen.
