No se puede pedir más de un alojamiento. Ubicación excepcional, justo en el corazón de la medina, con un aparcamiento subterráneo a pocos minutos. Las habitaciones son amplias, impecables, cómodas y decoradas con mucho gusto. El trato del personal es inmejorable, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

A beautiful riad with gorgeous high ceilings and authentic decoration. Location is perfect, near the two main streets of the old Medina. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating to whatever one could need. They helped us arrange transportation and an extra night last minute because we arrived last minute. They kindly provided laundry service which took only a few hours to be ready, extremely quick ! They also helped us find our lost belongings in the bus we came with by calling the company etc. The rooms are super clean and neat. I recommend taking the bigger rooms because you would really feel like a royalty ! The breakfast with classical music is very nice.

What I appreciated the most was the friendliness and cooperation of the staff they were always available, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I felt like I was among friends who truly cared about my comfort. Dinner was also absolutely delicious, with a great variety of well-prepared dishes that made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

Our stay was excellent! We were welcomed with complimentary tea, discussed our itinerary, and received tips on map apps and tourist attractions. Everything was very friendly and respectful. All the staff are friendly and pleasant, and the Riad is right in the city center, within the Medina, with easy access. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we didn't hear any noise. La ubicación del Riad es fantástica, queda en uno de los límites de la medina de Fez y esta muy bien comunicada para llegar del aeropuerto o de otras ciudades. También está muy bien ubicada para visitar el barrio judío.

También recomiendo contratar el tour por el desierto con ellos. El tour privado es el mejor servicio y vale cada centavo. Puedes organizar visitas guiadas en la ciudad de Fez con guías con mucha energía y conocimiento. ¡Créeme, es imposible sin un guía! Stile del Riad, l'atmosfera super accogliente, ci si immerge in un ambiante stile Fes con i suoi zalij, colori caldi e tanto verde, la terrazza poi è meravigliosa. Lo staff alla reception è davvero molto disponibile per ogni esigenza, gentili che ti fanno sentire a casa!

El alojamiento nos pareció increíble; todo fue perfecto. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que si no quieres recorrer las estrechas calles de la medina, puedes acceder rodeando la muralla, lo cual es muy rápido. Una opción muy práctica si no te apetece salir por la noche es pedir la cena allí; todo está buenísimo y el menú es variado. Sin duda, lo mejor del alojamiento fue el servicio de nuestra recepcionista, que estuvo atenta a todo y nos ayudó con nuestras numerosas preguntas e inconvenientes.

The riad location was perfect – close to everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. El personal muy amable y siempre atentos. Nos cambiaron de habitación porque la de arriba del todo en el Riad, en julio, era un auténtico horno y hasta con el AC se notaba el calor. La habitación nueva era mucho mejor y más fresca. El WiFi funcionaba bien. La ubicación, dentro de la Medina está bastante bien, ya que se accede fácil en taxi (1 minuto caminando desde donde te puede dejar).

El Riad es muy bonito por dentro y las habitaciones son espaciosas y auténticas. El desayuno es correcto, pero es el mismo todos los días. Ubicación muy buena para llegar de noche, está cerca del centro de la Medina, pero tiene calles para coches de acceso muy cercano al Riad. Por lo que cuesta no podríamos pedir más, increíble relación calidad-precio.

Best Riad I stayed in the country and if not the best one I ever stayed at. Staff are super friendly, welcoming and happy to help with any issues you may have in the city. They organise trips as well for a reasonable price which I would recommend as well. The food is nothing more than wonderful. I have nothing to complain about. If it is your first stay or you have already been to Morocco. You have to stay here

Tout!!! L'emplacement (dans le cœur de la Medina), le lieux en lui même, le riad est vraiment magnifique, c'est propre, le personnel est très aimable et il y a toujours quelqu'un si besoin. Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing from the moment we arrived. The road outside was extremely dirty, with two large, smelly bins placed right by the entrance — not a welcoming first impression. When we checked in, the staff told us we had booked a second-floor room, but then offered us a first-floor room instead. As I was traveling with a toddler and the stairs to the second floor were very steep, I agreed to take the first-floor room. However, the staff insisted that we cancel our Booking.com reservation and pay in cash instead — which felt very unusual and uncomfortable. We had just arrived after a long journey and were exhausted. At first, they told us we could pay the next day, but then changed their mind within half an hour and said we had to pay immediately. It felt very disorganized and unprofessional. We had a small argument because we didn’t want to cancel our online booking — understandably, we wanted to keep a record in case anything went wrong. The staff did not seem to like that, and it affected the rest of our stay. At breakfast the next day, the staff barely acknowledged us. There were no eggs or any hot options available — just bread — and I had to ask for orange juice specifically. We stayed for three nights, and during that time, they never changed our bedsheets or cleaned the room once. Overall, this stay was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The only positive was the location, but everything else fell far below expectations.

We liked everything. A cosy old traditional house in the centre of the medina. The hosts are a young couple - very pleasant people, always ready to help with any question. They even met us at the entrance to the old part of the medina so that we would not get lost. You can always write on WhatsApp to ask what you need, such assistance was very pleasant. The hotel has everything you need, everything is very clean and pleasant, there is air conditioning and breakfast is served from 9am. The breakfast is very tasty - bread, tortillas, olives, jam, butter, honey, tahini tea or just great local coffee. By the way, they can also help you with excursions if necessary, you can ask or even book in advance or on the spot. We arrived at Fez airport and took a transfer through them for $20. The hotel is in a good location, everything is bright in the evening, you can walk around safely. There is a café and a market nearby. We really liked it there. P.s. For animal lovers - you can use some small money to buy food for stray cats - there really are a lot of them in Fes.

Staff were very pleasant at check-in, and breakfast on the first day was nice. The location is very central, and the staff did come to meet us from the airport taxi.

Asked for early check out on 2nd night and told no problem. Unfortunately, staff were uncontactable, and so we left without any breakfast. No follow-up apologies for this despite multiple calls. The room was comfortable, but there was some hair and a lot of dust on the floor. The shower head needed replacing as it was much like a tap than a shower, which made it impossible for my travel partner to wash their hair. There was an electric heater in the room but no spare blankets, so it still got quite cold at night [in March].

It's a clean and good located hostel. The breakfast was very rich.I suggest it.

We stayed at Fez Dar for 2 nights, and it felt like home from the beginning. We appreciated marvelously decorated 100+ year old family house; personal touch and customer service better than in big hotels; authentic experience and super friendly staff - special thanks to Elham for her help with sightseeing, kindness, and making sure we feel comfortable; local handmade brekfast beautifully served every morning from 9 to 11 am.

There's nothing we didn't like as such. Just a few things that can be improved: more signs on the street to easier find the place; longer shower curtain to not spill water on the floor/rug; one time use slippers as the floor is a bit chilly and it broke my heart to walk in shoes on beautiful carpets; finally, somewhere to dry towels if you stay for a few nights.

Quite value for money and pleasant stay (given that we booked only a few days prior) at a accessible location within but not too deep in the Medina. When we arrived I was really sick. Our host Illam and her staff were really kind to bring us an extra heater and prepared a nice and healthy porridge for us during breakfast. Space is also quiet which is good.

The localisation of this riad was really good (close to the blue gate). The staff (Aya) was very helpful and friendly :) We had a really nice room close to rooftop terrace and we have spent a great time in Fez :) totally recommend!

Very convenient location, easy to access from both ends of the Fez Medina, and a very short walk from the taxi drop off parking lot. Tons of shops and restaurants right by. Did I mention Air Conditioner? :-) and nice breakfast included! Also, Aya the manager, is AMAZING! When I wasn’t feeling well, she made me hot water with honey. She woke up at 5AM to help some guests find a taxi. She also makes the breakfast, handles the guest interaction, and payments, while also studying!

The only thing I didn’t like (and this applies to all hotels in any Moroccan Medina) is that the room windows open on the inside of the residence. So, it can feel claustrophobic esp., if the roof is closed because of the rains.

I like every thing in Fez Dar, it is very historical building and the staff in Fez Dar Aya and Alias آية و إلياس they are so so kind and helpful, they answered all our questions about the city and the directions, if I go to Fez again for sure I will stay in Fez Dar , the house keeping lady was very kind and helpful. Thanks for all the staff in Fez Dar and also special thanks for the owner of this hotel to keep this beautiful historical building in perfect condition and for choosing excellent people to work in his property, May Allah safe Fez and the people of Fez👍😊🙏

Fez Dar is in a very good location near the blue gate and the market. Their staff is very friendly and attentive. Your host Aya, she was always attentive to us in a friendly and patient. She offered us a two-night desert tour to Merzouga and we loved it. We highly recommend it.

Very good access, easy to visit most of sight seeing places in old Medina. The riad itself is a bit hard to find, but the hotel staff came to pick us up from the blue gate, so didn't get lost. One of the hotel staff, Aya is really nice girl, she helped us a lot and answered many request from us.

Aya our host was fantastic. She made sure we had plans for the days we were in Fes, helped us organise a tour, even made sure when our esim was not working that she went and bought us a Sim so that we were not without internet. Facilities were comfortable and all that you need. Breakfast was nice and the location is in the heart of the Medina! Best value for money.

The Dar was really clean and the breakfast was great. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The location is nice, it's not easy to find the first time (but the same goes for every accommodation inside the medina, if you buy a taxi with the Riad they guide you there) but once you do you realize it's actually in a good position.
