Great hotel, good breakfast and helpful staff

Kalis viewpoint is well located for town (1 min walk down the hill to the main stretch of restaurants and shops). The rooms are comfortable and staff are friendly and really helpful. I booked transport to the airport from the hotel and paid 300k which is the cheapest you can find in Coron.

I stayed here almost a week and the room wasn't cleaned once. Not even the toilet bin emptied or anything. Not ideal considering you can't throw toilet paper down the toilets. The bathroom was unclean (the mirror had toothbrush sprays from the last person) and the shower area was a bit gross. The hotel has cute dogs on the ground floor but my word can they bark! When one goes the others are triggered. It was fine for most of the time but it did get annoying! Finally there are a lot of powercuts here. Obviously that is not their fault, but the issue I have was that in every room they have emergency lighting which turns on when powercuts happen. For me there were a few nights of powercuts for 1-4hours+ and at anytime overnight the flood light would come on for hours in the middle of night which meant sleep was really poor. there was no way to turn it off and this lighting was so bright, especially at 4am in the morning. I wouldn't stay again mainly due to this. They need a system which means the lighting doesn't turn on and wake you up at night, considering how many powercuts they had!

Central located. Badroom should be refurbished and cleaned better. Aircon and internet is fine.

Really good location right next to the Main Street. Gorgeous waffle breakfast to take away provided by the host for the expedition. The room was spotless. Very happy and great value for money.

Nothing to say really it does have stairs but we were on the first floor and assisted with our bags.

The location is in the middle of Coron town which makes it easy to go out for food etc.

It was very noisy and we had a room next to the fire escape on the first floor. We were already half asleep when at 9.30 p.m somebody tried to break in to our room by taking out the window. Lucky my husband was very quick to react and pushed the intruder back and he escaped via the fire ladder. The next moring we left around 7.20 a.m and it said that breakfast was served from 7 a.m. This was not the case though so we could not eat before our tour.

La personne à l’accueil était particulièrement désagréable et ne semblait prendre aucun plaisir à nous renseigner ni à nous accueillir. La chambre était très moyenne : humidité présente, mauvaise isolation. Le rooftop était rempli de vaisselle sale. La wifi fonctionnait mal. Donnez plutôt votre argent à d’autres établissements, où l’accueil sera nettement meilleur.

Rien à dire. Tout était très bien. Je recommande ! Le personnel très gentil. La chambre et la salle de bain était propre.

L’hôtel est dans le centre proche de tout, la chambre est spacieuse avec un lit très confortable

Attention, marches très hautes pour accèder aux étages et au petit déjeuné qui est tout en haut (pour la vue !)

L'emplacement est idéal pour se promener dans Coron, tout se fait à pied. Le personnel est très gentil et le lieu est confortable.

J'avais la seule chambre du rez-de-chaussée qui est à 2 mètres de l'accueil et pareil de la boutique attenante à l'hôtel. Du coup du bruit tard le soir et tôt le matin. Pas de fenêtre, enfin une mais trop haute pour regarder dehors. Je n'ai pas osé demander une autre chambre vu que j'y étais peu.

Gute Lage, tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse, Frühstück zwischen 7-8 Uhr buchbar. Ich hatte das (Einzel-?)zimmer im Erdgeschoss. An sich ok, nur nicht sonderlich hübsch. Soweit ich das sehen konnte, waren die anderen Zimmer etwas schöner eingerichtet.

Das Bettlaken hatte große Flecken. Auf Anfrage, ob man das tauschen könnte wurde sich sofort entschuldigt und das Laken gewechselt. Daher war es für mich in Ordnung.

The power would go out now and then without warning, also the mains water shut off for a while one morning aswell so no shower or flush toilets, they both came back on eventually

Die zentrale Lage und das es einen normale Bettdecke gab. An der Rezeption organisierten sie uns eine Private Tour und auch Motorbikes. Funktionierte meist gut.

Das Badezimmer war sehr klein, wenn man duscht war das gesamte Bad nass weil es keinen Duschvorhang gab. In der Dusche hatte es überall Ameisen und es war dreckig. Es hiess dass man Duschmittel etc bekommt. War auch so für jeden eine „Portion“, wir hatten 5 Nächte gebucht. Nach 4 sind wird abgereist. Bis dahin hat niemand den Abfall geleert oder neue Duschtücher gebracht. Die Duschtücher waren so eine schlechte Qualität, man konnte sich nicht abtrocknen. Nach dem „abtrocknen“ war man immernoch nass.

Extremely noisy on a main road, and from internal stairwell. Bathroom was like a jail cell, tiny cement box with no ventilation and shower over the toilet. Bed was two smaller beds pushed together with a hard divider in the middle. Tiny room with little room to move around the giant bed. Stairs up to the rooms require you to be very able bodied.

the water was not working for the first 1.5 hours when we arrived. We desperately wanted to shower after spending 3 days on a boat so this was a real bummer

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Die Unterkunft liegt in Airport Nähe und hatte einen kostenlosen Shuttle am Morgen. Auch unsere Grab-Bestellung war recht schnell da im Zentrum gelegen und viel Auswahl beim Essen. Das Zimmer war groß. Es hat seinen Zweck mehr als erfüllt. Die Pancakes am Morgen und das Spiegelei waren auch sehr lecker. Wir hatten sogar warmes Wasser in der Dusche.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Türschloss ließ sich schwer schließen. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Auch der Generator auf dem Gang war nachts laut.

Good value. Good location.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean. It clogged every time we took a shower. The steps to get up to the 2nd or 3rd floor were extremely steep (almost like climbing up a ladder), would not recommend for elderly, pregnant women, or people with joint pain.

Staff were awesome, we booked everything through them and they gave us some very good advice for Coron. Accommodation was also super clean and centrally located.

Adatto per passare una notte se siete in transito a Coron, molto vicino alle vie centrali e a negozi e ristoranti. Le camere sono molto spartane e datate quindi non consiglierei di passare più di una notte. Ottima la terrazza all'ultimo piano dove si può fare colazione con vista sulla baia.

Chambre exiguë. A 2 on ne pouvait pas bouger sans parler de pouvoir ouvrir les valises. Aucune étagère ni placard. Rien de rien. Une bouilloire que l’on ne pouvait même pas brancher car fil trop petit pour pouvoir atteindre la prise murale. Les marches pour atteindre le 2eme étage sont anormalement hautes et la pente assez raide. Seul point positif: le rooftop avec sa vue magnifique

Que nos cancelaron el ferry, llegamos un dia tarde, y no nos hicieron un gesto de devolvernos aunque fuese parte, o preguntamos para reservar una noche mas y el precio era mucho mas caro de lo que habiamos pagado… asi que nos fuimos a otro hotel. No estaba sucia la habitacion pero las paredes estan manchadas, no habia mosquiteras y cuando llegamos estaba todo abierto

Очень хорошее местоположение. Красивый вид с крыши отеля, где подают завтраки. Внизу есть магазин. Хорошо и понятно организованный трансфер до аэропорта. Приятные девочки на ресепшион. Рядом очень много ресторанов

Ванная комната очень маленькая, сантехника убитая. Напор горячей воды очень слабый. Но это везде так на Филиппинах. Завтраки очень уж скудные.

Bed sheet too small for bed, fairly small room, stairs up are very steep so you require good mobility.

Výhľad z izieb na vyšších poschodiach je krásny (na prvom poschodí nie sú okná). Výborná pozícia v centre, neďaleko prístavu na plavby. Výstup na vrch je hneď za hotelom. Plavby do lagún sú nádherné. Personál veľmi ochotný a ústretový.

Raňajky sa hodia radšej riešiť v okolitých reštauráciach, ako v hoteli.

This hotel is good value for the price! The staff (particularly the main lady who works in the shop and the desk) are very very lovely! She helped organise a tour for us and our tricycle to the port. The breakfast was a choice of a few different things and we got the pancake option & the toast with fruit. Great location, I felt safe here and wasn’t bothered by noise

I like the location near at the municipal hall and near from many restaurant and addition that they have their convenience where you can buy your personal needs ans snacks. La proximité avec le port et avec la ville pour sortir manger et boire un coup. Les chambres étaient simples mais complètes. Le lit était très confortable et il y avait la Clim !

The bathroom is a disaster, with lots of ants and a shower that didn’t work. There was no toilet paper nor soap. The room is small and extremely noisy. We woke up every day at 6am due to the honks and engines from the street. The bed wasn’t so clean. There was also a lizard inside. The staff was non-existent, barely saw people at the counter.

Small room, but I knew it upfront.

The shower in my room didn’t work at all. I had to shower in another room and that one barely functioned. The next day they called someone to fix it, told me it was fixed, and it still didn’t work. The ac kept dying and would only restart after I unplugged it and plugged it back in repeatedly. There are bugs all over the hotel - tiny ones that aren’t ants but similar, they’re all over the ground floor lobby and bathrooms. There is an overall stench of mold or mildew that they try to cover with harsh and strong chemical fragrances, which doesn’t work and in fact makes it worse. Also the power shut out for about 6 hours that I’m aware of, which isn’t their fault but there was no back up and no effort by the staff to help. In general I don’t think the staff cares at all and we’re broadly unhelpful - not rude, but not caring or making much effort to help.

Muy ruidoso. Tenían un perro ladrando siempre en la recepción que se escuchaba a todas horas y me despertaba cada mañana pronto.

Top ontbijt met een mooi uitzicht over Coron. Lief personeel en een mooie lieve witte hond.

De douche was net niet in de wc. Wel handig als je moet plassen tijdens het douchen, of een Bali belly hebt. Verder prima!
