Jana Pyramids view inn

Fantastic location and view to the pyramids, cozy and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and the hosts are all so lovely, friendly and welcoming! The family's cats were also incredibly cute and made an already great stay even better. Thank you so much for having us! :)

The hosts were kind and helpful. The room was clean and as described. The view from the roof was amazing and the location was great, close to the pyramids. The breakfast was Egyptian style and was very tasty.

Widok z tarasu na piramidy jest super. Bardzo pomocny gospodarz ( nie naciąga, nie namawia). Bardzo dobre śniadania i obiady ( można dodatkowo zamówić)

Otoczenie i wejście do hotelu - normalne w Giza

The location is very convenient for the pyramids (walkable). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ibrahim, the owner, arranged several tours for us, including a short notice tour of Cairo guided by his brother, which was one of the highlights of our trip. The food was good. The value was amazing, one of the few places in Egypt where we didn't feel like people were trying to rip us off!

The first room we had was adjacent to the street and was very noisy at night.

Very polite owner and staff. Very good price and the rooftop has a view to the pyramids. The breakfast was good and we also asked for dinner and they served us in the room for an extra price.

The facilities are a bit old, the bathroom also. It was not completely clean, there were some hair on the floor.

The family was so warm and took care of all our needs Hannah the sister was so amazing and helpful Breakfast was fresh and more and more than you can eat

Stairs as I'm om older

Amazing family always ready to help excellent hospitality Amazing views of pyramid Alot of shops around for food Breakfast was fresh and always more than you can eat

Persone veramente eccezionali!

The place was very close to the pyramids ticket office; the staff was extremely nice. The hotel actually looks better than in the description. Loved the breakfast on the roof with the pyramids view. The place has a bunch of kittens playing around - they gave the place a homey vibe.

The narrow street leading to the hotel is a bit unpleasant. There was no hot water in the morning (but I was staying for one night, so I'm not complaining).

Good location and only 15 minute walking distance to the pyramids. Friendly staff and it felt like family, I specially loved the invitation to join for dinner.

Ottima!!!

Es ist schön , direkt vor die Pyramide. Personal sehr nett .Zimmer ist ok 👌.

Everyone received me amazing and even for the eraly check in

Mm all was good

Recomendado 100%

The place has a good pyramid view from the roof. Owners are sweet, they introduce the place and give informations that you need. No pressure for anything. They have tours and so on. Glad to meet such people. Thanks

Very friendly people. Great location. Amazing food. We will be back for another chess tournament;) All the best from Prague!!

Peaceful

Nothing

Staff were so lovely and very helpful, they went absolutely above and beyond for us. Highly recommened staying there

We asked for non smoking room but unfortunately it did smell of smoke

Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. The balcony has a beautiful view of the pyramids. The rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely recommended!

Superb care.

Lack of duvet covers but it looks that is a standard down there…in Europe is a must think but different culture obviously. Otherwise, lovely stay:)with varieties

Great views of Giza pyramids right outside our room. We were well fed fresh meals by a gracious and attentive staff. The food was home cooked and excellent. Hossam’s guided tours were entertaining and enlightening. We learned so much about Egypt and Cairo, both current and ancient

Near Giza Pyramids, friendly people, good prices, nice breakfast and dinner , you can book some tours with Hossam and enjoy your time in Egypt!

We had a fantastic stay at Jana! The hosts Ibrahim and his brother Hossam were very friendly and welcoming! The room we stayed in was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is onveniently located less than 10 mins walk from the Giza pyramids entrance and there are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The hosts even provided us with fruits and snacks when we arrived. From the terrace you also get a view of the pyramids. Really great value for money accomodation near the pyramids.

Staff couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. Location was perfect, and amazing value for money

It's a nice place to explore Giza Pyramids - maybe it does not look from outside but inside is clean, spacious and really comfortable with great views over pyramids. We took a transfer from the airport and a tour to Pyramids, Memfis and Sakkara - hassle free - everything on time - just negotiate the prices. Breakfast is included in the price and we also ordered their dinner - the food is marvellous - we DO recommend it.

Good location, great manager, cozy terrace, nice view of the pyramids. Breakfast was even provided before my early flight! I felt very welcome here.

Honestly nothing. I would have stayed another night.

The view on the pyramids is awesome. The rooms are good. They are not enormously large, but totally sufficient and well comfortable.

It was quite noisy because of the roads and the hot water didn't work.

Hosts were amazing. Breakfast was very good. Really close to the pyramids and walkable.

Very nice guest house. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. Nice roof top. Location is close to Giza. The place was safe and relaxing. Everything was very good.

We had an incredible stay at the the Jana Pyramids view inn. The owner Ibrahim and his brothers made us feel completely at home, and their mother's cooking was the ultimate highlight; we couldn't imagine better meals during our trip. Hossam, our tour guide, was exceptional—he shared fascinating insights about the history, local cuisine, and must-visit spots, all while offering tours at prices that felt remarkably affordable for the value provided. Also he was always with us making sure we feel safe. The apartment's balcony offered breathtaking views of the pyramids, especially at sunset, making our evenings unforgettable. Highly recommend! PS: If you take tours with Hossam you will get some absolutely amazing photos!

Good service, excellent place for what you pay for, people running the place are amazing and they provide you whatever you need for help. Breakfast was wow everyday, this is my second time going to the Jana Pyramids and is not going to be the least.

Excellent service

Jana means family. Means relax, means help on everything, means that you are in the perfect place to enjoy Gixa Pyramids, Cairo city, Saqqara, Dashur, Memphis. First because the staff is a Big family that make you feel part of them. Always available to satisfy your needed. The structure is at the perfect distance from Giza Pyramids, 5 min walking, but in a quiet street, not crowded, close to any needs, supermarket, grocery, fruit, etc. They can help you also to organize your excursion everywhere: they are a masters on that! They make you feel always at ease, in trust and satisfied. And the Mama she's able to prepare the best meals you can eat in Cairo! At a very good price and at the best taste! Promise! You have to try a dinner sitting on the rooftop terrace at the evening while the sun is going down behind the pyramids in front of you. No price can pay that, 😉🎆❤️ Ibrahim, Hossam and all the family of Jana: THANK YOU, HABIBI! We'll be back soon Inshallah

I'll start with the food, it was out of this world. The Egyptian dish there is more than delicious. We had breakfast and dinner and it was divine and a lot. The pyramids are only 5 minutes walking. Last but not least, the stuff is amazing! Ibrahim really makes efforts to make us feel at home. We even got souvenirs. Thank you very much for everything!! 🙏

The location was quite good with a view from the rooftop of the pyramids. The included breakfast was great. The staff working in the kitchen were very warm and friendly, and always greeted us with a smile.

The brother of the owner was who we spoke with for most things (airport transfer, recommendations, etc.) and unfortunately he was overly assertive and pushy. For example, he asked for tips after an expensive hotel transfer and became frustrated at us when we said we respect the service but have already paid him a great price. He also joined us for dinner (which of course is fine) but he ate our food that was already expensive... And he was also quite pushy with his tours that he offered. A good hotel in a good location spoiled slightly by this one character.

Very welcoming host and very good food (both dinner and breakfast). They do all they can for you to enjoy your stay. Nice rooftop to take rest at the end of the day. Sphinx pyramids entrance is just 5 minutes walk. Good WiFi in the rooms

The street is noisy

The owners were extremely kind and helpful, was treated very well. Has a view to the pyramids e it is walking distance

Noise from the street

The view is incredible with a terrace overlooking both pyramids. The family is so kind and makes you feel welcome. They will serve you a family style dinner and breakfast that truly makes you feel like a second home. Food is tasty. Room comfortable. Rahim organised me a driver to Saqqara who ended up being his brother Hossam who has to be one of the top tour guides in Egypt. Could not recommend a Saqqara Dashur tour with him to avoid the tour bus crowds and see the best sites. The rest of the family is at the hotel either sitting down with dinner with you, cooking, servicing the rooms, a true family run hotel. And all this at an amazing price. When coming visit the pyramids, hands down this the place to stay. One of my top bookings anywhere.

Nothing

Everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

Property was walking distance to Pyramid

It is such an old building but you get what you pay for.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful ! A great experience .

Ibrahim and his family are wonderful hosts. I have never felt alone during my stay, it was like to be at home. Ibrahim was always very supportive and helpful for everything. The view of the hotel is unbeatable, the food is amazing, it is really worthy. Comfortable beds, big rooms, delicious and generous breakfast and especially good and honest people working so we could have an unforgettable experience. I will recommend Ibrahim's place always!!

In the place of Ibrahim everything was perfect!.

The location of the hostel is in a narrow and crowded street, full of traffic and noise, which continues 24 hours a day, and I must also say from my own experience for currency exchange that the difference in the price of currency exchange in the hostel and exchange offices compared to the open market is about twice It is more expensive!!

Ibrahim and his family where the best thing in Jana Pyramids. The hostel is the typical egyptian family house decorated as a hostel with fantastic views to the pyramids. They try really hard to make the guest feel like home and the food is the mother of the family typical cooking. Thank you for the amazing and typical egyptian stay.

The location is great for the pyramids. Room was a nice size and very clean. The Wi-Fi was good and the breakfast which is served on the roof is nice too.

One of the guys was a little pushy in booking tours which I made clear I didn’t want. I’m a photographer so tours 99% of the time are not of interest to me as I need to be able to take my time. It wasn’t anything too hard in terms of the selling of this though so no major problem.

The location is close to the Great of Pyramids

The bathroom is tiny without a proper door, so water flooded into the room every time you take a shower. The host sold me a 10GB sim card (Network : Orange) for EGP400 when in fact it has only 5GB, so I ran out of data on the second day after I arrived Aswan. I went to an Orange shop in El-Sadat, Aswan and was told I only had 5GB and I have used it all, so I purchased a 12GB sim card from the shop which only cost me EGP190.

This hotel is hosted by the nicest person I met in my trip in Egypt. He was always there if I needed anything, he fullfilled every request, even the one that I felt was over the top. I felt there like at home, he brought everybody close and offered meals during first day and he made my whole stay very pleasant. Room was clean and air conditioning worked well. I will for sure come back there.

I liked the Family atmosphere, they are always there to Help you and answer your questions. Breakfast was so generous and yummy that I didn't have to get lunch i could just go direct to dinner. I think the rooftop is really cool with the views to the Pyramids. The room was comfortable and clean. Even the shower worked perfect with hot water and pressure. There is a lovely cat but i didn't have the chance to play with it. I am really thankful that me and my Partner chose this Kind Family!

It is very close to the pyramid. The rooftop is nice with pyramid view

It was noisy

It is located very close to the pyramid with the pyramid view from rooftop

It was noisy

The staff were very helpful and kind l throughout the trip, from picking me up from the airport to arranging trips and food, advice taking to the local supermarket shopping in the centre and markets they can't do enough for you , The whole family Ibrahim Hossam and Samur made me feel very safe and welcoming being a solo traveller and I didn't once feel lonely or afraid in the hotel Cooked breakfast and family cooked meals in the evening 😋 lovely family feel 💕 Room.waa cleaned throughout the week and fresh sheets ! Always cold water on hand and fruit 😋 Looking forward to coming back and seeing everyone again soon !

Enjoyable budget stay with view of the pyramids + walking distande from actual sights.. The room was clean, nice and equipped with air conditioning. Recommended.

The hotel has an amazing view of the pyramids. They've got a nice terrace where you can chill with your tea and plug in your phone or laptop. The family who runs the place really goes all out with their service. Personally, they had my back for whatever I needed, which was awesome. Breakfast is big and delicious – the perfect kickstart for the day. My room was clean, and the AC worked well. The room decor was pretty nice. The shared bathroom was always stocked with hot water and kept super tidy. The location is very good since it's close to the pyramids and a bunch of local restaurants and mini marts. If you're after comfort, a prime spot, and a decent price, this hotel is a winner.

I've got nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel is really close to the pyramids. Hotel staff are very helpful. The breakfast provided in the morning was great! The terrace of the hotel has a view of the pyramids. the beds were very comfortable and large.

please don't forget to review the Giza area before you go. It's a very chaotic and dangerous-looking area. The hotel is located in an old apartment building. The street on which it is located can also be said to be somewhat dangerous.

Many thanks Mr Ibrahim, very kind hospitality and really familial place to stay in. Very clean room

Nothing

The location is perfect, nearby the Piramids. You have a good view from the rooftop on the Piramids. Breakfast is much good too, they serve it on the rooftop.

Nothing.

The property was in a great location, beautiful view of the pyramids, quiet of an evening and with markets nearby. Awesome breakfast and lovely people. The stay was awesome, the property was in a fantastic location but the people running this hotel made the most difference, in particular Hossam. My friend and I decided to take a tour with him on one of the days and we visited all of the pyramids, went inside tombs, took a camel ride and got some awesome pictures. He truly treated us like family and went out of his way in every regard to make sure we felt safe, had a great time and understood the significance of everything we were seeing. Best tour I’ve ever been on, there was no request too big. Hossam is an awesome person and provided an amazing service. Thankyou Hossam, and thankyou Jana Pyramids!!!

N/A

Everything was wonderful! We felt very welcome and at home. The food is exceptional and the view of the Pyramids is breathtaking.

Ibrahim and Hossam were the most friendly, gracious, and helpful hosts. We got picked up and dropped off safely at the airport. Hossam drove us all around Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria. He made sure we were safe and even stopped to get us water, juice, and food. The breakfast they serve is delicious, but what's even better is having the scrumptious and huge dinner with Ibrahim and Hossam. The location couldn't be better, the room is large, and the bed is comfy. While we were there they were even putting shower rooms in the bedrooms which shows they are always striving to improve.

An unforgettable stay that I will not forget! The establishment is particularly clean, both the room and the common areas. The bathroom is clean and hot water is always available. The bedding is very comfortable. The terrace is beautiful and offers a breathtaking view of the pyramids. I had breakfast there in the morning, it was beautiful. The dinners offered by the hotel are very good, copious and prepared locally. It is very hygienic because we eat with the owners. We feel in the middle of a big family, it is so warm. Finally, I would like to thank mister Brahim who is of a kindness and a helpfulness without name. Thank you to everyone for this wonderful stay, I will return without hesitation! 👌👌👌👌🥰

Nothing 👌

Was a great location to the pyramids..and views from the chillout roof top! Our host was so friendly and prepared us the most amazing breakfast we had on the whole trip! Lovely host always there to give advice...thanks again for all! ; )

Ibrahim the owner and all-round everything guy makes you feel so welcome when you stay at his guesthouse. The breakfast is delicious and I’d recommend having dinner while you are there. best food in Egypt! there’s a nice view of the pyramids from the rooftop terrace and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Ibrahim is good person, in his house you feel like you are at home ! The breakfast is incredibly consistent, I was never able to finish it 😅

A perfect place to stay in Giza! Close to Giza Pyramids and Sphinx (around 5 minutes walk). The place has the authenticity of an egiptian place. Ibrahim is a wonderful man! He help us with everything! If you want to visit Saqquara ,Menphis and Dahshur go to Irahim! He will give you the best driver in Egipt-truly if I m gonna go again for traveling in Cairo, he will be the first man to call. The roof top view is amazing! Breakfast and dinner🤌. I recommend 100%

Our visit was too short!

Breakfast was absolutely perfect. We loved the kindness, the authenticity and the wonderful view to the pyramids. We also ordered very good dinner a couple of nights, served on the terrace.
