einmalige Lage direkt am Hauptplatz schräg gegenüber vom Belfried, Eingang und Frühstück in der Bar, sehr ruhiges Zimmer in den Hinterhof (dafür die Aussicht eher mäßig), sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, Frühstück ist ok

Cet établissement qui est un bar, idéalement situé sur la place principale à Arras, offre des chambres d'hôtes. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir la chambre 'Bleu', dont les fenêtres donnent directement sur la place, très animée en cette période. Le personnel est sympathique et souriant. Le petit déjeuner, sans être exubérant, est tout à fait correct. Nous étions là seulement pour une nuit et nous avons apprécié de séjourner dans cet endroit.

Leuke b&b in het centrum van Arras, direct aan het gezellige plein, met veel terrasjes. Goede bedden, sfeervol ingericht, goede douche. Kamer ligt aan de achterzijde, dus rustig kunnen slapen. Prima ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.

We had a really lovely and enjoyable stay at the villa. It was a peaceful place to relax, spend quality time, and just switch off for a while. The hosts were welcoming, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. There may be a few small things that could be improved, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. We genuinely enjoyed our time there and appreciated the hospitality and effort put into making guests feel welcome. Thank you for having us, and wishing you all the best. I especially loved the privacy and peaceful atmosphere of the villa. The pool was a great addition, and the whole place had a relaxing feel that made it easy to switch off and enjoy the stay.

It was very clean and had all the appropriate facilities. Even though we booked at the last minute, it was ready by the time we arrived.

heel centrale locatie en toch rustig. Erg vriendelijke en correct onthaal. Aangename kamer op een toplocatie. Als je de zaak beneden binnenkomt zou je niet verwachten dat er zo'n aangenaam verblijf verborgen zit.

Entrance through a shoddy bar is a bit strange.

Perfecte locatie om Arras en omgeving te bezoeken. Wij sliepen in kamer " Jasmin " met uitzicht op het gezellige markplein, vol leuke terrasjes.

Het lawaai van de terrassen hoor je wel op je kamer. Maar je slaap gaat er niet minder door zijn ;)

La climatisation bruyante (et impossibilité de rafraîchir le bâtiment (les communs), surchauffé, sans ouvertures). L’accès est un peu compliqué si on est chargé ou si besoin de se garer. Parking Grand place à 200m, gratuit la nuit mais hors de prix en journée. Accès par un bar au RdC, avec forte odeur d’urine à traverser.

Comfortable room in the heart of Arras. Tricky to find though. Underground car park nearby. Plenty of bars and food options on the doorstep.

Noisy at night as it's directly above several bars. Noisy in the morning as bins were being collected and deliveries to the restaurants.

Le lit est très confortable, la chambre est propre et il y a la climatisation. Facile d’accès, plutôt calme malgré l’animation de la place. Très bon emplacement.

Tolle Unterkunft im alten Dachgiebel sehr schön mit dem alten Gebälk super Lage

Prachtige ensuite in de nok van het gebouw. Zeer smaakvol ingericht. Entree/ bar/restaurant rijmt niet met de suite die we hadden gereserveerd. Dat is echt een wereld van verschil. Ontbijt hebben we niet genomen, vrij basic. Vrouw die de volgende ochtend dienst had, was heel leuk en enthousiast.

Jammer dat het meisje wat ons ontving er geen zin in had. Ze liet ons eerst een minuut of 10 staan, terwijl wij ons afvroegen of we wel op de juiste plek waren. Ze leek te balen dat ze helemaal naar boven moest om ons de weg te wijzen. Wel een lieve jongen die hielp met de koffer sjouwen.

De locatie was perfect. Het absolute centrum van Arras. De bed&breakfast was boven een brasserie, heel origineel ingebouwd in een oud pand. Een paar steile trappen (voor ons geen probleem gelukkig). De eigenares/beheerster was uiterst vriendelijk. En een uitstekend ontbijt. Arras is een leuke tussenstop.

Location was very central. Room and bathroom were good. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good.

View from room (called wood) which was at the rear of the property was not good. Intermittent buzzing every few minutes throughout the night - don’t know where from. ? Because the rooms are above a bar it was noisy when the tables and chairs were being put away (After midnight).

Location perfect, in a magical square. Bed super comfortable, the room spacious and beautifully decorated. the ladies that helped us with everything we needed were very polite and helpful .

The only difficult thing was that we had to climb a steep staircase to access our room . We arrived on Friday and all the parking spaces nearby are closed because there's a big open air market that takes place on Saturday and covers both the squares

Location was the best, lovely room and bathroom, comfy bed, no noise, apart from me snoring, haha, was perfect as a one night stop over on our way from Ynys Mon to Stasbourg. (the Belgian beer bar just around the corner is a must visit) bar staff upon arrival were polite and helpful despite the language barrier.

No milk for the morning coffee, but I'm sure they would have provided it had we asked. Was too late to go down once we realised.

Le jour est extrêmement bien agencé avec du goût et il est très propre la literie de bonne qualité La propriétaire est très agréable et c'est son petit bijoux. On est sur une des places principales emplacement numéro 1 à proximité de bar et de restaurant

Le revers de la médaille c'est que on est vraiment sur une place et au-dessus d' un bar les gens sortent des bars assez tard et malgré les deux vitrages on ne peut pas les ignorer... L'accès se fait par le bar qu' il faut traverser pour aller jusqu'au fond afin de monter aux étages. Pas idéal pour une femme seule selon l' heure de retour .

Great breakfast, and a wonderful central location on La Place des Heros (MUCH better than the Grand Place, which basically was a parking lot).

Property was a bit difficult to find, requiring entry through a charming bar (but not obviously marked). Definitely a funky feeling to the place that does show its age.

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The location, in the centre of the town was great!

The location made it difficult to find. The staff spoke little English but we managed to get by with translate on Google!. The rooms are located over a busy bar and the entrance is via a steep staircase at the back of the bar.

Gekozen op doorreis. Mooie, nette kamer. Centraal gelegen. Airco op de kamer. Heel wat eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

Niet echt mogelijk om met het raam open te slapen omwille van het lawaai op het plein, maar de airco was de oplossing. Je moet een cafeetje door om naar de B&B te geraken en dat is mss een beetje vreemd.

Once you get to the room it is a quirky and pleasant place to stay. The rooms were clean and tidy with old style charm. The beds are comfy. A young male member of staff that was really helpful for our check in and out.

There were a few things broken in the room. lampshade, chipped soap dish (etc) that just cosmetically let the room down. The main issues though were, lots of narrow stairs with heavy suitcases, the music from the bar below till almost 2am with a strong beat that meant most of us did not sleep, and the incredibly rude older male member of staff who worked behind the bar, who for what ever reason would not even acknowledge any of our groups requests for drinks on an ongoing basis when we attempted to drink at the bar (outside) one evening.

Wir sind sehr freundlich vom Mitarbeiter der im Erdgeschoss befindlichen Gastronomie empfangen worden. Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer in der 1. Etage auf den wunderschönen Place des Heros war der Hit! Das Zimmer hat eine gute Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Arras hat mehrere kostenlose, große Parkplätze am Rande der Altstadt. Es ist eine sehenswerte, alte Stadt.

Da wir das Zimmer direkt über der Gastronomie hatten, ist es am Wochenende abends etwas lauter geworden. Mit Ohropax aber kein Problem. Alternativ wäre ein Zimmer in einer der oberen Etagen die bessere Wahl gewesen.

Fantastic location right on the piazza and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and wonderful shower!

The stairs were a little steep but manageable and unfortunately there was a loud band on both Thursday and Friday night til 1:30 am.

Its right next to a night club which plays ridiculously loud music every Friday and Saturday night, until gone 1am then the noise on the square continues until gone 3am. Air conditioning wasnt working but couldn't open window as the noise is crazy! We are not oldies, the music is awful, we had to find a new hotel for the Saturday night as none of our party had slept the friday night which spoilt our weekend away. Its a shame as the cleaning lady is so friendly and helpful and the rooms are lovely. The hotel itself is above a bar, a very noisy smokey and busy bar which you have to try and walk through to get to your rooms which isn't pleasant as not all the staff and customers are as friendly as the cleaning lady!

Loved the warm welcome, the rooms were as expected and clean. Location being in the Grand Place was excellent looking out over the square.

There was exceptionally loud music playing until gone 1am in the morning. Loud enough to keep me awake. It was disappointing with travelling down that day that we couldn’t get to sleep peacefully

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable

The rooms are above a bar which plays loud music until 2am which meant we got limited sleep. Nothing in the description alludes to this. It is a very serious omission

Les chambres d'hôtes sont accessibles par le fond d'un bar déjà bien peuplé par des personnes fortement alcoolisées à 18h00.... Lors de notre retour vers 1h du matin, une bande de jeunes étaient devant la porte qui mène aux chambres et nous nous sommes prit de belles critiques et rigolades par rapport a notre orientation sexuelle... Cela fut très insecurisant.

Clairement déçus, ce n’est pas un hôtel comme c’est indiqué sur Booking mais plutôt une chambre d’hôte..

Le bar ambiance avec une équipe qui n’accueille pas à notre arrivée. La moitié des personnes présente sur place, nous avons un doute, sur le majorité, saoul et qui ne laisse pas passer quand ont veut traverser le bar Franchement, l’escalier qui mène aux chambres à coter des wc avec l’odeur d’urine c’est pas terrible. Le petit déjeuner qui ce prend obligatoirement dans le bar et non en chambre alors que la veille sur ces même tables il y a eu de l’alcool et autres. Clairement c’est dommage car les chambres sont propre mais le lieu n’est pas adéquate avec ce qui est présenter.

Our host Mimi was very welcoming and friendly. She showed us to our room and explained all the facilities and booked our breakfast time. The room was ideal for our overnight stay, overlooking the beautiful square and was very cosy. Perfect location for exploring Arras town with many restaurants and cafes closeby. Comfortable bed and hot shower with tea/coffee kettle in our room. Breakfast was quite substantial with a selection of cereal, yoghurt, cheese, meat, fruit and pastries available for self service. Superb coffee too! Highly recommended for a stay in Arras.

We only stayed 1 night but would have liked to stay more! There was nothing to dislike
