Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Habitacion grande, bonita, cómoda, con mucho encanto, limpísima, tranquila, no se oye ningún ruido, ni de la calle ni de los vecinos. Recomiendo totalmente. A, y cama muy grnde y comodísima. Da gusto. La ubicacion es muy buena porque el barrio es bonito y muy tranquilo pero se puede ir a pie al centro en 15 minutos. Hay muchas y buenas cafeterias pra desayunar, por unos 3 euros por persona. Hay tb supermercados si se quiere cenar en el hotel (hay una cocina compartida ).
No me gusta que no haya nadie nunca en la casa y todo se haga por watsap y con códigos. Es muy impersonal, y no tienes a nadie para pregunarle dudas sobre la ciudad. Pero cada vez mas es así.

If there is an opportunity to choose, I would choose rooms facing the inner yard/ not facing directly the street. Otherwise an amazing guesthouse

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026El hotel se encuentra en un barrio muy agradable cerca del centro, en el que además es posible aparcar fácil y gratuitamente durante el fin de semana. La habitación nos resultó muy agradable y limpia, aunque lo mejor fue la comodidad de la cama.
El baño es un poco incómodo por sus limitadas dimensiones, aunque es igualmente funcional.

É um edifício antigo em que a madeira do pavimento faz imenso barulho, qualquer pessoa a passar em frente ao quarto ouve-se muito. A casa de banho é pequena e provoca imensa humidade com a condensação. Nada disto invalida a excelente qualidade e ótima estadia que tive.

Il problema che abbiamo riscontrato è stato l'odore intenso e pungente di umidità , probabilmente dovuto al fatto che la struttura presenta un piano seminterrato. Peccato, non ci siamo goduti appieno l'esperienza.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Super lokalizacja blisko stacji metra. Bardzo pomocny właściciel odpisujący szybko na wszystkie wiadomości. W strefie wspólnej przydatne rzeczy (kawa, woda, ciasteczka). Perfekcyjna czystość.
Nasz pokój był położony poniżej poziomu wejścia i mieliśmy wrażenie, że są problemy z odprowadzaniem wilgoci głównie w łazience - natomiast myślę że to po prostu specyfika miejscowego klimatu i pogody bo trafiliśmy na pochmurny i lekko deszczowy okres.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Die Lage war gut. Die Größe des Zimmers war okay. Ein Bäcker war in der Nähe. Dort konnten wir gut frühstücken.
Gefallen hat uns nicht, das wir das Zimmer inklusive Frühstück gebucht hatten. Am Tag der Anreise haben wir von der Unterkunft erfahren, das dort seit fast einem Jahr ,kein Frühstück mehr angeboten wird. Dadurch sind uns zusätzliche angefallen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hörte das Schnarchen aus dem Nebenzimmer. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Der Dunstabzug ist sehr laut.....dieser müsste vom Lichtschalter getrennt steuerbar sein, ohne das der Mitbewohner aus dem schlaf gerissen wird.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Perfect location for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and the shared kitchen was well equipped with everything necessary. The property is conveniently located close to a large supermarket and a metro station with direct access to the airport. I also really liked the small internal patio — a nice and peaceful touch. Check-in was very easy, and the host provided all the necessary information in advance, which made the stay smooth and stress-free.
The only thing that could be improved is the power outlet near the bed, as it was loose and impossible to use.

Gemütlicher Aufenthaltsbereich im UG innen und außen. Kleine Küche für die Allgemeinheit mit Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeekapseln. Kühlschrank mit privater Box pro Zimmer. Bäckerei in 150 m Entfernung.
Leider bietet die Unterkunft seit Januar 2026 kein Frühstück mehr an! Booking com verkauft trotzdem noch Zimmer mit Frühstück! Das geht gar nicht.

Huone oli sisäänkäynnin vieressä, katutasossa ja ikkunat kadulle. Huone oli ahdas ja pieni ja kadults näki sisään ja liikenteen melu kuului Paikan isäntä ei vastannut viesteihini vierailun aikana. Toiset vieraat jättivät ulko-oven auki joten majapaikkaan olisi voinut tulla kuka vaan kadulta. Ulko-ovi jäi helposti auki ja aluksi minulla oli myös haaste saada se helposti auki.

Poličky či malá skřín, kam by bylo vhodné odložit si věci.Spani na rozkládacím gauči je horší.

They had everything ready and even gave me a room with better conditions than I booked. The bed was probably king-size :) My stay here was excellent! There are umbrellas at the entrance - just so you know. Luckily, it was sunny that day 😊

Com as noites ainda frescas foi pena o ar condicionado não estar a funcionar e não haver roupa de cama extra.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The location is wonderful and the breakfast that comes with the price is great also. You can walk to almost anywhere or take a sort uber ride. The room was nicely cleaned and since it only has a hand full of rooms it was pretty quite inside of the building during the night.
You can tell there was water damage in our room and when it would rain we couldn't sleep as you can hear the drops falling through. Our AC also blew the power and than we were too scared to turn it on again. It also leaked everywhere. They were good at responding to the AC issue but since we were leaving in a day and a bit they waited until we left to have it fixed which we didn't have an issue with.

It also takes only about 15–20 minutes to reach the city center. The place is very cozy, and you immediately feel at home. Since we visited in November, it was a bit chilly, but our room had a portable heater, so we didn’t have any issues. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, and it was excellent. There’s something for every taste. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended

Attention juste deux petits bémol la douche pas faite pour des personnes un peu forte compliqué pour rentrer dans la douche avec la porte qui s’ouvre vers l intérieur, prise pour la lampe du lit qui ne tiens pas. Cela ne baissera pas la note mais je pense un petit questionnaire peu éviter des inconvenants

Reviewed Nov 11, 2025La facilité d'accès , La localisation pas trop loin du centre et a proximité de petits restos locaux. Possible de tout faire à pieds c'est ce que nous avons fait. Petit déjeuner super rien à dire jus d'orange frais , et œufs brouillés, confitures,.... Nous avions une chambre super calme. Près de la salle du petit-déjeuner une petite terrasse accessible de jour comme de nuit.

Reviewed Nov 4, 2025Die Lage ist super, nur halbe Stunde mit der Bahn vom Flughafen entfernt und 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit separatem Bad gegenüber und direktem Zugang zur Terrasse. Das Zimmer ist groß genug und sauber. Das Frühstück war super, vor allem den frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Es gibt nur ein paar Sachen, aber alle schmecken gut.
Einzige Nachteil war, dass unser Zimmer direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum war und man früh von den Geräuschen geweckt wurde.

purtroppo al piano terreno, mancano delle tendine per poter tenere aperta la finestra, senza farsi guardare dentro dai passanti.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025L’arredamento moderno contemporaneo bellissimo. Colazione sostanziosa e varia. La nostra camera aveva accesso diretto al cortile interno molto carino.
La statua della duchessa richiede un po’ di tempo per abituarsi. Non che non mi sia piaciuta ma mi dimenticavo della sua presenza ogni volta che aprivo la porta per uscire dalla stanza e mi prendeva un colpo. 😅 Mi sono divertita però.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Fragen wurden jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert per WhatsApp beantwortet. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Insgesamt aber ein schöner Aufenthalt – wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Ein Minuspunkt war leider das Zimmer, das sehr hellhörig war und einen leicht „feuchten" Geruch hatte. Mit etwas besserer Belüftung wäre der Aufenthalt perfekt gewesen.

Reviewed Oct 16, 2025The building is beautiful - small but very quaint and loved the dining area and outside terrace. The hot breakfast, ie scrambled egg was delicious and lovely bread/rolls. The bed was very cosy.
Facilities in the actual bedroom were very limited, ie not much hanging space (3 coat hangers) and I really missed not having a bed side drawer, as there was only one. The old vintage TV is a nice feature as somewhere to set things on, but not very practical from a storage perspective. Quite a lot of damp on ceiling though maybe from an old leak. Bathroom very small - fine for a few days, and really didn't like the fact that towels weren't changed and bins weren't emptied. We stayed 4 nights, so think even one change over (and empty) would have been good. As the host knows, we had problems with our air con in the bedroom - it would not stay on and it made odd noises (through the night also, which was a problem). Fabio kindly sorted it, but we had 3 nights of noises and it got fixed on the day before leaving. Breakfast was beautiful - BUT scrambled eggs did get a little repetitive as nice as they were. Maybe even an option of a boiled egg or poached egg? (this is simply for feedback purposes). We enjoyed our time there, but not sure we would return to this particular accommodation. Would definitely be looking for something a bit "cosier" and more central to everything. That said, there were some lovely local bars/restaurants!

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Das Zimmer hat unseren Ansprüchen vollkommen gereicht. Ein kleines, leckeres Frühstück war ein guter Start in den Tag. Die Innenstadt von Porto war in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits des Innenstadttrubels, was sehr entspannend ist. Ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer und Bad wären hilfreicher, vor allem im Bad.

Reviewed Oct 3, 2025The breakfast is amazing with a lot of nice restaurants around, and within 20 minutes you can walk to city center. Also, the room was spotless and the staff is very friendly and helpful!
The room is quite small (especially the bathroom) with no where to put your luggage, so you will be climbing all over each other to get around. Also the room that faces the street is directly on eye level with the street, so you will need to have the shutters closed at all times for any privacy. But that did not take away from our stay!

One or two of the bathroom faucets were loose. I ran out of toilet paper and didn't know how to find more. It would have been nice if the room was serviced.
