A peaceful and green oasis in the heart of Canggu, a short walk to cafes, restaurants, spas and the beach. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Run by a lovely local family. We stayed 3 years ago and enjoyed our stay here again this time :)

The place is calm, well-located (close to the beach, restaurants, cafés, laundry services, and convenience stores), and comfortable—the bed was great. I especially appreciated the warm and genuine interactions with the staff, who were always kind and helpful. I also loved Simba, the little cat around the pool!

It’s not really set up for eating in, so it’s better to eat out.

De locatie was perfect: net buiten de drukte, in een rustig straatje, maar toch op loopafstand van het strand en verschillende leuke cafés, restaurants en winkels. De eigenaresse van het verblijf is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, net als het personeel. Ik heb veel goede tips gekregen en voelde mij ontzettend welkom. De kamer was fantastisch, ik had een ruime kamer en alles was schoon en netjes. Het zwembad is heerlijk en het hele verblijf ziet er verzorgd uit en wordt goed onderhouden. Over alles is duidelijk goed nagedacht. Ik zou hier zeker weer terugkomen!

This is my first review of anything in 41 years on this earth. That should tell you something. Nicole and Wayan were amazing hosts. Even buying my daughter a gift for her birthday. They allowed my daughter and I with her Bali Belly to stay on In the room till very late which was a massive bonus Location- tick Cleanliness- tick Facilities- tick Would I return? Massive tick

Идеально чистая территория, чистые номера, внимание! ЧИСТОЕ ПОСТЕЛЬНОЕ БЕЛЬЁ, что огромная редкость, и нет посторонних запахов пота, туалета и т.д. Бунгало оборудовано с умом, есть много мест для того чтобы разложить вещи, просторное, светлое с высокими потолками, красивый вид на сад. Бассейн чистый, удобно расположен в полутени. Расположение тоже идеальное, поездив по всему Чангу нам понравилось именно здесь. Рекомендую обязательно к бронированию, потому что всё оставшееся путешествие по Бали примерно в таком диапазоне цен, мы не нашли ничего лучше. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Obiekt ładny i czysty ale budowy zaczynają się od rana i trwają do wieczora. Nie można się wyspać, przez to i jest bardzo głośno, ale sam obiekt ładny.

We had an amazing stay at The Hideaway! Nicole and Wayan are wonderful, kind people that put their hearts to hosting guests. They were willing to help us with anything, like getting a transport, restaurant recommendations etc. The location is very quiet, safe, relaxed, a bit outside of the main road but still super close to the beach and plenty of food and entertainment options, even in walking distance. The Path yoga center is within 2 minutes walk, and the Pererenan beach is only a 2min scooter drive away. The garden is magical, we really loved our morning pre-surf coffees there in the company of Simba (lovely cat). There's free drinking water, coffee and tea amenities in the kitchen area. The staff is very nice, kind and helpful!

Only downside is that there is no laudry service. That said there is a laundry service close by.

Its the perfect location if u wanna do yoga pilates and surf at the same time .

Ongoing constructions around the hotel was really annoying and disturbing since they started really early in the morning and main entrance is in a kind of dark alley and there were also construction at that side and workers there are harrasing passingby ladies which made me feel uncomfy

This place is a beautiful peaceful spot away from the busy section but close enough to walk to many restaurants and eateries. It was so serene once you stepped through the doors I didn’t want to leave. Staff were absolutely lovely too.

Loved the location very central to everything, nice and quite with a lovely pool and chill out area . The rooms are spacious with aircon and fan . The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Free water at reception from the filter which was great .

Would have liked a kettle in the room , but they have one at reception and can use any time you like so wasn’t and issue .

Gorgeous villas in a great location in Canggu. Staff were so warm, welcoming, and lovely. Place was kept very clean. Good value for money.

The only small issue I had with the particular villa I stayed in is that because it was the only two story villa and I was in the downstairs part and am quite a light sleeper, I was experienced some disruption from noise coming through from the room above (but it really wasn't very loud).

Wayan en Nicole waren vriendelijk, behulpzaam en sociaal. Met name Wayan heb ik gesproken tijdens mijn verblijf. De verblijven en de rust waren ontzettend fijn en kan ik iedereen aanraden. Wat ik extra waardeerde waren de details zoals een gezichtsmasker, de bloemen die neer waren gelegd. Dit maakte dat ik mij er welkom voelde. Ook de communicatie was helder en prettig. Mocht ik in de toekomst weer terugkomen zal ik hier zeker verblijven! Ontzettend bedankt voor het fijne verblijf!

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the peaceful atmosphere made for a perfect stay. The location couldn’t be better, and the spacious room with its lovely little balcony was a wonderful bonus. The pool area was also very nice and relaxing.

Tucked away on a quiet road but within walking distance to a number of bars, restaurants and echo beach. The rooms had a cosy, cabin-like feel which we loved.

The hotel isn’t sign posted so it’s hard to find, hot water ran out quite quickly. Breakfast would be a bonus as this was the only hotel in Indonesia that we stayed in that didn’t offer a breakfast option.

Quiet place, away from crowds, but just 10 min walking to beach and restaurants.The room has good beds and air conditioning, Super friendly staff. Would come back for sure, thank you!! Some suggestions close-by (5 min): yoga spot (the Path yoga center), best Coffee (Ara Artisan Coffee), good food but full of tourists and digital nomads (Open house) .

When you walk up to the entrance of Hideaway not knowing what’s on the other side of the front gate, It felt like walking into a little piece of paradise,so beautiful and peaceful. The owners Wyan and Nicole are really friendly people and make you feel so welcome. Their staff Melly and Mira are also such lovely friendly people and keep the accommodation spotless ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to them. The Hideaway is a must stay.

The location of the property was terrific ( we only walked or used Grabs )and there are only a few units so it is very private(aptly named the hideaway) The hosts were extremely helpful. Wayan even went and bought us a piece of pipe to put our painting in so it wouldn’t be damaged as checkin luggage as it was large. Nicole was friendly and helpful recommending great places to eat and things to do .

The property’s courtyard/lounge area by the pool was beautiful and cozy. They provided airport shuttle service and the driver was available throughout our stay to drive us to other activities as well.

Three gorgeous friendly cats, great location very short walk to the beach. The room was cleaned daily. The hosts were lovely, always happy to give us a cuppa and some recommendations.

Hidden Gem in Pererenan – 10/10 Stay! We absolutely loved our stay at Hideaway Canggu, located in beautiful Pererenan, which we think is even better than central Canggu. It's on a quiet street, just a short walk to the beach, amazing cafes, and great restaurants along the esplanade. The villa is a 10/10, peaceful, relaxing, and has a real Bali vibe. The decor is stunning, and the Bali huts are just incredible. Seriously wanted to move in! The space also has everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed, with daily room cleaning and attention to detail. Nicole, Wayan, and their team were so kind, helpful, and friendly. They gave us great local tips, answered all our questions, and even helped us get a scooter. Rooms were cleaned daily and always spotless. We felt so safe and welcomed here and are so glad we stayed at this beautiful spot. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area—we will definitely be back! Thank you for having us! So grateful 😊🙏🏽

The owners and staff are really nice and welcoming. The name perfectly suits the accomodation. You really are at a nice and quite place, but can easily reach the heart of Canggu. Rooms are really nice and clean. They also spray musquito spray twice a day (I had zero musquito bites during my stay, so that's a plus as well :) ). I already returned once and when I'm back in Bali I will definitely come back again! See you next time guys!

This is an absolutely fantastic place with amazing people! I am an experienced traveler and have stayed in many places around the world, but this hotel has definitely exceeded my expectations! The rooms are very nice. Good AC, housekeeping daily, helpful staff, beautiful garden. You can really see the owner & staff put in their best effort to maintain the property and help the guests. Great location to the Path Yoga and Openhouse Cafe.

To save energy the AC, fan, and mini fridge are typically turned off or lowered when housekeeping comes. However, I’m sure if you asked they would leave them on for you.

The deluxe room was very clean and had nice furnishings. The interior design and choice of furniture and art is high quality. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The lady who runs the place has three cats she has rescued and takes good care of. Location is great and easy to walk to the beach along a relatively quiet road. There is free water bottle refill.

The pool seemed to have some debris in there, so more frequent cleaning would be helpful.

This was my second stay in this hotel, and loved it! Very quiet and in best location, very close to great restaurants, beach and shopping. Will stay there again! Rooms are specious and clean, and the staff is very nice and helpful.

We had a perfect stay with our two little ones and didn't miss a thing. Nicole's and her husband's place is a peaceful escape from the hectic Canggu. The neighbourhood Perereran is quiet but there are still plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, bars, marts, spas etc. in walking distance. We could even easily walk with the stroller to the beach as there is less traffic. Furthermore spacious, clean & comfy bungalows, super maintained garden and pool. I liked how well the traditional balinese furniture were set in scene and how everything was with attention for detail. Highly recommended.

The only little thing: it wasn't possible to totally darken the room as there were little windows with light curtains on top of the bungalow. However in the tropics you may like to wake up early or you just use a sleeping mask ;)

I loved everything about this place. Our bungalow was spacious with everything you could possibly need and the pool area was nice. The staff were all lovely and we had a nice chat with the owner. The area is pretty quiet which we appreciated, but still walking distance to most places we wanted to visit in Canggu. I fell in love with one of their cats, Simba, who frequently visited us :) Thank you, we’ll be back!

The cats are looked after so well and they are very cuddly. The location is perfect: quiet, but on walking distance from the beach, nice restaurants and overcrowded Canggu itself.
